Abstract
【解決手段】可透視の導電載板及びモールド製筐体3が設けられており、載板1の内表面11は酸化インジウムスズで作られたタッチセンサー回路である、キャパシタンス式電極層が設けられ、載板の外表面は前記センサー回路にタッチできるように設けられており、筐体は載板の回りの端部に被覆され、結合されるように設けられている。

前記載板1は、内表面11及び外表面12(図5)が設けられ、内表面11は酸化インジウムスズで作られたタッチセンサー回路21である、キャパシタンス式電極層2(図4)が設けられ、外表面12は前記センサー回路21にタッチできるように設けられている。

Claims (4)
- 可透視の導電載板及びモールド製筐体が設けられており、前記載板は内表面及び外表面が設けられ、内表面は酸化インジウムスズで作られたタッチセンサー回路であるキャパシタンス式電極層が設けられ、外表面は前記センサー回路にタッチできるように設けられている。前記モールド製筐体は、インモールド射出で、導電載板の周りの端部に一体被覆、結合されることを特徴とする、インモールド成形タッチモジュール。
- 前記載板は、可透視のガラスフィルムで作られたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインモールド成形タッチモジュール。
- 前記酸化インジウムスズは、スパッタリングで載板の内表面に被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインモールド成形タッチモジュール。
- 筐体内には表示ユニットが設けられており、可透視の電極層及び載板によって画面に表示されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインモールド成形タッチモジュール。
