Abstract
本发明涉及一种带有至少一个与燃烧室对应的孔(114)的气缸盖衬垫,一方面,包括至少两个被称为外板的板(112),至少一个外板包括围绕该孔(114)的圆环肋(116),该圆环肋(116)设置为距离所述孔(114)的边一定距离;另一方面,包括设置在外板(112)之间的支承板(118),该支承板包括直径大于外板的孔(114)的孔,以便限定在其内安置为圆环垫形的止动环(120)的空间;该止动环的内径与外板的孔(114)的直径相对应,外径基本上与该支承板的孔相配,以便边靠边地安装;其特征在于,支承板(118)具有的接触表面比相对应的止动环(120)的接触表面大。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种衬垫(垫片),尤其是包括边靠边安装的止动环的气缸盖衬垫。本发明特别适用于包括至少两板的多板气缸盖衬垫,其中至少一板是带肋的。
背景技术
如图1所示的一种实施方式,气缸盖衬垫10包括带有与燃烧室的孔对应的至少一孔14的两板12,两板中的至少一板,优选两板,具有设置在每个孔周围距所述孔的边一定距离的肋16,所述肋向该衬垫的内部变形。
另外,该衬垫10包括装在两外板12之间与肋16垂直的一中间支承板18和一圆环垫形的止动环20。止动环20的内径基本上与孔14的内径相应,外径小于肋的外径,使所述止动环边靠边(对接)地装在支承板的延长部分内。
该止动环20的厚度X1大于支承板的厚度X2,以便构成所述肋压碎(压变形)的限制器,一第一密封屏障,以便使至少一外板12形成拱形,以限制在操作时该外板的轮轴游间。
按照该现有技术,至少该支承板的至少一部分总要伸入肋之间。这些板是轧制品,它们的厚度和尺寸公差由制造方法决定,且精度不高。然而,为确保该气缸盖衬垫的良好作用,当肋与插入元件接触时,以一很大精度控制这些肋的分离(间隔)是非常重要的。
当然在正常情况下止动环不能沿横向相对支承板移动,不能沿垂直方向相对外板移动,但在所述止动环和所述支承板之间的刚性连接是必需的,这是因为带肋的外板12易弯曲,这便可能引起止动环20在支承板18和一个外板12之间滑动。
因此,止动环20和支承板18之间的连接通过焊接、粘接或类似的连接来实现。本申请人的FR-00.12669号专利申请提出通过径向扩张止动环将止动环固定在其支承板上的方法。
发明内容
此外,本发明提出一种新的气缸盖衬垫,这种气缸盖衬垫包括一个边靠边地安装的止动环,在止动环和支承板之间不进行刚性连接,所述止动环仍能很好地保持定位。
为此,本发明提供一种气缸盖衬垫,包括:至少两个外板,所述外板具有至少一个与燃烧室对应的孔,至少一个外板具有围绕所述孔距离该孔的边一定距离的圆环肋;装在所述至少两个外板之间的支承板,该支承板包括直径大于外板的孔的孔,以便限定在其内安装为圆环垫形的止动环的空间,该止动环的内径与外板的孔的直径相应,该止动环的外径基本上与该支承板的孔相配,以便止动环的边与支承板的边形成边靠边地安装,支承板与止动环相对的内环面形成支承板的接触表面(面积),止动环与支承板相对的外环面形成止动环的接触表面,且上述支承板的接触表面比对应的止动环的接触表面大,这种接触表面的不同是通过使支承板的边进行塑性变形获得的;其特征在于,所述支承板的边具有开口,以便形成微弯的舌。
根据一种优选的实施方式,这种接触表面的不同是通过使该支承板的边进行塑性变形获得的,所述舌是错开的。
根据本发明的装置的其它特征和优点,在参照附图对作为一实施例给出的描述中更加明显。

具体实施方式
在这些附图中,气缺盖衬垫110包括至少两个外板112。外板112有与发动机缸体的燃烧室对应的至少一孔114。两个外板112中的至少一个,优选两个,具有围绕孔114距离孔114的边为d的一圆环肋116。该肋116向该衬垫的内部变形。
按照已知方式,一中间支承板118装在外板112之间。支承板118具有一与外板112的孔114同中心的孔,其直径大于孔114,以便限定在其中安装一圆环垫形止动环120的空间。止动环120的内径与孔114的直径相应,外径基本上与支承板的孔相配,以便以边靠边的方式安装。
