Abstract
【解決手段】 繊維構造体に制電性を付与する方法は、銀等の金属または金属の化合物を含む液体を衣類等の繊維構造体の表面上に存在させた状態で乾燥させることによって繊維構造体の表面に金属または金属の化合物を付着させることを特徴とするものである。

Description
衣類の表面電位の測定試験は、ゴム台の上に加工した上記のポリエステル布を置き、そのポリエステル布の表面を、JIS L0803に規定された染色堅牢度試験用添付白布(ウール布)と擦り合わせて5回摩擦した後、ポリエステル布をゴム台から引き上げたときの表面電位をポータブル表面電位計で測定することによって行われた。測定時の温度は30℃、湿度は60%であった。
Claims (9)
- 金属または金属の化合物を含む液体を繊維構造体の表面上に掛けることにより、表面張力によって存在させて吸着させている状態にし、この状態で乾燥させることによって前記繊維構造体の表面に金属または金属の化合物を付着させることを特徴とする、繊維構造体に制電性を付与する方法。
- 前記液体を繊維構造体の表面上に噴霧することにより、前記液体を繊維構造体の表面上に表面張力によって存在させて吸着させている状態にし、この状態で乾燥させることによって前記繊維構造体の表面に金属または金属の化合物を付着させて繊維構造体の帯電防止性能を高める、請求項1に記載の繊維構造体に制電性を付与する方法。
- 前記液体は、金属のイオンを含む水である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の繊維構造体に制電性を付与する方法。
- 前記金属は、銀である、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の繊維構造体に制電性を付与する方法。
- 前記金属または金属の化合物を含む液体は、金属を電極として用いて液体中で電気分解することにより、金属イオンが溶出した液体である、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の繊維構造体に制電性を付与する方法。
- 前記金属または金属の化合物の付着量の割合として、1kgの前記繊維構造体に対して0.5mg以上50mg以下の金属または金属の化合物を付着させる、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の繊維構造体に制電性を付与する方法。
- 前記繊維構造体は、化学繊維を含む構造体である、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載の繊維構造体に制電性を付与する方法。
- 前記繊維構造体は衣類であり、衣類の洗い工程の後に金属または金属の化合物を含む液体を衣類の表面上に掛ける、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載の繊維構造体に制電性を付与する方法。
- 請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法によって制電性が付与された繊維構造体。
