【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、独立請求項の前提
部分に記載の車両に関するものである。
【0002】
【従来の技術】内燃機関を始動するスタータ/発電機を
有する車両がDE19849051C1から知られてい
る。この場合、内燃機関と変速機との間に電気機械が配
置されている。1つの問題は、スタータ/発電機が車両
を駆動するために使用できないということである。スタ
ータ/発電機の機能およびハイブリッドの機能の両方が
車両に設けられるようにする場合には、通常、2つの電
気機械が設けられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、スタータ/
発電機およびハイブリッド駆動の両方に使用できる電気
機械を有する車両を特定する目的に基礎を置くものであ
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】この目的は請求項1の特
徴を有する車両によって達成される。
【0005】本発明によれば、車両は電気機械の電動機
トルクを変速機入力軸または変速機出力軸に任意に結合
するための手段を有する。
【0006】トルクは好ましくは変速機入力軸および変
速機出力軸に異なるトランスミッション比で伝達され
る。
【0007】この利点は、スタータ/発電機およびハイ
ブリッド機能のために単一の電気機械しか必要ないとい
うことである。この機械は自由に選択できるトランスミ
ッション比によって異なる要件に合わせて設計できる。
本発明による車両では、並列ハイブリッドの既知の利点
に加えて、スタータ/発電機の機能も提供される。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、手動変速機を有する構成に
関して本発明を説明する。しかし、本発明は自動変速機
を有する車両にも使用できる。
【0012】図1は、変速機2を有する本発明による車
両のドライブ・トレインの詳細を示すものである。分か
りやすくするために、図は変速機内の追加の軸を示し、
図が側面図に見えるように理想的な形に強調されてい
る。追加の軸は実際の構成に対して下方に組まれてい
る。
【0013】手動変速機2は内燃機関などの駆動機械1
から駆動輪にトルクを伝達するために設けられる。変速
機2は変速機出力軸5および変速機入力軸4を有する。
駆動機械1からのトルクは変速機入力軸4に伝達され、
そこから変速機出力軸5に伝達される。このために副軸
6が設けられ、そして普通は、ギヤ・ホイールを伴って
設けられ、一方で変速同期化手段が設けられる。それに
より普通は、異なるトランスミッション比を備えた、異
なるギヤ・ホイールを選択することができる。こうして
異なるトランスミッション比で駆動機械1から変速機2
を介して駆動輪にトルクを伝達することができる。

達される時にスタータ/発電機として作動される。

合、電気機械3は駆動機械1の代わりに、またはそれに
加えて車両を駆動できる別の駆動機械として動作する。

して車両を並列ハイブリッドとして駆動するために、1

35によって支えられる。ロータ32はロータ・ホルダ

に回転的に固定された形で結合されている。これが第4
のギヤ・ホイール34と作動的に結合され、これが追加
軸7に回転的に固定された形で結合されている。ロータ
32が回転すると、第3のギヤ・ホイール33がそれと
共に回転し、第4のギヤ・ホイール34に係合する。そ
の結果、追加中間軸7が駆動される。

