图5A示出了示例实时数据屏幕500,其可以显示对患者生命体征的实时更新。可通过控制面板305访问实时数据屏幕500。实时数据屏幕500可配置为显示任何数量的生理测量,例如但不限于基本患者信息301、患者生命体征303、患者健康评分304等。图5B示出了当患者与生命体征监测机器断开连接、装置失去与医院网络的连接或装置可能停止接收数据更新的任何其他原因时的示例实时数据屏幕500。在这种情况下,实时数据屏幕500可以显示无连接警告501。屏幕500可以通过替换通常所列出的生理测量数据的破折号、使显示空间留空、示出装置未接收患者数据的任何其他方法来指示缺乏患者数据。
图6A示出了示例实验室和图像屏幕600,其可以显示患者的实验室结果601。可以通过控制面板305访问实验室和图像屏幕600。导航标签602可以允许医生通过测试选择实验室结果并且甚至查看患者X光片。图6B-6D示出了可支持一个鱼骨图显示603、两个鱼骨图显示604或三个鱼骨图显示605的替代布局。在一些配置中,显示鱼骨图的布局还显示患者的完整实验室结果601。在其他配置中,带有鱼骨图的布局可以仅显示鱼骨图以总结实验室结果。通常,并非实验室报告的所有部分在诊断中都很重要,并且替代布局可以将最重要的信息整合为医生易于理解的格式,这可以让他们更有效地工作。图6E是示例x射线查看屏幕606,医生可以在其中查看患者的x射线结果。图6F示出了当患者文件为空、装置失去与医院网络的连接或装置可能无法接收数据更新的任何其他原因时的示例实验室和图像屏幕600。在这种情况下,实验室和图像屏幕600可以显示无连接警告607。

图9A-9O示出了应用设置的各种示例页面,其中医院工作人员可以更新患者信息并显示偏好。可以通过设置菜单图标205、762访问设置。导航面板900可以允许医疗保健提供者编辑显示在默认屏幕200和控制面板305上列出的每个屏幕上的特征。设置屏幕可以用于改变应用显示以示出房间中的床位数量,在装置无法连接到患者数据的情况下设置默认显示,更新患者信息,更新患者日程安排,更新药物信息,或自定义和/或更新此处描述的任何特征。
图10A示出了在应用中使用的安全预防符号的可能变化。图10B和10C示出了临床医生可以选择在接口默认屏幕上显示的可能的患者警告列表。图10A-C应被理解为非限制性的并且不排除使用未在本图中明确公开的其他符号和警告。
图11A-E是用于生理患者监测的医疗保健专业人员接口的设置屏幕的示例性配置。设置屏幕可在首次使用该应用之前出现。图11A示出了具有网际协议(“IP”)地址输入1101和PIN输入1102的示例供应屏幕1100。在一些配置中,密码可以不是四位PIN,而是可以是任何长度并且包括符号、字符或数字的任何组合。由于患者信息的敏感和受保护性质,供应对于医疗保健中使用的装置尤为重要。使用装置IP地址确保只有经过验证的装置才能与网络通信并访问私人患者数据。图11B-C示出了具有用户名输入1104和密码输入1105的示意性登录屏幕1103。如图11C所示,密码输入1105可以删减字符,使得密码不会被不希望的观众意外看到。在这样的配置中,可以有一个额外的选项来显示密码。图11D和11E是示例房间选择屏幕1106。房间选择屏幕1106可以允许系统管理员将装置与具体医院房间配对。图11E示出了示例房间选择屏幕1106,其中可以从下拉菜单中选择房间。在其他配置中,房间号可以通过虚拟键盘输入。

Claims (38)
1.一种系统,被配置为固定在医院房间外的门附近,所述系统包括:
放置在房间外的门附近的容器;
便携式电子装置,被配置为可拆卸地安装到所述容器;
所述便携式电子装置包括显示器和一个或多个硬件处理器,所述一个或多个硬件处理器被配置为:
从医疗保健数据网络接收患者数据,其中所述患者数据对应于所述房间中的患者;
至少部分基于所述患者数据选择安全信息;
生成用于在所述显示器上呈现的第一用户接口,所述第一用户接口被配置为显示对应于所述房间中的患者的去识别信息,包括所选择的安全信息;
接收指示护理提供者被认证以访问所述显示器的认证数据;以及
基于接收到的认证数据生成用于在所述显示器上呈现的第二用户接口,所述第二用户接口被配置为显示所述患者数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述容器包括机械锁定机构,所述机械锁定机构被配置为在接收到认证后解锁所述便携式电子装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述锁定机构包括以下中至少之一:硬件闩锁、磁性闩锁、电磁闩锁或电子控制的硬件闩锁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述便携式电子装置位于护士站或由医疗保健提供者携带。
