Description
Claims (8)
- コモンレール燃料噴射システムを介して実行され、エンジンの膨張ストロークの間のエンジンシリンダ内への燃料のインジェクションは、メインインジェクションフェーズ及び前記メインインジェクションフェーズに引き続く補助ポストインジェクションフェーズを具備するディーゼルエンジンの微粒子フィルタの再生を自動的に始動する方法において、
前記ポストインジェクションは、前記エンジンの排気ガス温度の上昇を生じさせるポストインジェクテッド燃料が前記燃焼室内で燃焼消費され、前記メインインジェクションフェーズに関して、前記ポストインジェクションフェーズのスタート角は、前記エンジンの負荷に正比例していることを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの微粒子フィルタの再生を自動的に始動する方法。 - 前記ポストインジェクションフェーズは、複数の気筒に亘って連続的に順次繰り返されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポストインジェクションが記憶されたエンジンサイクル数に従って実行されるように制御する工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記エンジンの状態をモニタすること、及び予め定められた値以上の時間継続する予め定められた複数の事象の検出に基づいて、前記ポストインジェクションフェーズが作動されることを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジンの状態は、前記微粒子フィルタの詰まり度合いを含み、前記微粒子フィルタから上流の圧力と、エンジン負荷とスピードの関数として計算され、前記複数の事象はそれぞれの閾値を越えた前記詰まり度合いを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、予め定められた動作時間間隔で前記ポストインジェクションフェーズが作動されることを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポストインジェクションフェーズは、前記エンジン負荷と前記スピードの関数としての燃料の量のインジェクションで構成され、前記燃料の量は前記負荷に反比例することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポストインジェクションフェーズは前記エンジン負荷と前記スピードの関数として、前記メインインジェクションフェーズに関して、前記エンジン負荷に正比例して遅延されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
