Claims (5)
- 燃焼室に対応する少なくとも一つの開口部(114)を備えている少なくとも2つのいわゆる外側金属薄板であって、少なくとも1つの外側金属薄板が、前記開口部(114)の縁部から離れて設けられているとともに前記開口部(114)を取り囲む円形のリブ(116)を有する少なくとも2つのいわゆる外側金属薄板(112)と、前記外側金属薄板(112)の間に配置されている支持金属薄板(118)であって、前記外側金属薄板の開口部(114)より大きな直径の開口部を有し、それによって環状の楔の形状をなすストッパ(120)の配置される空間が画定され、前記ストッパの内径が、前記外側金属薄板の開口部(114)の内径に対応し、前記ストッパの外径が、前記支持金属薄板の開口部に実質上適合され、突合せて配置されるように構成されている支持金属薄板(118)とからなり、前記支持金属薄板(118)の接触面が、対向するストッパ(120)の接触面より大きく、前記接触面の大きさの差が、前記支持金属薄板(118)の端部(126)を可塑的に変形することによってもたらされていることを特徴とするシリンダヘッドガスケット。
- 前記端部(126)の可塑的な変形がスタンピングにより得られることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシリンダヘッドガスケット。
- 前記端部(126)が、切り込みを有し、好適にはわずかに交互に折り曲げられている舌片(128)を形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシリンダヘッドガスケット。
- 前記ストッパ(120)の外径が、前記リブ(116)の外径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のシリンダヘッドガスケット。
- 前記リブ(116)に対向して配置されているストッパの少なくとも一部の厚みが、当該ストッパの他の部分の厚みよりも薄いことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のシリンダヘッドガスケット。
