Description
【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、容器のキャップに設けた注出筒に閉蓋筒を被嵌した飲料用注出容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
キャップの上部に設けた注出筒に上下動可能の閉蓋筒を被嵌し、注出口を開閉可能にするようにした注出容器は、従来より周知である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の注出容器は、主として家庭用洗剤，化粧料等の注出容器として使用されてきたが、最近上記注出容器が飲料用の注出容器として用いられ、飲料を直接注出口から吸飲するようにして使用されるようになっている。
その際、手が汚れているときに、汚れた手指で閉蓋筒に触れると手指の塵埃，雑菌等が閉蓋筒表面に付着し、衛生上よくないという問題が生じてきた。

本発明は、上記の問題点を解決することを技術的課題とし、注出筒に被嵌された閉蓋筒をキャップに取着されたレバーを操作して開放するようにした閉蓋筒付の飲料用注出容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記の問題点を解決するため、飲料用注出容器として、上部に注出筒を設けたキャップと、注出筒に被嵌され、注出口を開閉可能とした閉蓋筒と、キャップに取着され閉蓋筒を上昇させるレバーとを備えた注出容器において、注出筒の外周上端には、係合突条が設けられ、外周下端部には係合部が設けられており、閉蓋筒の側周壁内周には、下端に注出筒の前記係合突条と係合部に係合し、その間で上下動可能とされた係止突条が設けられており、キャップ上壁の周縁部に、対向する面に取付溝が刻設された一対の取付片を立設し、該取付片に、係合輪と、該係合輪の端縁から延長されてくの字状に屈曲され、前記取付溝に挿入される軸ピンを設けた押え部材とからなるレバーを取付け、前記係合輪を閉蓋筒の下端に係合するよう配設し、閉蓋筒をレバーの押え部材の押圧操作により上昇させ注出口を開放するようにしたことを特徴とする構成を採用する。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。
図１において、Ａは合成樹脂によって成形された容器であり、容器口部１には、嵌合突条２が形成されている。
Ｂは注出筒付のキャップで、嵌着部３とその上方に延びる注出筒４とからなっている。
ＣはキャップＢに取着された開蓋用のレバーであり、Ｄは注出筒４を覆う閉蓋筒である。
キャップＢ，レバーＣ，閉蓋筒Ｄは、いずれも合成樹脂で成形されている。

図２，３に示すように、キャップＢの嵌着部３は、容器口部１に被嵌される嵌着筒５と上壁６と容器口部１内周に係合する係合筒７とからなり、嵌着筒５の内周には、容器口部の嵌合突条２に嵌合する嵌着突条８が設けられている。
上壁６上面には、嵌着筒５より縮径された段部９が形成されており、該段部９の外側上壁６には、一対のレバー取付片１０が立設されている。
前記レバー取付片１０には、対向するそれぞれの面に取付溝１１が刻設されており、その下端は、半円形に形成された軸受部１２となっている

前記注出筒４は、前記段部９から上方に延長して立設されており、その下部外周には、拡径された係合部１３が設けられ、上端外周には、係合突条１４が形成されている。
注出筒４の上端には、複数の支持杆１５によって円形の栓部材１６が取着されており、栓部材１６と注出筒４内周との間に、内容液の流出通路１７が形成されている。

レバーＣは、注出筒４に遊嵌される係合輪２０と、該係合輪２０の端縁から外方に延長された押え部材２１とからなっており、該押え部材２１は、くの字状に屈曲され、上部の取付部２２と下部の押え部２３からなり、取付部２２には、前記取付溝１１に挿入されるよう外方に突出した軸ピン２４が設けられている。
レバーＣの取付にあたっては、係合輪２０を注出筒４に嵌挿し、軸ピン２４を取付溝１１に嵌挿し、軸受部１２に保持させるとともに、係合輪２０をキャップ嵌着部３の段部９上面に接合するよう載置する。

閉蓋筒Ｄは、頂壁２５と側筒壁２６とからなり、頂壁２５の中央に前記栓部材１６に嵌合する注出開口２７が設けられており、側筒壁２６の内周には、注出開口２７の封鎖時に前記係合部１３に接合する係止突条２８が設けられている。
開閉筒Ｄは、キャップ嵌着部３の段部９上に載置された係合輪２０上に載置され、その際注出開口２７が閉じられるように配置されている。

次に、上記注出容器の使用態様と効果について説明する。
内容液を注出しようとするときには、包装をはがしてレバーＣの押え部２３を押圧すると、レバーＣがその軸ピン２４を中心に廻動し、閉蓋筒Ｄを押し上げ、注出開口２７が開かれる。
注出後に注出開口２７を閉じるときには、閉蓋筒Ｄを上から押圧すると簡単に閉じることができる。

上記実施形態においては、容器口部１とキャップの嵌着部３に嵌合突条を設け、打栓によって嵌着するようにしているが、容器口部とキャップのそれぞれにネジを刻設してキャップを螺着するようにしてもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上記のように構成されているから、次の効果を奏する。
キャップにレバーを取り付け、閉蓋筒をレバーを介して押し上げるようにしているので、レバーを押圧操作するだけで、簡単に閉蓋筒を開放することができる。
閉蓋筒を手指を触れないで開閉することができるから、内容液の飲料を閉蓋筒を口にくわえて吸飲する場合に、手が汚れているときでも、手指の塵埃、雑菌が、閉蓋筒に付着することなく衛生的である。

Claims (1)
- 上部に注出筒を設けたキャップと、注出筒に被嵌され、注出口を開閉可能とした閉蓋筒と、キャップに取着され閉蓋筒を上昇させるレバーとを備えた注出容器において、
注出筒の外周上端には、係合突条が設けられ、外周下端部には係合部が設けられており、
閉蓋筒の側周壁内周には、下端に注出筒の前記係合突条と係合部に係合し、その間で上下動可能とされた係止突条が設けられており、
キャップ上壁の周縁部に、対向する面に取付溝が刻設された一対の取付片を立設し、
該取付片に、係合輪と、該係合輪の端縁から延長されてくの字状に屈曲され、前記取付溝に挿入される軸ピンを設けた押え部材とからなるレバーを取付け、
前記係合輪を閉蓋筒の下端に係合するよう配設し、閉蓋筒をレバーの押え部材の押圧操作により上昇させ注出口を開放するようにしたことを特徴とする飲料用注出容器。
