本发明属于包装容器技术领域,具体涉及一种瓶盖。
背景技术
近年来,随着生活便携程度提高的需求,瓶盖在日常生活的容器组成中成为了非常重要的一个必须品,现在市场上所正在使用的一些瓶盖,如食用油瓶、调味瓶、酒瓶、饮料瓶、口香糖瓶等的瓶盖,其结构如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,图1为现有瓶盖的掀盖和主盖卡合成一体的立体结构示意图;图2为现有瓶盖的掀盖和主盖通过卡合成一体的掀盖打开示意图;图3为现有瓶盖的掀盖和主盖一体成型的结构示意图;图4为现有瓶盖的掀盖和主盖一体成型的掀盖打开示意图;结合图1、图2、图3和图4,图中的瓶盖由单独一个掀盖2与瓶子配合,或者由独立的掀盖2通过和独立的主盖1卡合成一整体后与瓶子配合,或者掀盖2和主盖1一体成型通过主盖1与瓶子配合,主盖1的作用是为了配合瓶子形成倾倒口,市面上部分主盖1上设置有打开倾倒口的拉环结构5,掀盖2的作用是保护主盖1的倾倒口或瓶口不被外界污染。由于是掀开打开的,所以以上瓶盖的掀开部分和固定部分之间都设置有连接带3,连接带3有直接设置在掀盖2上的,也有设置在掀盖2和主盖1之间的,同时在掀盖连接带3的相对中心的对角位的周侧一般会设置第一凸起4为了便于操作者打开掀盖的时候手指能卡住并具有着力点。操作者在使用时的打开方式是首先手指卡住第一凸起4处然后往掀开方向使力直到掀盖打开,掀盖打开是绕连接带3上的某一点为旋转点旋转掀开的,打开后的掀盖可以使用手指按压掀盖顶部使其关闭。
正常使用上述瓶盖时,使用者会一手把持瓶身,一手掀开掀盖后倾倒瓶内物,或者瓶子立于桌面一手掀开掀盖然后再重新把持瓶子倾倒瓶内物,使用完毕后使用手指按压掀盖顶部使其关闭。
市场上现有的以上产品的掀盖掀开方式一般都需要两只手协同操作或者单只手分两个步骤操作,两种方式的步骤都相对比较繁杂。由于需要用力掀开掀盖,掀盖的外侧第一凸起4一般都位于远离或者和连接带3对角线的位置,这也就是瓶内物体倾倒出口的位置,如果瓶内是装液体的,往往此处是最容易被液体所粘染的,一旦被粘染那后续使用时手指在接触这个位置的时候也会被粘染。
因此需要提供一种瓶盖,用来克服上述瓶盖掀开掀盖然后倾倒瓶内物的过程比较繁琐并且手指容易被粘染的缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种瓶盖,能够省去两只手去开瓶盖的复杂,并且规避了液体沾染到手的弊端。
一种瓶盖,其特征在于,所述瓶盖包括掀盖2,所述掀盖2上设置有连接带3,所述掀盖2和所述连接带3的相对中心的对角位的周侧设置有第一凸起4,所述掀盖2的圆周方向并靠近连接带3的侧壁位置设置有按压部件10,所述按压部件与所述掀盖2的上表面所成的角 度为-45°到135°,所述按压部件凸出的高度不少于2MM。
优选地,所述瓶盖还包括主盖1,所述掀盖2和所述主盖1通过卡合的方式成为一个整体或者所述掀盖2和所述主盖1设计为一体化结构;所述连接带3设置于所述掀盖2上或者设置于所述掀盖2和主盖1之间。
优选地,所述按压部件为环状结构,所述按压部件为空心状,所述按压部件内部设置有加强筋,所述按压部件相对于所述掀盖2的外侧侧壁凸出的高度为3MM。
优选地,所述按压部件与所述掀盖2的上表面所成的角度为0°时,所述按压部件的上表面与所述掀盖2的上表面相平,所述按压部件的下表面与所述掀盖2的下表面相平,所述按压部件为空心环状;
所述按压部件与所述掀盖2的上表面所成的角度为90°时,所述掀盖2的上顶面从中间到外壁设置有一个用于放手指的凹槽,所述按压部件从凹槽位于掀盖2外壁侧的一端向上垂直凸出,所述用于放手指的凹槽的深度不少于2MM。
优选地,所述掀盖2和主盖1之间设置有弹性带,所述主盖1周侧设置大于2个的第二凸起,所述掀盖2的内顶部设置有第二凹槽,所述弹性带的两端卡在所述主盖1的第二凸起上,所述弹性带的中间部分则卡入所述掀盖2的第二凹槽内。
优选地,所述掀盖2的连接带处设置有第一弹性结构体,所述第一弹性结构体卡合在掀盖2上。
优选地,所述主盖1的侧面设置有凸出部,所述凸出部上设置有第三凹槽,所述按压部件上设置有第四凹槽,所述第一弹性结构体的两端同时插入凸出部上设置有第三凹槽和所述按压部件上设置的第四凹槽并且卡合固定,所述第一弹性结构体的中间部分为U型的具备弹性的结构。

