Claims (18)
- 移動通信端末機の映像オーバーレイ装置であって、
前記装置は、
第1映像データ及び第2映像データのうちの少なくとも一つを選択的に出力する選択的出力部と、
前記第1映像データ及び前記第2映像データのうちの少なくとも一つが、所定の比率に従って、グラフィックデータを通して可視的であるように、前記選択的出力部によって提供された前記第1映像データ及び前記第2映像データのうちの少なくとも一つと前記グラフィックデータとを前記所定の比率に従ってオーバーレイさせるビデオオーバーレイ部と
を備え、
前記ビデオオーバーレイ部は、
前記第1映像データ及び前記第2映像データのうちの少なくとも一つをカラー信号に変換するCSC(Color Space Convert)部と、
前記CSC部において変換されたビデオデータが、前記所定の比率に従って、カラー信号に変換されたグラフィックデータを通して可視的であるように、前記CSC部において変換されたビデオデータと前記カラー信号に変換されたグラフィックデータとを前記所定の比率に従って混合するカラーパレット部と、
前記CSCにおいて変換された第1映像データ及び第2映像データ、前記カラーパレット部によって混合された映像データ及びグラフィックデータ、前記カラー信号に変換されたグラフィックデータのうちの少なくとも一つを選択的に出力するビデオ選択部と
を含む、装置。 - 前記選択的出力部は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)によって提供された入力映像選択信号に基づいて、前記第1映像データ及び前記第2映像データのうちの少なくとも一つを選択的に出力する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ビデオオーバーレイ部は、
装置情報を示すグラフィックデータをカラー信号に変換するための情報を含むカラールックアップデータ構造をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記所定の比率は、前記CPUによって提供された映像混合信号に基づいて決定される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ビデオ選択部は、前記第1映像データ、前記第2映像データ、前記混合された映像及びグラフィックデータのうちの少なくとも一つを選択的に出力する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1映像データは、前記移動通信端末機に搭載されたカメラモジュールによって提供される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2映像データは、映像サーバからダウンロードされたMPEG−4ストリーミング映像データを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記MPEG−4ストリーミング映像データは、MPEG−4コーデックを用いて復元される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 移動通信端末機の映像オーバーレイ装置であって、
前記装置は、
CPUと、
映像を撮影するカメラモジュールと、
前記カメラモジュールによって提供されたストリーミング映像データを圧縮及び復元するビデオコーデックと、
前記ビデオコーデックによって提供された前記ストリーミング映像データ及び前記カメラモジュールによって撮影された前記映像のうちの少なくとも一つを選択的に出力する選択的出力部と、
前記ビデオコーデックによって提供された前記ストリーミング映像データ及び前記カメラモジュールによって撮影された前記映像のうちの少なくとも一つが、所定の比率に従って、グラフィックデータを通して可視的であるように、前記選択的出力部によって提供された前記映像データと前記CPUによって提供された前記グラフィックデータとを前記所定の比率に従ってオーバーレイさせるビデオオーバーレイ部と
を備え、
前記ビデオオーバーレイ部は、
前記ビデオコーデックによって提供された前記ストリーミング映像データ及び前記カメラモジュールによって撮影された前記映像のうちの少なくとも一つをカラー信号に変換するCSC(Color Space Convert)部と、
前記CSC部において変換されたビデオデータが、前記所定の比率に従って、カラー信号に変換されたグラフィックデータを通して可視的であるように、前記CSC部において変換されたビデオデータと前記カラー信号に変換されたグラフィックデータとを前記所定の比率に従って混合するカラーパレット部と、
前記ビデオコーデックによって提供された前記ストリーミング映像データを前記CSC部において変換したもの、前記カメラモジュールによって撮影された前記映像を前記CSC部において変換したもの、前記カラーパレット部によって混合された映像データ及びグラフィックデータ、前記カラー信号に変換されたグラフィックデータのうちの少なくとも一つを選択的に出力するビデオ選択部と
を含む、装置。 - 前記オーバーレイされた映像データをディスプレイ装置に提供するLCD(Liquid Crystal Display)インターフェース部をさらに備えている、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記LCDインターフェース部によって提供された前記オーバーレイされた映像データをディスプレイするLCDをさらに備えている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記選択的出力部は、前記CPUによって提供された映像選択信号に基づいて、前記ストリーミング映像データ及び前記カメラモジュールによって撮影された前記映像のうちの少なくとも一つを選択的に出力する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記ビデオオーバーレイ部は、端末機関連情報に関連付けられたグラフィックデータをカラー信号に変換するカラールックデータ構造をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の比率は、前記CPUによって提供された映像混合信号に基づいて計算される、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記ビデオ選択部は、前記CPUによって提供された選択信号に基づいて、前記カメラモジュールによって撮影された映像、前記映像コーデックによって提供されたストリーミング映像データ、前記カラー信号に変換されたグラフィックデータ、前記カラーパレット部によって混合された前記映像データ及びグラフィックデータのうちの少なくとも一つを選択的に出力する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記カメラモジュールは、イメージセンサを用いて映像をデジタル的に撮影する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記ビデオコーデックは、MPEG−4ストリーミング映像データ及び前記カメラモジュールによって提供された前記映像データを圧縮及び復元するMPEG−4ビデオコーデックである、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記オーバーレイされたデータを一時的に格納するメモリ部をさらに備えている、請求項9に記載の装置。
