Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 注射液瓶や輸液瓶のための本物であることを
表示するキャップを備えた蓋において、シールが変形し
て滑り、瓶のネック部内へ落ちてしまうという欠点を改
善することにある。 【構成】 本発明は注射液瓶や輸液瓶のための本物であ
ることを表示するキャップを備えた蓋に関する。この蓋
は、シール(５)のための保持部分(３)とキャップ(１)と
を有し、このキャップが孔を有し、この孔の縁(２)が内
方に折り込まれており、このキャップが保持部分(３)と
シール(５)の間に配置されている。この構成により、蓋
をスパイクで刺したときにシールが瓶のネック部に落ち
るのを防ぐ。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】本発明は、注射液瓶や輸液瓶のための本物
であることを表示するキャップ（tamper-indicating ca
p）を備えた蓋であって、シールの保持部分を包含し、
この保持部分が本物であることを表示するキャップを確
実に錠止した状態で配置するくぼみを有する蓋に関す
る。
【０００２】上記タイプの蓋は、摺動可能な表面（たと
えば、PTFEを被覆した面）を備えたシールが蓋に十分に
堅固に保持されないという欠点を有する。移注（除去）
装置のスパイクで刺したときに、シールが変形しその位
置から滑ってはずれ、瓶のネック部内へ落ちてしまうの
である。よって、本発明はこれの対策を意図したもので
ある。
【０００３】その目的は、上記のタイプの蓋であって、
キャップが孔を有し、この孔の縁が内方に折り込まれて
おり、このキャップが保持部分とシールの間に配置さ
れ、シールが孔を持ったキャップを支持する周縁ビード
を有することを特徴とする蓋によって達成される。
【０００４】以下、単なる一実施例を示す図面を参照し
ながらより詳しく本発明を説明する。
【０００５】この蓋はシール(５)、例えばストッパまた
はディスクのための保持部分(３)を有する。保持部分
(３)はくぼみ(８)を備えており、このくぼみ内には本物
であることを表示するキャップ(４)の押し広げ部(９)が
係合しており、蓋を閉じるときにくぼみ(８)のまわりに
置かれるようになっている。キャップ(１)は、孔と内方
に折り込まれた孔の縁(２)とを有するキャップ(１)が保
持部分(３)とシール(５)との間に配置されている。シー
ル(５)は周縁ビード(７)を備えている。この周縁ビード
(７)は孔を持ったキャップ(１)によって囲まれ、孔の縁
(２)が内方に折り込まれている。その結果、シール(５)
は所定位置に固定され、もはや穿刺時に対応する圧縮荷
重の下に瓶ネック部(６)に押し込まれることはない。シ
ール(５)は、付加的にもあるいは代替的にも、それの方
向に折り曲げられた保持部分(３)のセグメントによって
も固定され得る。この蓋の各部分は、すべて、なんら使
い捨ての弊害を起こさない同じ材料（金属またはプラス
チック）で作ることができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 注射液瓶や輸液瓶のための本物であるこ
    とを表示するキャップを備えた蓋であって、シールの保
    持部分を包含し、この保持部分が本物であることを表示
    するキャップを確実に錠止した状態で配置するくぼみを
    有する蓋において、キャップ(１)が孔を有し、この孔の
    縁(２)が内方に折り込まれており、このキャップが保持
    部分(３)とシール(５)の間に配置され、シール（５）が
    孔を持ったキャップ(１)を支持する周縁ビード(７)を有
    することを特徴とする蓋。
