本発明は、注射液瓶や輸液瓶のための無断開封防止キャップ（tamper-indicating cap）を備えた蓋であって、シールの保持部分を包含し、この保持部分が無断開封防止キャップを確実に錠止した状態で配置する孔縁を有する蓋に関する。
【０００２】
上記タイプの蓋は、摺動可能な表面（たとえば、PTFEを被覆した面）を備えたシールが蓋に十分に堅固に保持されないという欠点を有する。移注（除去）装置のスパイクで刺したときに、シールが変形しその位置から滑ってはずれ、瓶のネック部内へ落ちてしまうのである。よって、本発明はこれの対策を意図したものである。

その目的は、上記のタイプの蓋であって、キャップ（１）が孔を有し、この孔の縁（２）が下方に折り込まれており、このキャップ（１）が保持部分（３）とシール（５）の間に配置され、シール（５）が周縁ビード（７）を有し、その周縁ビード（７）上に孔を有するキャップ（１）が保持されることを特徴とする蓋によって達成される。

以下、単なる一実施例を示す図面を参照しながらより詳しく本発明を説明する。

この蓋は、例えばストッパまたはディスクのようなシール（５）のための保持部分(３)を有する。保持部分(３)は孔縁(８)を備えており、この孔縁内には本物であることを表示するキャップ(４)の押し広げ部(９)が係合しており、押し広げ部は蓋を閉じるときに孔縁(８)のまわりに配置されるようになっている。孔と下方に折り込まれた孔の縁(２)とを有するキャップ(１)が保持部分(３)とシール(５)との間に配置されている。シール(５)は周縁ビード(７)を備えている。この周縁ビード(７)は孔と下方に折り込まれた孔の縁（２）を持ったキャップ(１)によって取り囲まれている。その結果、シール(５)は所定位置に固定され、もはや穿刺時に対応する圧縮荷重の下に瓶ネック部(６)に押し込まれることはない。シール(５)は、付加的にもあるいは代替的にも、それの方向に折り曲げられた保持部分(３)のセグメントによっても固定され得る。この蓋の各部分は、すべて、なんら使い捨ての弊害を起こさない同じ材料（金属またはプラスチック）で作ることができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 注射液瓶や輸液瓶のための無断開封防止キャップ（４）を備えた蓋であって、シール（５）のための保持部分（３）を含有し、この保持部分（３）がその中に無断開封防止キャップ（４）を確実に錠止した状態で配置する孔縁（８）を有し、孔を有するキャップ（１）が保持部分（３）とシール（５）の間に配置され、シール（５）が周縁ビード（７）を有するものにおいて、孔を有する該キャップ（１）が下方に折り曲げられた縁（２）を有し、該周縁ビード（７）が孔および下方に折り込まれた孔の縁（２）を有するキャップ（１）で取り囲まれていることを特徴とする蓋。