と第2のギヤ・ホイール20とを有する。副軸6はこれ
らのギヤ・ホイール10、20と対応する形で関連する
ギヤ・ホイール11、21を有する。追加中間軸7上の
第1のギヤ・ホイール10が副軸6上の第1のギヤ・ホ
イール11と相互に作用する時には、電気機械3からの
トルクが変速機入力軸4に伝達される。回転する電気機
械3は駆動機械1の始動トルクに打ち勝つことができ、
この時、クラッチ41が係合され、この駆動機械1を停
止から始動させる。
【0020】追加中間軸7上の第2のギヤ・ホイール2
0が副軸6上の第2のギヤ・ホイール21と相互に作用
する時には、電気機械3のトルクが変速機出力軸5に伝
達され、電気機械3は車両を駆動するために使用される
ことができる。これは並列ハイブリッドに相当する。こ
の場合、ギヤ・ホイール10、11、20、21のトラ
ンスミッション比が自由に選択できるので、使用される
電気機械は都合のよい異なる要件に合わせて設計され
ることができる点で有利である。
【0021】したがって、例えば、始動時に第1のギヤ
・ホイール10、11にi=2:1のトランスミッショ
ン比iを選択し、作動時に第2のギヤ・ホイール20、
21にi=1:1のトランスミッション比iを選択する
ことができる。この結果、電気機械3の効率が大幅に向
上する。
【0022】電気機械3の電動機トルクを追加中間軸7
から変速機入力軸4に伝達するために、2つのギヤ・ホ
イール10、11を同期化し作動的に結合する第1の変
速同期化手段8によって、第1のギヤ・ホイール10は
副軸6上の第1のギヤ・ホイール11に作動的に結合さ
れる。
【0023】電気機械3の電動機トルクを追加中間軸7
から変速機出力軸に伝達するために、2つのギヤ・ホ
イール20、21を同期化し作動的に結合する第2の変
速同期化手段9によって、第2のギヤ・ホイール20は
副軸6上の第2のギヤ・ホイール21に作動的に結合さ
れる。
【0024】自動変速機の場合は、好ましくは自動変速
始動クラッチ41を有し、好ましい解決策によって負荷
状態でもギヤ・チェンジが可能とされる。
【0025】変速機2として手動変速機の代わりに自動
変速機を使用でき、この場合、電気機械3のトルクはエ
ピサイクリック・ギヤ(遊星歯車装置)によって変速機
入力軸4と変速機出力軸5との間で前後に切り換えられ
ることができる。
【0026】1つの有利な要因は、変速機を有する車両
は、例えば、追加中間軸7および/または電気機械3を
設けるための事実上十分な物理的空間を普通、本質的に
有するということである。必要であれば、変速機2また
は変速機ベル・ハウジング40は電気機械3の設計に応
じて多少延長されなければならない。本発明による解決
策は、複雑な構造を設けることなしに、本発明による車
両内に電気機械を極めてコンパクトに一体化することを
可能にする。
【0027】電気機械3は好ましくは駆動エンジン1と
変速機ベル・ハウジング40との間に配置される。また
電気機械3は変速機ベル・ハウジング40の内側に配置
することもできる。駆動機械1と電気機械3との間に変
速機2を設けることもできる。その結果、都合のよい物
理的領域が別の電気機械のために使用されることができ
る。

および電気機械3は軸方向に交差するように配置される
か、または、変速同期化手段50は電気機械3のロータ
32の内部に径方向に配置される。ロータ32内の空間
を利用して特にコンパクトな設計ができる。

速機入力軸4を取り囲む。電気機械3は、正確に言うと
変速同期化手段50の摺動つば51を詳細には図示して
いないアクチュエータ上で変速機2の変速クラッチ41
の方向に押し込むことで、変速同期化手段50を介して
変速機入力軸4に直接結合することができる。この結
果、特に電気機械3が駆動機械1を始動するために使用
される場合、少数の異なる構成部材を介して、駆動機械
1と電気機械3との結合が短くなり、したがって、効率
が高くなる。
【0031】電気機械3はさらに、変速同期化手段50
を介して、および1対のギヤ・ホイール52を介して、
追加中間軸7に結合されることができる。1対のギヤ・
ホイール52は変速機フランジ62上に載っているルー
ス・ホイール55と追加中間軸7上に載っている固定ホ
イール56とを有する(図2および図3を参照。図2は
変速機フランジ62のない構成を示す)。

の方向に押される。したがって、変速同期化手段50の

空間と重量が図1の構成と比較して節約されることがで
きるということを意味する。

し、発電機を作動するために、また発電機作動および回

ギーに変換するために、140km/hを超える速度で
移動している場合、電気機械3は変速同期化手段50を
介して直接変速機入力軸4に結合される。140km/
h以下の速度で移動している場合は、発電機動作および
回復動作のために、また車両を電気的に駆動し、駆動機
械1を支援するために、および/または、ブースティン
グおよび負荷切り換え、すなわち変速過程で車両を電気
的に駆動するように切り換えるために、電気機械1は変
速同期化手段50および1対のギヤ・ホイール52を介
して中間軸7に結合される。

1と逆の方向を向いたクラッチ本体59と、クラッチ本
体59に関連する同期化リング60と、変速同期化手段
50の基礎本体61が変速機フランジ62上に載ってい
る(図2および図3)。変速機フランジ62は変速クラ
ッチ41と逆の方向を向いた側面で変速機ハウジング6
3にねじ込まれている。変速機フランジ62は、変速機
ハウジング63の物理的形状および中間軸7と副軸6の
空間からの影響を避けるために外径内の変速クラッチ4
1と逆の方向を向いた側面に切除部64を有する。1対
のギヤ・ホイール52と電気機械3は軸方向に交差する
ように配置されるか、または、1対のギヤ・ホイール5
2は電気機械3のコイル芯69の内部に径方向に配置さ
れ、コンパクトな設計ができる。
【0036】変速機フランジ62はルース・ホイール5
5と基礎本体61の収容領域内にころ回転面を有するよ
うに設計されている。さらに、軸受に接する構成部材5
5、61の内部はころ回転面を備えるように設計されて
いる。ルース・ホイール55はねじれ歯を有し、作動中
に軸方向の力を生成する。作動中に変速クラッチ41と
は逆の方向に軸方向の力が発生した場合、これらの力は
変速機フランジ62で、正確に言うと極めて精密に仕上
げられた突き当たり面を介して支えられる。作動中に変
速クラッチ41の方向に軸方向の力が発生した場合、こ
れらの力は、変速機フランジ62にねじ込まれた突き当
たりスリーブ65上に針状ころ軸受を有する基礎本体6
1を介して支えられている。突き当たりスリーブ65は
スリーブの形状をした変速機フランジ62の内部のねじ
にねじ込まれた外ねじを有する。突き当たり面は油供給
手段によって突き当たり面に塗布される油で潤滑され
る。

