Claims (8)
- 透明性基板100と、
前記透明性基板100の下部に形成され、少なくとも一つの第1のパターン電極220及び前記第1のパターン電極220と連結される第1の配線電極240が設けられた金属パターン部200と、
前記金属パターン部200が形成された前記透明性基板100と貼り付けられ、少なくとも一つの第2のパターン電極320及び前記第2のパターン電極320と連結される第2の配線電極340が設けられたフィルム基板300と、を備え、
前記第2のパターン電極320は、長方形状または正方形状であり、
前記第1のパターン電極220は、前記第2のパターン電極320の2方向の辺に交差する角度の細線からなる格子型の網目状であるタッチパネル。 - 前記金属パターン部200は、Ag、Al、Cu、Cr、Niのいずれか1種またはこれらの合金から製造された請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記フィルム基板300は、ITO(Indium Tin Oxide)または導電性ポリマからなる請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記透明性基板100は、ガラス基板、透明シリコン基板、または透明プラスチック基板である請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1のパターン電極220は、前記第1のパターン電極220及び前記第2のパターン電極320の互いに重なる領域に存在する前記細線を断線させた請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1のパターン電極220は、1〜10μmの線幅を有する細線からなる網目状である請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1のパターン電極220は、線間の間隔が200μm以上である細線からなる網目状である請求項6に記載のタッチパネル。
- タッチパネルの製造方法において、
透明性基板の片面に金属薄膜をコートする段階と、
前記透明性基板上に設けられた金属薄膜に細線からなる網目状を有する少なくとも一つの第1のパターン電極及び前記第1のパターン電極と連結された第1の配線電極を同時に形成する段階と、
フィルム基板に長方形状または正方形状の第2のパターン電極を形成し、前記第2のパターン電極と連結される第2の配線電極を形成する段階と、
前記透明性基板及び前記フィルム基板を貼り付ける段階と、を含み、
前記第1のパターン電極は、前記第2のパターン電極の2方向の辺に交差する角度の細線からなる格子型の網目状に形成されることを特徴とするタッチパネルの製造方法。
