Claims (11)
- 長手に延び平行直六面体の弁ハウジング(10、10a、10b)とソレノイド装置(12)とを備え、弁ハウジングは2個の密封着座部と方形のチャンバ(26)と棒状の接極子(28)とを有し、接極子(28)はチャンバ(26)内に収納され、戻しバネ(50)により2個のスイッチング位置の1に位置するように予め負荷が加えられ、ソレノイド装置(12)は密封着座部と対向するハウジングの側部で弁ハウジング(10、10a、10b)に当接され、接極子(28)は鈍縁部(30)がソレノイド装置(12)と対向して旋回可能に装着され、戻しバネ(50)の一端部はチャンバ(26)の床部上に載置されて密封着座部を外囲し、かつ該戻しバネ(50)の他端部は密封着座部と対向する接極子(28)の部位で該接極子(28)の窪み部(44)に係入されて弁ハウジング(10)上の位置に安定化される電磁弁において、
接極子(28)はチャンバ(26)内に可動に挿入され、
接極子(28)の鈍縁部(30)は位置安定化を要することなく前記ソレノイド装置(12)の平らな底面である分離面(24)上に配置され、
接極子(28)は分離面(24)によって形成される支承面上に鈍縁部(30)で旋回可能に支承され、
接極子(28)の鈍縁部(30)の位置は戻りバネ(50)の強さに伴うすべての支承力および摩擦力に依り自ずと生じる平衡によって画定されることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - チャンバ(26)の内壁は接極子(28)に対する止め面として機能し、接極子(28)が2スイッチング位置においてチャンバ(26)の内壁から移動自在の十分な距離離間されることを特徴とする請求項1の電磁弁。
- 接極子(28)の窪み部(44)が密封着座部の一と対向して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2の電磁弁。
- 別の窪み部(42)が他方の密封着座部と対向して接極子(28)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3の電磁弁。
- 各密封部(46、48)が接極子(28)の窪み部(42、44)内に配置され、各密封着座部がチャンバ内に突出するノズル(38、40)の端部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4の電磁弁。
- 密封部(46、48)が接極子(28)の窪み部内において全方向に可動に支承されることを特徴とする請求項5の電磁弁。
- ノズル(40)の一方がコイル状の戻しバネ(50)により外囲されることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6の電磁弁。
- 窪み部内の各作動突出部(78、80)が接極子(28)と柔軟性を持たせて連結され、且つ作動突出部(78、80)はチャンバ(26)の床部の開口部を貫通しこれと隣接する弁チャンバ(70)内へ突出するよう設けられ、弁チャンバ(70)は密封着座部を有し、ダイアフラム(72)によりチャンバ(26)から分離され、作動突出部(78、80)は接極子(28)から離間して対向する端部においてダイアフラム(72)と連結され、ダイアフラムには各密封着座部と対向する密封部材(74、76)が一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4の電磁弁。
- 床部の開口部の一方がチャンバ(26)内に突出するリングカラー部材(86)により外囲され、リングカラー部材がコイル状の戻しバネ(50)の一端部を外囲させてなることを特徴とする請求項8の電磁弁。
- チャンバを閉鎖する分離プレート(60)がソレノイド装置(12)と弁ハウジング(10)との間に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項l〜9のいずれか一の電磁弁。
- 分離プレート(60)の、磁極(16、22)と対向する領域が磁気的に導通にされ、残領域が磁気的に非導通にされることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一の電磁弁。