速機フランジ62にねじ込む場合、摺動つば51、変速
クラッチ41の方を向いたクラッチ本体66、および同
期化リング82を嵌めることができる。クラッチ本体6
6は変速機入力軸4の外歯系68に係合する内歯系67
を有し、回転的に固定された形で結合されている。
【0038】電気機械3のステータ31および冷却リン
グ70は力嵌めで変速機ハウジング63に圧入される。
電気機械3のロータ32はロータ・サポート71上に載
り、ロータ・サポート71を介してロータ32のロータ
積層が側面の突起部を介して支持されている。スリーブ
の形状をしたロータ・サポート71の内周上の環状の溝
内にロック・リング72が配置されてロータ・サポート
71を軸方向に位置付ける。ロータ・サポート71は一
列に配置されわずかにプレストレスが掛かった傾斜接触
玉軸受73、74を介して押さえフランジ75上にO字
形に載り、ロータ31の剛性の軸受に狭い軸受幅を提供
する。ロック・リング72は傾斜接触玉軸受73、74
の外部リングの間に挟まれ、それによって、ロック・リ
ング72、ロータ・サポート71およびロータ31は軸
方向に固定される。変速同期化手段50の突き当たり面
への潤滑油の供給によって、ロータ31およびロータ・
サポート71の軸受への潤滑油の適当な供給が確保され
る。

ないねじによって外周で変速機ハウジング63にねじ込
まれ、変速機2と変速クラッチ41との間の隔壁を形成
する。クラッチ空間からの油で潤滑された変速機空間の
封止は径方向の軸封止リング78によって確実になされ
る。径方向の軸封止リング78は突き当たり円板79内
に一体化され、軸方向にコンパクトな設計を可能にす
る。突き当たり円板79は傾斜接触玉軸受73、74に
プレストレスを掛けるためにさらに使用される。突き当
たり円板79は正確に言えば中央開放装置80が嵌め合
わされた状態で外側から押さえフランジ75にねじ込ま
れる。中央開放装置80が選択状態の時の変速機2の方
向における軸方向の力は押さえフランジ75と突き当た
り円板79を介して、クラッチ本体66、基礎本体6
1、ルース・ホイール55とを介して、さらに変速機ハ
ウジング63上の変速機フランジ62を介して支えられ
ている。
【0040】内歯系を備えた中空リング76はロータ・
サポート71の内周上に力嵌めで圧入され、摺動つば5
1上に一体形成されたリング77上の外歯系に係合す
る。
【0041】図4に示す構成では、第1の電気機械3に
加えて第2の電気機械53が備えられ、そのロータ81
が出力軸54、または駆動機械1のクランク軸に回転的
に固定された形で結合され、駆動機械1のはずみ車の集
合として使用される。

ていないねじり振動ダンパと、変速クラッチ41とによ
って分離される。
【0043】第2の電気機械53によって、第1の電気
機械3に切り換える必要なしに、車両が第1の電気機械

間で始動できる。車両が第1の電気機械3によって駆動
されている間、駆動機械1をオフにすることができる
が、それでも最大動力がすぐに使用可能になる。さら
に、第2の電気機械53は、ブースティング、回復およ
び発電機作動のために車両を駆動するために使用される
ことができる。第2の電気機械53と変速クラッチ41
ならびにねじり振動ダンパは軸方向に交差し、または変
速クラッチ41およびねじり振動ダンパは第2の電気機
械53内で径方向に配置され、軸方向にコンパクトな設
計が可能である。