本发明所提供的一种瓶盖,是一种可以便捷开启瓶盖掀盖的瓶盖,由于掀盖上的连接带一侧设置增加了能让手指勾住的按压部件,所以针对小瓶子,在使用的时候可以先用手握住瓶颈部位,然后用食指勾到掀盖上按压部件的凸出的那部分结构上,用力勾就能直接使掀盖以连接带上其中一个点为旋转点而掀开,对瓶内物倾倒完成后可以直接用食指推掀盖上凸出结构以使掀盖关闭。针对大瓶子,在大瓶子处于竖立状态下,可以直接用手指去按压掀盖的按压部件,直接使掀盖以连接带上其中一个点为转轴而掀开,瓶内物倾倒完成后重新让瓶子竖立,然后用手指勾掀盖按压部件结构以使掀盖关闭,并且使用弹性材料使连接带具有弹性功能,则在使用的时候只要用手指一直勾住掀盖上按压部件的那部分结构上使掀盖处于掀开状态的时候倾倒瓶子,倾倒结束后手指离开,则掀盖会自动靠弹性复位。
本发明的技术方案在结构上和使用上都非常适合模具的制作和高速的生产,更加 卫生便捷,方便生活使用,省去两只手去开瓶盖的复杂,并且规避了液体沾染到手的弊端。

参照图28-图32,图28为本发明瓶盖通过弹性结构体卡合在掀盖上的分离的结构示意图;图29为本发明瓶盖通过弹性结构体卡合在掀盖上的组合好的结构示意图;图30为本发明瓶盖通过弹性结构体卡合在掀盖上的组合好的解剖结构示意图;图31为本发明瓶盖通过弹性结构体卡合在掀盖上的组合好并打开的结构示意图;图32为本发明瓶盖通过弹性结构体卡合在掀盖上的组合好并打开的解剖结构示意图;图中所述掀盖2的外侧设置有第五凹槽63,所述第二弹性结构体60为至少带一个凸出62的环形结构,在所述凸出62的部分上设置有带弹性的薄片61,所述薄片61的一端在所述第二弹性结构体60安装到掀盖2上后抵住主盖1;具体地,图中所示的是利用第二弹性结构体60使掀盖2具有自动回弹关闭功能,其特征在于掀盖2的外侧设置第五凹槽63,第二弹性结构体60为至少带一个凸出62的环形结构,能依靠自身弹性卡合在第五凹槽63上,在凸出部分上设置一带弹性的薄片61,此薄片61在第二弹性结构体60安装到掀盖上后其中一端抵住主盖1(图29-32),使用时用力勾第二弹性结构体60凸起的那部分62,直到克服弹性片61的弹性而使掀盖2绕连接带上的某一点旋转打开,此时弹性片61会发生弹性变形(图31,图32),直至手指不在用力勾住第二弹性结构体60凸起的部分62,掀盖2会在弹性片61的弹性力作用下回弹关闭。
如图33-37所示的是利用第三弹性结构体50使掀盖2具有自动回弹关闭功能,图33 为本发明瓶盖另一种形式通过弹性结构体卡合在掀盖上的分离的结构示意图;图34为本发明瓶盖另一种形式通过弹性结构体卡合在掀盖上的组合好的结构示意图;图35为本发明瓶盖另一种形式通过弹性结构体卡合在掀盖上的组合好的解剖结构示意图;图36为本发明瓶盖另一种形式通过弹性结构体卡合在掀盖上的组合好并打开的结构示意图;图37为本发明瓶盖另一种形式通过弹性结构体卡合在掀盖上的组合好并打开的解剖结构示意图;图中掀盖2的按压部件10上中间镂空的位置设置一横杠53,在掀盖2的周侧连接带3下方设置第三凸起54,第三弹性结构体50的其中一端具有凹槽结构51,另一端为凸起结构52,中间为U型弹性结构,安装方式为掀盖2上的第三凸起54和第三弹性结构体50上的凹槽51卡合,另一端凸起结构52卡在掀盖按压部件10上,中间U型绕过按压部件10上的横杠53(图33-37),此第三弹性结构体50是单独的安装在掀盖2上的,但他能使掀盖具有独立的回弹能力。
本实施例所提供的一种瓶盖,是可以便捷开启瓶盖掀盖的瓶盖,由于掀盖上的连接带一侧设置增加了能让手指勾住的按压部件,所以针对小瓶子,操作者在使用的时候可以先用手握住瓶颈部位,然后用食指勾到掀盖上凸出的那部分结构上,用力勾就能直接使掀盖以连接带上其中一个点为旋转点而掀开,对瓶内物倾倒完成后可以直接用食指推掀盖上按压部件以使掀盖关闭。针对大瓶子,在大瓶子处于竖立状态下,操作者可以直接用手指去按压掀盖按压部件上,直接使掀盖以连接带上其中一个点为转轴而掀开,瓶内物倾倒完成后重新让瓶子竖立,然后用手指勾掀盖凸起部分结构以使掀盖关闭。
本实施例中国主盖是带拉环结构的情况下,对拉环结构进行加厚和增加加强筋的强度增加处理,使用时可以先以原先方式用手扳开掀盖然后拉开拉环,然后将拉出的拉环结构体插入掀盖顶端可以卡住拉环的槽内,可以直接用手指勾住拉环而使掀盖掀开。
本实施例中采用弹性材料使连接带具有弹性功能,则在使用的时候只要用手指一直勾住掀盖上凸起的那部分结构上使掀盖处于掀开状态的时候倾倒瓶子,倾倒结束后手指离开,则掀盖会自动靠弹性复位。
