Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、掃除機の防振構造に関
するものであり特にモーターファンとこれを保持するケ
ースの内側に設けた防振ゴムとの関係に関するものであ
る。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来の掃除機においてモーターファンを
保持するケース内の防振ゴムは、図２に示すようにファ
ンケースの前後に離れて構成されていた。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】このような従来の掃除
機では、モーターファンの振動は単純に防振ゴムの吸振
性能のみの効果しかなく、吸振されない振動は、ケース
を伝って本体外郭を震わせ、共鳴音となって不快な騒音
源となっていた。
【０００４】本発明は上記課題を解決するもので、モー
ターファンの外周を複数の防振ゴムで覆ってケースの中
に保持することにより、固有振動数の異なるゴムが互い
に当接して震えることにより、お互いの振動を打ち消し
合う効果を得たものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記目的を達成
する為に、第一の手段は、モーターファンとダストボッ
クスを有し、当該モーターファンの外周に接すると共に
固有振動数の異なる複数の防振ゴムを介してケースに保
持し、隣り合う前記防振ゴムを互いに当接させたもので
ある。
【０００６】また第二の手段は、当該防振ゴムを押さえ
るゴムをケース側に配し、前記防振ゴム及びゴムのそれ
ぞれに空洞部を設け、前記空洞部の大きさをモーターフ
ァンのファン部側から離れる程小さくなるよう構成し
た。

【作用】本発明は上記の構成により、第一の手段におい
て、モーターファンの透過音は、ケース及びケースの内
側に設けた防振ゴムにより吸音されるとともに、モータ
ーファンの振動は防振ゴムに吸振されながら伝わる。防
振ゴムの当接面ではお互いに異なる固有振動数で振動す
るため、お互いに振動を吸収しあってケースに伝わる。
また第二の手段において、モーターファンのファン部
は、回転軸の端部に設けられているためモーター部に較
べ大きな振幅で振動するが、ファン部に近い防振ゴムの
空洞部が大きいので、その振幅の大きな振動を吸収して
大幅な防振効果が得られ、一方、ファン部側から離れて
ゆくにしたがい振幅が小さくなるので、防振ゴムの空洞
部を小さくして、防振ゴムを小型にすることが出来る。

【実施例】以下、本発明の一実施例を添付図面にもとづ
いて説明する。
【０００９】図１に示すように１はモーターファン２を
内蔵するボデーウエでボデーシタ３には金属ケース４が
取りつくよう構成されている。５及び６はファン部２Ａ
を防振的に保持する防振ゴムで、防振ゴムには各々空洞
部５Ａ、６Ａを有している。７は上記防振ゴムを防振的
に押さえる硬度の固いゴムである。
【００１０】２Ｂは、モーターファン２の排気部でケー
スの外部に突出している。８、９は防音筒の内側を構成
する防音材、１０は、外側を構成する防音材１１に挟ま
れて排気部を有する不通気性の防音材である。１２はフ
ィルター１３を内蔵するダストボックス、１４はダスト
ボックスと本体を着脱自在に結合する尾錠である。

【発明の効果】以上の実施例から明らかなように、本発
明によればモーターファンの振動音はそれぞれ異なる固
有振動数を有する防振ゴムによりお互いに振動を吸収し
あって防振し、モーターからの排気音は防音筒の中で消
音してから排気されるので、図２に示す従来の掃除機の
騒音値の全ての周波数帯において防振及び防音効果があ
り全体騒音６０ｄＢの水準を５３ｄＢの水準にまで低減
できるものである。

Claims (2)

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】モーターファンとダストボックスを有し、
    当該モーターファンの外周に接すると共に固有振動数の
    異なる複数の防振ゴムを介してケースに保持し、隣り合
    う前記防振ゴムを互いに当接させたことを特徴とする電
    気掃除機。
  2. 【請求項２】当該防振ゴムを押さえるゴムをケース側に
    配し、前記防振ゴム及びゴムのそれぞれに空洞部を設
    け、前記空洞部の大きさをモーターファンのファン部側
    から離れる程小さくなるようにした請求項１記載の電気
    掃除機。
