Description

オピオイドモニタリングアプリケーションを実行するモバイルデバイスまたは他のコンピューティングデバイスは、過剰摂取イベントが発生しているまたは今にも起こりそうであるとき、たとえば、Lyft(登録商標)またはUber(登録商標)などのライドシェアサービス、タクシーサービス、または任意の商業輸送サービスなどの1つまたは複数の輸送サービスと通信することができる。これは、図1Bでは、ナロキソンの所在地メッセージの表現内にある「ライドシェアネットワーク」として示されている。オピオイドモニタリングアプリケーションは、モバイルコンピューティングデバイスを介して、インターネットなどのネットワーク上のライドシェアリングサービスと関連づけられたサーバと通信することがある。通信は、たとえば人が通常タクシー、Lyft、またはUberを呼び出すであろうと同じ輸送サービスシステムへと入られ得る。

Claims (37)
- オピオイド過剰摂取イベントに関して使用者をモニタするシステムであって、1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサと、ワイヤレス通信回路と、タッチスクリーンディスプレイと、スピーカと、カメラと、マイクロホンとを含むモバイルコンピューティングデバイスのメモリ上に記憶可能であるソフトウェア命令を備え、前記ソフトウェア命令が、前記1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサに、
前記カメラから画像の表現を受け取らせ、かつ前記マイクロホンから音の表現を受け取らせ、
前記画像の表現を処理し、前記音の表現を分析して、呼吸の状態を対応する閾値と連続的に比較して呼吸促迫を決定させ、
前記比較、処理された画像の表現および前記受け取られた音の表現に基づいて、オピオイド過剰摂取イベントが発生しているまたはすぐに発生すると決定させ、

ようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記モニタリングデータが、前記使用者の状態と関連づけられた使用者データと、前記使用者に対してローカルである前記環境と関連づけられた環境データとを含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数の受信者が、前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスの前記メモリ内に記憶された連絡先情報を有する友人と家族とを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記通知が、前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスの所在地への指示を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサが、前記マイクロホンからの音の表現をさらに分析して、前記使用者の呼吸促迫を決定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数のプロセッサがさらに、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイに、オピオイド過剰摂取の被害者を看護するように看護命令を表示させる、請求項1に記載のシステム。

- 前記1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサがさらに、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイを点滅させる、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイに前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスの所在地への指示を表示させる、または前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスのスピーカに前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスの前記所在地への可聴指示を提供させる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- オピオイド過剰摂取イベントに関して使用者をモニタするシステムであって、
使用者に対してローカルである環境からの使用者の呼吸と関連づけられた1つまたは複数の生理的パラメータを検出して、検出された1つまたは複数の生理的パラメータに対する生センサデータを提供するように構成された1つまたは複数のセンサと、
前記1つまたは複数のセンサと通信し、前記1つまたは複数のセンサから生センサデータを受信して、前記生センサデータを処理し、呼吸データを決定するように構成された信号処理デバイスと、
前記信号処理デバイスと通信するモバイルコンピューティングデバイスであって、ワイヤレス通信回路、タッチスクリーンディスプレイ、スピーカ、カメラ、マイクロホン、ソフトウェア命令を記憶しているメモリ、および前記ソフトウェア命令を実行するように構成された1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサを備えたモバイルコンピューティングデバイスとを備え、少なくとも、
前記信号処理デバイスから呼吸データを受信し、
前記呼吸データに基づいて呼吸数を決定し、前記呼吸数を対応する閾値と連続的に比較し、
前記カメラから使用者の画像の表現を受信し、かつ前記マイクロホンから音の表現を受信し、
1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサで、前記画像の表現を処理し、かつ前記音の表現を分析して、呼吸促迫を決定し、
閾値未満の決定された呼吸数に対して、1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサで、前記比較、処理された画像の表現および分析された音の表現に基づいて、オピオイド過剰摂取イベントが発生しているまたはすぐに発生すると決定し、
前記オピオイド過剰摂取イベントの決定に基づいて、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイ上でユーザ入力の要求を提示し、
前記ユーザ入力の要求に基づいて、前記スピーカで、増大するアラームを発生して、使用者にユーザ入力を提供することを促し、
前記ユーザ入力を受け取ることができなかったことに基づいて、決定されたオピオイド過剰摂取イベントの通知を1つまたは複数の受信者にワイヤレスで送信する、
システム。 - 前記1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサが、
前記使用者および前記使用者に対してローカルである環境をモニタするモニタリングサービスからモニタリングデータを受け取り、
前記オピオイド過剰摂取イベントの前記通知を前記モニタリングサービスに送信する
ようにさらに構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記通知が、テキストメッセージ、通話、および電子メールのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサが、前記カメラからの前記画像の表現をさらに分析して、前記使用者の意識不明状態を決定する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサがさらに、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイを点滅させる、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイに前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスの所在地への指示を表示させる、または前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスのスピーカに前記所在地への可聴指示を提供させる、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- オピオイド過剰摂取イベントについて使用者をモニタする方法であって、
モバイルコンピューティングデバイスのカメラから使用者の画像の表現を受信し、かつマイクロホンから音の表現を受信するステップと、
前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスの1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサを用いて、前記画像の表現を処理し、かつ前記音の表現を分析して、呼吸の状態を対応する閾値と連続的に比較して呼吸促迫を決定するステップと、
前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスの1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサを用いて、前記比較、処理された画像の表現および分析された音の表現に基づいて、オピオイド過剰摂取イベントが発生しているまたはすぐに発生すると決定するステップと、
前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスの1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサを用いて、前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスのタッチスクリーンディスプレイ上でユーザ入力の要求を提示するステップであって、前記要求が前記決定に基づく、ステップと、
前記決定に基づいて、前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスのスピーカを用いて、増大するアラームを発生して、前記使用者に前記ユーザ入力を提供することを促すステップと、
前記モバイルコンピューティングデバイスを用いて、前記ユーザ入力を受け取ることができなかったことに基づいて、前記オピオイド過剰摂取イベントの通知を1つまたは複数の受信者にワイヤレスで送信するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記使用者および前記使用者に対してローカルである環境をモニタするモニタリングサービスからモニタリングデータを受け取るステップと、
前記オピオイド過剰摂取イベントの前記通知を前記モニタリングサービスに送信するステップと
をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサは、さらに、前記カメラからの前記画像の表現を分析して、前記使用者の意識不明状態を決定する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- オピオイド過剰摂取イベントの標識についてモニタするシステムであって、
ソフトウェア命令を記憶している医学的モニタリングハブのメモリを備えていて、前記ソフトウェア命令は、前記医学的モニタリングハブの1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサによって実行可能であり、前記医学的モニタリングハブの1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサに、
1つまたは複数のセンサによってモニタされている第1の使用者の1つまたは複数の生理的パラメータを示すデータを連続的に受信させ、
前記1つまたは複数の生理的パラメータの各々を対応する閾値と連続的に比較させ、
前記第1の使用者に対してローカルであるデバイスからの入力を連続的に受信させ、前記ローカルであるデバイスは、前記第1の使用者に対してローカルである環境をモニタすることが可能であり、前記ローカルであるデバイスからの入力は、前記ローカルである環境における動きおよび音を示し、
前記比較および前記ローカルであるデバイスからの入力に基づいて、オピオイド過剰摂取イベントが発生しているまたはすぐに発生すると決定させ、
前記決定に基づいて、第1のモバイル通信デバイスにアラームメッセージを送信して、第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイス上でアラームを生じさせ、かつ
第2の使用者の連絡先情報を記憶しているサーバに通知メッセージを送信して、第2の使用者と関連づけられた第2のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスのディスプレイに、前記第1の使用者の、アラームが発された生理的パラメータのステータスを表示させることによって、前記第2の使用者に前記アラームを通知させ、
さらに、ソフトウェア命令を記憶している第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスのメモリを備えていて、前記ソフトウェア命令は、前記第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスの1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサによって実行可能であり、前記第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスの1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサに、
前記医学的モニタリングハブからアラームメッセージを受信することに応答して前記第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイス上でアラームをトリガさせる、
システム。 - 前記医学的モニタリングハブの1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサがさらに、前記第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスのディスプレイに、前記連続的に受信されたデータに応答して前記1つまたは複数の生理的パラメータのグラフィカル表現を連続的に更新させる、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記医学的モニタリングハブの1つまたは複数のハードウェアプロセッサがさらに、ディスプレイに、前記第1の使用者と関連づけられた追加情報を見るために使用者が選択可能な入力を生じさせる、請求項18に記載のシステム。

