Claims (12)
- レーザ光に対して透過性を有する樹脂材料からなり前記レーザ光の照射側の表面に段差部が形成された第1の部品と、前記レーザ光に対して吸収性を有する樹脂材料からなる第2の部品とを溶着するレーザ溶着方法であって、
前記第1の部品と前記第2の部品とを互いの溶着部を対向させて配置し、
前記段差部が照射範囲の一部に含まれるように前記第1の部品の表面から前記溶着部に向けて前記レーザ光を照射し前記第1の部品と前記第2の部品とを互いに溶着するとともに、前記段差部を溶融あるいは焼損させてその痕跡を残すことを特徴とするレーザ溶着方法。 - 請求項1において、
前記レーザ光の照射は、照射位置を移動させながら行う逐次走査によって行われることを特徴とするレーザ溶着方法。 - 請求項1において、
前記レーザ光の照射は、一列に配置された光源を用いて前記溶着部と前記段差部の両方を照射範囲とする一括走査によって行われることを特徴とするレーザ溶着方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記段差部は、凸部であることを特徴とするレーザ溶着方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記段差部は、凹部であることを特徴とするレーザ溶着方法。 - レーザ光に対して透過性を有する樹脂材料からなり、前記レーザ光の照射側の表面に段差部が形成された第1の部品と、
前記レーザ光に対して吸収性を有する樹脂材料からなり、前記第1の部品の第1の面に対向する第2の面を有する第2の部品と、
前記第1の面の少なくとも一部と前記第2の面の少なくとも一部がともに溶融して前記第1の部品と前記第2の部品とを固着する溶着部と、
前記段差部に形成された溶融あるいは焼損の痕跡と、
を備えることを特徴とするレーザ溶着構造。 - 請求項6において、
前記段差部は、凸部であることを特徴とするレーザ溶着構造。 - 請求項6において、
前記段差部は、凹部であることを特徴とするレーザ溶着構造。 - 請求項6において、
前記段差部は、レーザ光照射側の表面から前記溶着部が形成される面との間に形成された貫通孔であり、
前記痕跡は、前記貫通孔の表面であって、少なくとも前記レーザ光照射側の表面の近傍に形成されることを特徴とするレーザ溶着構造。 - 請求項6において、
前記第1の部品は、複数の成形型を用いた樹脂成形によって製造され、
前記段差部は、樹脂成形時に前記複数の成形型の合わせ面に対応して形成される凸部であることを特徴とするレーザ溶着構造。 - 請求項6において、
前記第1の部品は、成形型を用いた樹脂成形によって製造され、
前記段差部は、樹脂成形時に前記成形型から前記第1の部品を取り出すために前記成形型に設けられた押し出しピンに対応して形成される凹凸部であることを特徴とするレーザ溶着構造。 - 請求項6〜11のいずれかに記載されたレーザ溶着構造を構成する前記第1の部品は、内燃機関に供給する燃料の通路となるスロットルボディ内に備わったスロットルバルブであり、
前記第2の部品は、前記通路に対する傾斜角度を変更可能に前記スロットルバルブを保持するスロットルシャフトであることを特徴とするスロットルバルブ装置。
