Claims (7)

前記第二のコンポーネントの端部を前記第一のコンポーネントの前記リセス内に挿入する;
第一のコンポーネントと第二のコンポーネントをスピン溶着し、それによって、前記結合材料で前記第一のコンポーネントを前記第二のコンポーネントに接合する。 - 下記特徴を備えた請求項1に記載の方法:
