Description
ヒートシンク13内に試料ホルダー14と基準物質ホルダー15がある。ヒートシンク側面には、加熱するための絶縁被覆付きヒーター16が巻かれている。試料、基準物質ホルダーの下には、それぞれ示差熱量検出器17が設けられ、前記検出器で温度差を検知する。

Claims (7)
- 試料を加熱冷却した時に試料に生じる変化を測定する熱分析装置において、試料を収納するヒートシンクと、前記ヒートシンクを過熱するヒーターと、前記ヒートシンクに熱接触された冷却機構とを有し、前記冷却機構は、環状空洞管を有し、前記環状空洞管には冷却ガスを導入する管および排気する管が設けられると共に、電気冷却装置の冷却ヘッドを固定する冷却ヘッド固定部が設けられ、前記冷却ガスまたは前記電気冷却装置の冷却ヘッドの、少なくとも1つ以上の冷却機構を用いることを特徴とする熱分析装置。
- 前記環状空洞管は、円筒状の構造であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱分析装置。
- 前記冷却ガス導入管および冷却ガス排気管はそれぞれ少なくとも1つ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の熱分析装置。
- 前記環状空洞管は、前記管の内壁にフィンを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の熱分析装置。
- 前記固定部は少なくとも1つ設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の熱分析装置。
- 前記固定部は、前記環状空洞管に熱的に接続していることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の熱分析装置。
- 前記環状空洞管は前記ヒートシンクにロウ付けされていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の熱分析装置。
