Description
本発明は、グルコース検査装置に実施され、試料中に存在するグルコースの濃度を測定する方法に関するものであって、試料中に存在するグルコースから直接発光される蛍光を検査する。このグルコース検査装置は、励起光で試料を照射し、試料中に存在するグルコースに作用して蛍光を発光させ、該蛍光を検出及び処理して、試料中のグルコースの濃度を測定する。
Claims (6)
- 非生体液である試料中のグルコースの濃度を検査する方法であって、
250ナノメートルから350ナノメートルの間の波長を有する狭帯域励起光を試料に指向し、前記試料中に存在するグルコースによって発光される蛍光を含むリターン光を前記試料から発生させるステップと、
前記リターン光を検査して第1及び第2の信号を発生するステップと、
を備え、前記第1の信号は第1の波長帯域内の前記リターン光の強度を表し、該第1の波長帯域は前記励起光の波長よりも30乃至50ナノメートルほど長波長側の範囲であり、前記第2の信号は第2の波長帯域内の前記リターン光の強度を表し、該第2の波長帯域は380ナノメートルから420ナノメートルの間にわたる波長帯域であり、
前記方法は更に、
前記第1及び第2の信号を処理して、前記試料中のグルコースの濃度を決定するステップを具備することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の試料中のグルコースの濃度を検査する方法であって、前記励起光を指向するステップにおいて使用される励起光の波長は308ナノメートルであり、
前記リターン光を検査するステップにおいて使用される第1の波長帯域は335ナノメートルから355の間にわたり、
前記リターン光を検査するステップにおいて使用される第2の波長帯域は380ナノメートルから420ナノメートルの間にわたる方法。 - 請求項1記載の試料中のグルコースの濃度を検査する方法であって、前記試料に励起光を指向するステップが前記励起光を前記試料に誘導するステップを更に含んでなる方法。
- 請求項1記載の試料中のグルコースの濃度を検査する方法であって、前記リターン光を検査するステップが前記試料からの前記リターン光を誘導するステップを更に含んでなる方法。
- 請求項1記載の試料中のグルコースの濃度を検査する方法であって、前記リターン光を検査するステップが
前記第1の波長帯域内のリターン光を検出して前記第1の信号を発生するステップと、
前記第2の波長帯域内のリターン光を検出して前記第2の信号を発生するステップと、
を更に含んでなる方法。 - 請求項5記載の試料中のグルコースの濃度を検査する方法であって、
前記リターン光を検査するステップが、前記リターン光を異なるスペクトル波長に分解して、前記第1及び第2の波長帯域内の光をそれぞれ検出するステップを更に含んでなる方法。