止动环包括至少一个区域122,其厚度X1大于承板118的厚度X2,以便构成肋的压变形的限制器,一个第一密封屏障,以便使至少一外板112成拱形,以限制在操作时该外板的轮轴游间。
根据这些例子,如果支承板118伸入肋116中间,止动环120的外径可小于肋116的外径;或如果如图3所示所述止动环厚度小于X1的一区域124插入肋116之间,止动环120的外径就如图3,4A和4B所示大于肋116的外径。
后一种变型的优点在用于该止动环以较大的精度插入肋116之间,这是因为止动环的尺寸是严格确定的;且可在孔114之间获得一更为缩减的缸内距离,这是因为只有止动环120被设置在所述孔114之间,如图2所示。当然,可以预见到在所谓大止动环的变型中,具有将止动环固定在中间支承板上的所有其它装置。
止动环120可以是金属类的,也可由其它纤维材料制造,如本申请人在FR-01.06129号专利申请中所描述的。
根据另一个特征,止动环沿其周边具有渐变的外形。因此,其厚度可以是变化的,不管夹紧定位的应力如何,都能获得恒定的接触压力。
根据本发明,为了保持止动环,支承板118所具有的接触表面比对应的止动环120的接触表面大。
根据图3,4A和4B所示的实施方式,为了增加接触表面,通过使支承板118的边126塑性变形而使接触表面不同。因此,由给定的支承板的厚度,基本上与现有技术的支承板的厚度相同,可人为地增加接触表面,该支承板具有一假想厚度,该假想厚度相应于变形后的高点和低点之间的间距。
根据一第一变型,该边126包括波状弯曲。
根据另一变型,如图3、4A和4B所示,边126具有开缝,以便形成舌128,某些舌向上微弯曲,另一些向下微弯曲,优选以错开(交替)方式弯曲。
根据本发明的设置,得到一塑性限位台,当外板分开时,它能阻止止动环在支承板和外板之一之间滑动。如所看到的那样,这个限位台可通过冲压或开缝后弯曲来实现,这样便获得支承板的假想厚度大于止动环的厚度。这个限位台是所谓塑性的,因为其可能在装配衬垫时被压紧。
根据本发明的另一变型,支承板118可由两板构成,其形状适于增强所述支承板118的弹性。
当然,本发明显然不限于所示及所述实施方式,相反,所有的变型,尤其涉及止动环的外形,所用的材料,板的构成—每个板都可由一板叠构成,以及肋的外形和位置,都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种气缸盖衬垫,包括:至少两个外板(112),所述外板具有至少一个与燃烧室对应的孔(114),至少一个外板具有围绕所述孔(114)距离该孔(114)的边一定距离的圆环肋(116);装在所述至少两个外板(112)之间的支承板(118),该支承板包括直径大于外板的孔(114)的孔,以便限定在其内安装为圆环垫形的止动环(120)的空间,该止动环的内径与外板的孔(114)的直径相应,该止动环的外径基本上与该支承板的孔相配,以便止动环的边与支承板的边形成边靠边地安装,支承板与止动环相对的内环面形成支承板的接触表面,止动环与支承板相对的外环面形成止动环的接触表面,且上述支承板(118)的接触表面比对应的止动环(120)的接触表面大,这种接触表面的不同是通过使支承板(118)的边(126)进行塑性变形获得的;其特征在于,所述支承板(118)的边(126)具有开口,以便形成微弯的舌(128)。
2.按照权利要求1的气缸盖衬垫,其特征在于,所述支承板(118)的边(126)的塑性变形是通过冲压获得的。
3.按照权利要求1或2的气缸盖衬垫,其特征在于,所述舌(128)以错开的方式弯曲。
4.按照权利要求1或2的气缸盖衬垫,其特征在于,所述止动环(120)的外径大于所述圆环肋(116)的外径。
5.按照权利要求1或2的气缸盖衬垫,其特征在于,所述止动环与所述圆环肋(116)相对的部分的尺寸是确定的。