5.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述安全信息包括以下中至少之一:患者过敏、推荐的安全预防措施、患者饮食方案、手术警报或患者跌倒风险警告。
6.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,为了选择所述安全信息,所述一个或多个硬件处理器被配置为:
解析所述患者数据;
识别所述患者数据中列出的患者健康风险;以及
至少部分基于所述患者数据生成所述安全信息。
7.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述一个或多个硬件处理器还被配置为:
生成用于在所述显示器上呈现的第三用户接口,所述第三用户接口被配置为显示与至少一个其他用户接口相关的选项;以及
经由所述第三用户接口接收用户输入,以选择在所述至少一个其他用户接口上显示的显示选项。
8.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述一个或多个硬件处理器还被配置为:
实时更新来自所述医疗保健数据网络的患者数据;
处理来自所述医疗保健数据网络的患者数据以生成图形数据显示;
经由第四图形用户接口显示所述图形数据显示;以及
至少部分基于实时更新的患者数据更新所述图形数据显示。
9.根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中,所述图形数据显示包括以下中至少之一:鱼骨图、时间线或ECG波形。
10.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述认证数据包括以下中至少之一:密码、个人识别号码(“PIN”)、射频识别(“RFID”)芯片扫描仪、生物特征信息或硬件配置。
11.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述一个或多个硬件处理器还被配置为显示患者X射线。
12.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述便携式电子装置能够被编程以接收和显示所述房间中多个患者的患者数据。
13.一种医疗保健提供者用户接口系统,包括:
一个或多个硬件处理器,由可执行指令编程以使所述一个或多个硬件处理器:
从医疗保健数据网络接收患者数据;
至少部分基于所述患者数据选择安全信息;以及
经由一个或多个图形用户接口在便携式电子装置上显示所述安全信息。
14.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述便携式电子装置位于医院房间外,邻近所述医院房间的入口,其中所述医院房间被分配给所述患者。
15.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述便携式电子装置位于护士站或由医疗保健提供者携带。
16.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述安全信息包括以下中至少之一:患者过敏、推荐的安全预防措施、患者饮食方案、手术警报或患者跌倒风险警告。
17.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,为了选择所述安全信息,所述一个或多个硬件处理器还被配置为经由所述一个或多个图形用户接口接收定义所述安全信息的用户输入。
18.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,为了选择所述安全信息,所述一个或多个硬件处理器还被配置为:
解析所述患者数据;
识别所述患者数据中列出的患者健康风险;以及
至少部分基于所述患者数据生成所述安全信息。
19.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述一个或多个硬件处理器还被配置为:
经由所述一个或多个图形用户接口显示患者数据;
