Abstract
【解決手段】タッチ回路のフレキシブル回路基板1及び模製フレキシブルプラスチックフィルム2が設けられており、前記フレキシブルプラスチックフィルムは、インモールド射出でフレキシブル回路基板に一体被覆されており、フレキシブルプラスチックフィルムはタッチ用の外表面21があり、外表面にプッシュすることによってフレキシブル回路基板のタッチ回路出力信号を駆動し、薄型設計に結びつけるようにするインモールド成形タッチモジュール20である。

Description
なお、前記フレキシブルプラスチックフィルム2の材料は、上述製造工程の耐温条件に適合する同等効果を持つ材料が使われ、すべて本考案に実施されることができる。

Claims (6)
- タッチ回路を持つフレキシブル回路基板が設けられる。模製フレキシブルプラスチックフィルムはインモールド射出で、フレキシブル回路基板に一体被覆されており、フレキシブルプラスチックフィルムはタッチ用の外表面があり、外表面にプッシュすることによって、フレキシブル回路基板のタッチ回路出力信号を駆動することを特徴とする、インモールド成形タッチモジュール。
- 前記フレキシブルプラスチックフィルムはゴムで作られたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインモールド成形タッチモジュール。
- 前記フレキシブルプラスチックフィルムの外表面には、フレキシブル回路基板のタッチ位置を識別できる複数のプッシュ部が一体成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインモールド成形タッチモジュール。
- 前記プッシュ部のてっぺんにボタンが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のインモールド成形タッチモジュール。
- 前記フレキシブルプラスチックフィルムは支えるための内表面が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のインモールド成形タッチモジュール。
- 前記内表面に複数の支え部が一体成形され、それによってフレキシブルプラスチックフィルム及びフレキシブル回路基板が支えられ、支え部はそれぞれプッシュ部と対応することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のインモールド成形タッチモジュール。
