Description
a)被覆層を心層と共に0.3MPa未満の圧力および160℃以上の温度の適用下で積層し、かつ引き続き
b)得られた複合材を0.3MPa以上の圧力および160℃以上の温度で、100℃未満の温度を有する低温の金型を使用して成形し、かつ同時に少なくとも被覆層と接触している心層の面を圧縮する
ことにより容易に実施することができ、容易に想到することができない方法でポリ(メタ)アクリルイミドフォームを有する心層と、少なくとも1つの被覆層とを有する電気音響変換器用の非平面振動板の製造方法が可能になる。特に明らかに短いサイクル時間での非平面振動板の製造が可能になる。
→本発明による方法により被覆層は特に強固に心層上に設置されるので、比較的長期間の使用後も心層から剥離しない。
→本発明による方法で繊維状の構造を有していない被覆層も使用することができる。
→被覆層の選択と関連して心層の圧縮度によって広い範囲で部材の所望の強度を調整することができる。

Claims (14)
- ポリ(メタ)アクリルイミドフォームを有する心層と、少なくとも1つの被覆層とを有する電気音響変換器のための非平面振動板を製造する方法において、
a)被覆層を心層と共に0.3MPa未満の圧力および160℃以上の温度の適用下で積層し、かつ引き続き
b)得られた複合材を0.3MPa以上の圧力および160℃以上の温度で、100℃未満の温度を有する低温の金型を使用して成形し、かつ同時に少なくとも被覆層と接触している心層の面を圧縮する
ことを特徴とする、電気音響変換器のための非平面振動板の製造方法。 - 積層のために少なくとも被覆層と接触している心層の面を165〜230℃の範囲、特に180〜195℃の範囲の温度に加熱する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 成形のために温度を175〜200℃の範囲、有利には180〜200℃の範囲、特に180〜195℃の範囲に調整する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 成形のために1〜16MPaの範囲の圧力を使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 心層を当初の厚さに対して90%より小さい厚さに圧縮する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ポリ(メタ)アクリルイミドフォームからなる心層を使用する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 被覆層として、160℃以上の温度、有利には175〜200℃、好ましくは180〜200℃の範囲、特に180〜195℃の範囲の温度で成形することができる熱可塑性加工可能なポリマーを含有する平面状の形成物を使用する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 被覆層として、ポリアミド12を含有する平面状の半製品を使用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- サンドイッチ構造が得られるよう、2つの被覆層を使用する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ポリ(メタ)アクリルイミドフォームを有する心層と、少なくとも1つの被覆層とを有する電気音響変換器のための非平面振動板において、被覆層が160℃以上の温度、有利には175〜200℃、好ましくは180〜200℃の範囲、特に180〜195℃の範囲の温度で成形することができるポリアミドを含有する平面状の形成物であることを特徴とする、電気音響変換器のための非平面振動板。
- 耐はく離性が10N/mm以上、弾性率が50MPa以上および曲げ強さが2MPa以上である、請求項10記載の非平面振動板。
- 振動板が2つの被覆層を有する、請求項10または11記載の非平面振動板。
- 円錐形、有利には円錐台の形状を有する、請求項10記載の非平面振動板。
- 電気音響変換器として、有利にはスピーカーの振動板としての請求項10から13までのいずれか1項記載の非平面振動板の使用。