本发明的技术方案在结构上和使用上都非常适合模具的制作和高速的生产,更加卫生便捷,方便生活使用,省去两只手去开瓶盖的复杂,并且规避了液体沾染到手的弊端。
最后应当说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其限制,尽管参照上述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,所属领域的普通技术人员依然可以对本发明的具体实施方式进行修改或者等同替换,这些未脱离本发明精神和范围的任何修改或者等同替换,均在申请待批的权利要求保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种瓶盖,其特征在于,所述瓶盖包括掀盖(2),所述掀盖(2)上设置有连接带(3),所述掀盖(2)和所述连接带3的相对中心的对角位的周侧设置有第一凸起(4),所述掀盖(2)的圆周方向并靠近连接带(3)的侧壁位置设置有按压部件(10),所述按压部件与所述掀盖(2)的上表面所成的角度为-45°到135°,所述按压部件凸出的高度不少于2MM。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种瓶盖,其特征在于,所述瓶盖还包括主盖(1),所述掀盖(2)和所述主盖(1)通过卡合的方式成为一个整体或者所述掀盖(2)和所述主盖(1)设计为一体化结构;所述连接带(3)设置于所述掀盖(2)上或者设置于所述掀盖(2)和主盖(1)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种瓶盖,其特征在于,所述按压部件为环状结构,所述按压部件为空心状,所述按压部件内部设置有加强筋,所述按压部件相对于所述掀盖(2)的外侧侧壁凸出的高度为3MM。
  4. 根据权利要求2-3任意一项权利要求所述的一种瓶盖,其特征在于,
    所述按压部件与所述掀盖(2)的上表面所成的角度为0°时,所述按压部件的上表面与所述掀盖(2)的上表面相平,所述按压部件的下表面与所述掀盖(2)的下表面相平,所述按压部件为空心环状;
    所述按压部件与所述掀盖(2)的上表面所成的角度为90°时,所述掀盖(2)的上顶面从中间到外壁设置有一个用于放手指的凹槽,所述按压部件从凹槽位于掀盖(2)外壁侧的一端向上垂直凸出,所述用于放手指的凹槽的深度不少于2MM。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种瓶盖,其特征在于,所述掀盖(2)和主盖(1)之间设置有弹性带,所述主盖(1)周侧设置大于2个的第二凸起,所述掀盖(2)的内顶部设置有第二凹槽,所述弹性带的两端卡在所述主盖(1)的第二凸起上,所述弹性带的中间部分则卡入所述掀盖(2)的第二凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种瓶盖,其特征在于,所述掀盖(2)的连接带处设置有第一弹性结构体,所述第一弹性结构体卡合在掀盖(2)上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种瓶盖,其特征在于,所述主盖(1)的侧面设置有凸出部,所述凸出部上设置有第三凹槽,所述按压部件上设置有第四凹槽,所述第一弹性结构体的两端同时插入凸出部上设置有第三凹槽和所述按压部件上设置的第四凹槽并且卡合固定,所述第一弹性结构体的中间部分为U型的具备弹性的结构。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种瓶盖,其特征在于,所述按压部件为设置在所述主盖(1)上的拉环结构体。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种瓶盖,其特征在于,所述掀盖(2)的外侧设置有第五凹槽,所述第二弹性结构体为至少带一个凸出的环形结构,在所述凸出的部分上设置有带弹性的薄片,所述薄片的一端在所述弹性结构体安装到掀盖(2)上后抵住主盖(1)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种瓶盖,其特征在于,所述拉环结构体在使用时,用手扳开掀盖(2)然后拉开拉环结构体,然后将拉出的拉环结构体插入掀盖(2)的顶端后卡住拉环结构体的槽内。