  1. 【請求項1】 駆動機械(1)から駆動輪にトルクを伝
    達する変速機(2)を備え、変速機(2)が変速機出力
    軸(5)および変速機入力軸(4)を有し、トルクが駆
    動機械(1)から変速機出力軸(5)に伝達されること
    ができ、ならびに、ロータ(32)およびステータ(3
    1)を有する電気機械(3)を備えた車両であって、 第1の電気機械(3)の電動機トルクを変速機入力軸
    (4)または変速機出力軸(5)に選択的に結合するた
    めの手段(34、7、8、9、10、20、50、5
    6、57、58)が設けられたことを特徴とする車両。
  2. 【請求項2】 変速機(2)が手動変速機であることを
    特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両。
  3. 【請求項3】 追加中間軸(7)が手動変速機(2)内
    に設けられ、手動変速機(2)の副軸(6)と相互に作
    用し、副軸(6)上の少なくとも1つの第1または第2
    のギヤ・ホイール(11、21)が追加中間軸(7)上
    の少なくとも1つのそれに対応する第1または第2のギ
    ヤ・ホイール(10、20)と作動的に結合されること
    を伴うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両。
  4. 【請求項4】 追加中間軸(7)が第1の電気機械
    (3)のロータ(32)に結合され、ロータ(32)に
    よって駆動できることを特徴とする請求項に記載の車
    両。
  5. 【請求項5】 第1の変速同期化手段(8)が2つのギ
    ヤ・ホイール(10、11)を同期化する追加中間軸
    (7)に結合され、副軸(6)上の第1のギヤ・ホイー
    ル(11)に追加中間軸(7)上の第1のギヤ・ホイー
    ル(10)を作動的に結合し、これにより第1の電気機
    械(3)の電動機トルクを追加中間軸(7)から変速機

    ル(20)を作動的に結合し、これにより第1の電気機
    械(3)の電動機トルクを追加中間軸(7)から変速機
    出力軸(5)に伝達することを特徴とする請求項に記
    載の車両。
  7. 【請求項7】 第1の電気機械(3)のロータ(32)
    がロータ・ホルダ(35)に結合され、これが第3のギ
    ヤ・ホイール(33)に回転的に固定された形で結合さ
    れ、これが第4のギヤ・ホイール(34)に作動的に結
    合され、これが追加中間軸(7)に回転的に固定された
    形で結合されていることを特徴とする請求項に記載の
    車両。
  8. 【請求項8】 変速同期化手段(50)および第1の電
    気機械(3)が少なくとも部分的に軸方向に交差するよ
    うに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車
    両。
  9. 【請求項9】 第1の電気機械(3)が変速同期化手段
    (50)を介して少なくとも変速機入力軸(4)に結合
    されることができることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の
    車両。
  10. 【請求項10】 変速同期化手段(50)の摺動つば
    (51)が第1の電気機械(3)を介して駆動されるこ
    とができることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の
    車両。
  11. 【請求項11】 1対のギヤ・ホイール(52)が少な
    くとも部分的に軸方向に交差するように配置され、これ
    により第1の電気機械(3)と追加中間軸(7)との
    でトルクを伝達することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の
    車両。
  12. 【請求項12】 変速機(2)が自動変速機であること
    を特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両。
  13. 【請求項13】 第1の電気機械(3)が駆動エンジン
    (1)と変速機ベル・ハウジング(40)との間に配置
    されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両。
  14. 【請求項14】 第1の電気機械(3)が変速機ベル・
    ハウジング(40)の内側に配置されていることを特徴
    とする請求項1に記載の車両。
  15. 【請求項15】 変速機(2)が駆動機械(1)と第1
    の電気機械(3)との間に配置されていることを特徴と
    する請求項1に記載の車両。
  16. 【請求項16】 第1の電気機械(3)は、追加中間軸
    (7)上の第1のギヤ・ホイールが副軸(6)上の第1
    のギヤ・ホイール(11)と相互に作用する時にはスタ
    ータ/発電機としての使用に向けられ、追加中間軸
    (7)上の第2のギヤ・ホイール(20)が副軸(6)
    上の第2のギヤ・ホイール(21)と相互に作用する時
    には別の駆動機械としての使用に向けられることを特徴
    とする請求項に記載の車両。
  17. 【請求項17】 少なくとも1つの第2の電気機械(5
    3)が、少なくともトルクを駆動機械(1)の出力軸
    (54)に伝達するため第1の電気機械(3)に加え
    て設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両。
  18. 【請求項18】 第2の電気機械(53)の少なくとも
    一部が駆動機械(1)の出力軸(54)に堅固に結合さ
    れ、少なくとも駆動機械(1)のはずみ車の集合の一部
    を形成することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の車両。
  19. 【請求項19】 第2の電気機械(53)と変速機
    (2)用のクラッチ(41)が軸方向に少なくとも部分
    的に交差するように配置されていることを特徴とする請
    求項17または18に記載の車両。
