Description
すなわち、けん引駆動では、すなわち原動機が負荷の下で回転するとき、両回転子のいずれも回転式に固定されていないので、流体式装置の両回転子が回転する。1つの回転子がタービンによって駆動され、この回転子は自身の側で他の1つの回転子を駆動し、こうしてその回転子はトルクを動力伝達系統に伝える。こうして流体式装置は通常の流体式クラッチとして作動する。それに応じてこの装置は、広範囲にわたってトルク衝撃がないという長所、いわゆる柔らかな駆動を有する。これは始動の場合のみならず全けん引運転中においても言える。こうして負荷のピークは緩和される。
けん引運転では、制動機4.1、4.2の動作空間は空であるが、クラッチ4.3、4.4の動作空間は作業媒体、一般には油によって満たされている。

Claims (6)
- 車両の駆動装置の動作方法であって、
前記駆動装置が、
クランク軸(7)を有する内燃機関(1)と、
排気ガス管(1.1)と、
けん引駆動において正のトルクをクランク(7)軸へ伝達するための、排気ガス管(1.1)の作用を受け内燃機関(1)の後に接続される排気ガスタービン(3)と、
前記排気ガスタービン(3)と前記クランク軸(7)の間にこれらと共に駆動連結され、トーラス形の動作空間(4.1、4.2)を共に形成する回転自在の羽根車を有する流体式装置(4)と、を備える方法において、
けん引運転において、前記流体式装置(4)が流体式クラッチとして動作する段階と、
制動運転において、前記流体式装置(4)の羽根車(4.1、4.2)の1つが錠止ブレーキ(4.5)によって停止される段階と、を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記羽根車(4.1、4.2)の1つが制動運転において円板クラッチによって制動されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 車両の駆動装置であって、
クランク軸(7)を有する内燃機関(1)と、
排気ガス管(1.1)と、
けん引駆動において正のトルクをクランク(7)軸へ伝達するための、排気ガス管(1.1)の作用を受け前記内燃機関(1)の後に接続される排気ガスタービン(3)と、を備える駆動装置において、
前記排気ガスタービン(3)と前記クランク軸(7)との間にこれらと共に駆動連結され、流体式クラッチ(4.3、4.4)並びに流体式ブレーキ(4.1、4.2)を有する流体式装置(4)が連結され、
前記流体式クラッチ(4.3、4.4)と前記流体式ブレーキ(4.1、4.2)が互いに同軸に配置され、
前記流体式クラッチの二次羽根車(4.3)と前記流体式ブレーキの回転子(4.2)が、背面組合せ配置で互いに回転式に固定連結され、
前記流体式ブレーキ(4.1、4.2)を充填および空にすることができることを特徴とする車両の駆動装置。 - 前記排気ガス管(1.1)に導かれる排気ガス流を前記排気ガスタービン(3)の周りに迂回させるためのバイパス管が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の駆動装置。
- センサを備え、このセンサが原動機(1)の状態を把握して、対応する信号を中央処理装置へ送信する段階と、
一次羽根車(4.1)を固定するための取付け装置を備える段階と、を含む請求項1または請求項2に記載の駆動装置の動作方法。 - 前記けん引運転において、前記駆動装置が、流体式ブレーキ(4.1、4.2)の動作空間を空に、かつ流体式クラッチ(4.3、4.4)の動作空間を充填して動作する段階と、
前記制動運転において、前記駆動装置が、前記流体式ブレーキ(4.1、4.2)の動作空間を充填し、かつ流体式クラッチ(4.3、4.4)の動作空間を充填して動作する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項4に従って形成された車両の駆動装置の動作方法。
