Claims (17)
- 穿孔用の刃(100)と、容器の蓋(9)を穿孔すべく前記刃を運動させる手段とを含み、前記穿孔用の刃は、該刃の長手方向に対して垂直の全体にZ状の横断面形状を有する、容器の蓋を穿孔するための装置。
- 前記穿孔用の刃(100)は、前記容器の蓋(9)を穿孔するための、また、前記刃にかかる負荷を分散するための少なくとも1つの鋭利な先端(102)を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記刃(100)の組立体を運動させる前記手段は、
(a)前記刃を運動させるキャリッジ組立体(2)と、
(b)前記キャリッジ組立体を駆動する手段とを含む、請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記蓋(9)を穿孔した後に前記穿孔用の刃(100)が引き戻されるときに前記容器を押さえる調整ブロック組立体(8)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記穿孔用の刃(100)との摩擦による前記容器の運動を防止するために、穿孔された前記蓋(9)から前記穿孔用の刃が引き戻されるときに前記調整ブロック組立体(8)を掛けるラッチ組立体(12)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ラッチ組立体(12)は、穿孔された前記蓋(9)から前記穿孔用の刃(100)が引き戻されるときの掛かり位置と、穿孔された前記蓋から前記穿孔用の刃が引き戻された後の非掛かり位置との間で運動可能の引き金(18)を含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ラッチ組立体(12)は、前記引き金(18)と係合する、留め手段(24)を有するアクチュエータ(19)を含み、
前記引き金が前記掛かり位置へ運動したとき、前記アクチュエータは、前記調整ブロック組立体(8)を掛けるべく前記アクチュエータの留め手段(22)を固定の相補的な留め手段(23)に対をなして留め、
前記引き金が前記非掛かり位置へ運動したとき、前記アクチュエータは、前記調整ブロック組立体の掛かりを解除すべく前記アクチュエータの留め手段を前記固定の相補的な留め手段による留めから解除する、請求項5または6に記載の装置。 - 前記アクチュエータ(19)の前記留め手段および前記固定の相補的な留め手段は歯車ラックの歯(22、23)である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(19)の前記留め手段および前記固定の相補的な留め手段は鋸歯(22、23)である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(19)はばね(4’)により偏らされている、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 容器の蓋を穿孔すべく刃(100)を運動させる手段と、穿孔された蓋(9)から前記刃が引き戻されるとき、前記刃との摩擦による前記容器の運動を防止するために機器を掛けるラッチ組立体(12)とを含む、容器の蓋を穿孔するための装置であって、前記ラッチ組立体は、
(a)穿孔された前記蓋から前記穿孔用の刃が引き戻されるときの掛かり位置と、穿孔された前記蓋から前記穿孔用の刃が引き戻された後の非掛かり位置との間で運動可能の引き金(18)と、
(b)歯(22)を有するアクチュエータ(19)であって、前記引き金と係合する、留め手段(24)を有するアクチュエータとを含み、
前記引き金が前記掛かり位置へ運動したとき、前記アクチュエータは、調整ブロック組立体(8)を掛けるべく前記アクチュエータの歯(22)を固定の相補的な歯(23)に対をなして留め、
前記引き金が前記非掛かり位置へ運動したとき、前記アクチュエータは、前記調整ブロック組立体の掛かりを解除すべく前記アクチュエータの歯を前記固定の相補的な歯による留めから解除し、
前記穿孔用の刃(100)はZ状の横断面形状を有する、容器の蓋を穿孔するための装置。 - 前記穿孔用の刃(100)は、前記容器の蓋を穿孔するための、また、前記刃にかかる負荷を分散するための少なくとも1つの鋭利な先端(102)を有する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- (a)前記穿孔用の刃(100)を運動させるキャリッジ組立体(2)と、
(b)前記キャリッジ組立体を駆動する手段とを含む、請求項11または12に記載の装置。 - 前記容器の運動を防止するための前記機器は調整ブロック組立体(8)を含む、請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(19)の前記歯および前記固定の相補的な歯は歯車ラックの歯(22、23)である、請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