实时更新来自所述医疗保健数据网络的患者数据;
处理来自所述医疗保健数据网络的患者数据以生成图形数据显示;
经由所述一个或多个图形用户接口显示所述图形数据显示;以及
至少部分基于实时更新的患者数据更新所述图形数据显示。
20.根据权利要求19所述的系统,其中,所述图形数据显示包括以下中至少之一:鱼骨图、时间线或ECG波形。
21.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述患者的数据受到至少一种安全措施的保护。
22.根据权利要求21所述的系统,其中,所述一个或多个硬件处理器还被配置为显示列出所述安全信息的默认图形用户接口,直到禁用所述至少一种安全措施。
23.根据权利要求21所述的系统,其中,所述至少一种安全措施包括以下中至少之一:密码、个人识别号码(“PIN”)、射频识别(“RFID”)芯片扫描仪或硬件配置。
24.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述一个或多个硬件处理器还被配置为显示患者X射线。
25.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述一个或多个硬件处理器还被配置为接收和显示多个患者的患者数据。
26.一种医疗保健提供者用户接口系统,包括:
一个或多个硬件处理器,由可执行指令编程以使所述一个或多个硬件处理器:
从医疗保健数据网络接收患者数据;
至少部分基于所述患者数据选择安全信息;
经由第一图形用户接口在便携式电子装置上显示所述安全信息;
接收指示护理提供者被认证以访问显示器的认证数据;以及
经由第二图形用户接口在所述便携式电子装置上显示所述患者数据。
27.一种系统,被配置为固定在医院房间外的门附近,所述系统包括:
便携式电子装置,被配置为可拆卸地安装到位于所述房间外的门附近的容器,所述便携式电子装置包括显示器和一个或多个硬件处理器,所述一个或多个硬件处理器被配置为:

28.根据权利要求27所述的系统,其中,所述一个或多个硬件处理器还被配置为:
生成用于在所述显示器上呈现的第三用户接口,所述第三用户接口被配置为显示安全信息选择屏幕;
经由所述第三用户接口接收选择安全信息的用户输入;
经由所述第一用户接口显示所选择的安全信息。
29.一种用于监测患者生理数据的方法,所述方法包括:
将便携式电子装置可拆卸地安装在容器上,其中所述容器位于医院房间外的门附近,并且其中所述便携式电子装置包括显示器;
将所述便携式电子装置连接到医疗保健数据网络;以及
将所述便携式电子装置配置为:
从所述医疗保健数据网络接收患者数据,其中所述患者数据对应于所述房间中的患者;
至少部分基于所述患者数据选择安全信息;
生成用于在所述显示器上呈现的第一用户接口,所述第一用户接口被配置为显示对应于所述房间中的患者的去识别信息,包括所选择的安全信息;
接收指示护理提供者被认证以访问所述显示器的认证数据;以及
基于接收到的认证数据生成用于在所述显示器上呈现的第二用户接口,所述第二用户接口被配置为显示所述患者数据。
30.一种系统,包括:
放置在房间的门附近的坞站;
便携式电子装置,被配置为固定到所述坞站;
所述便携式电子装置包括显示器和一个或多个硬件处理器,所述一个或多个硬件处理器被配置为:

31.根据权利要求30所述的系统,其中,所述坞站包括物理锁定机构,所述物理锁定机构被配置为响应于所述认证的接收将所述便携式电子装置从所述容器解锁。
32.根据权利要求31所述的系统,其中,所述锁定机构包括以下中至少之一:硬件闩锁、磁性闩锁、电磁闩锁或电子控制的硬件闩锁。
33.根据权利要求30所述的系统,其中,所述坞站放置在天花板上。
34.根据权利要求30所述的系统,其中,所述坞站放置在所述房间内。
35.根据权利要求30所述的系统,其中,所述坞站放置在所述房间外。
36.根据权利要求30所述的系统,其中,所述坞站能够与所述便携式电子装置分离。
37.根据权利要求30所述的系统,其中,所述坞站和所述便携式装置是一体的并且不能被可拆卸地分离。
38.一种方法,包括:
生成用于在位于医院房间附近的显示器上呈现的第一用户接口,所述第一用户接口被配置为显示对应于所述房间中的患者的去识别信息;
接收指示护理提供者被认证以访问所述显示器的认证数据;以及
基于接收到的认证数据生成用于在所述显示器上呈现的第二用户接口,所述第二用户接口被配置为显示对应于所述患者的附加患者数据。