- 前記使用者が選択可能な入力を選択するステップが、前記第2のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスの前記ディスプレイに、前記第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスの所在地を地図上に表示させる、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記使用者が選択可能な入力を選択するステップが、前記第2のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスの前記ディスプレイに、初期アラームの時刻を地図上に表示させる、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記使用者が選択可能な入力を選択するステップが、前記第2のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスの前記ディスプレイに、前記第2のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスの所在地から前記第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスへの指示へのアクセスを提供させる、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記使用者が選択可能な入力を選択するステップが、前記第2のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスの前記ディスプレイに、前記第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスに電話するためにアクセスを提供させる、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数の生理的パラメータが、前記第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスのディスプレイ上に目盛り盤として表される、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数の生理的パラメータが、酸素飽和度、心拍数、呼吸数、脈波変動、灌流指標、および呼吸努力指標のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- オピオイド過剰摂取イベントの標識についてモニタする方法であって、
医学的モニタリングハブを用いて、1つまたは複数のセンサによって能動的にモニタされている第1の使用者の1つまたは複数の生理的パラメータを示すデータを連続的に受信するステップと、
前記医学的モニタリングハブを用いて、前記1つまたは複数の生理的パラメータの各々を対応する閾値と連続的に比較するステップと、
前記医学的モニタリングハブを用いて、前記第1の使用者に対してローカルであるデバイスからの入力を連続的に受信するステップであって、前記ローカルであるデバイスは、前記第1の使用者に対してローカルである環境をモニタすることが可能であり、前記ローカルであるデバイスからの入力は、前記ローカルである環境における動きおよび音を示す、ステップと、
前記医学的モニタリングハブを用いて、前記比較および前記ローカルであるデバイスからの入力に基づいて、オピオイド過剰摂取イベントが発生しているまたはすぐに発生すると決定するステップと、
前記決定に基づいて、前記医学的モニタリングハブを用いて、第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスに対するアラームメッセージを送信して、前記第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイス上でアラームを生じさせるステップと、
前記医学的モニタリングハブを用いて、第2の使用者の連絡先情報を記憶しているサーバに通知メッセージを送信して、第2の使用者と関連づけられた第2のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスのディスプレイに、前記第1の使用者の、アラームが発された生理的パラメータのステータスを表示させることによって、前記第2の使用者に前記アラームを通知するステップと、
前記第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスを用いて、前記医学的モニタリングハブからアラームメッセージを受信することに応答して、第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイス上でアラームをトリガするステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記第1のモバイルコンピューティングデバイスのディスプレイに、前記連続的に受信されたデータに応答して前記1つまたは複数の生理的パラメータのグラフィカル表現を連続的に更新させるステップをさらに含む、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の使用者と関連づけられた追加情報を見るために使用者が選択可能な入力を表示するステップをさらに含む、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記アラームが可聴の視覚的アラームである、請求項28に記載の方法。
