本考案はユニットボックスの壁パネル取付構造に関するものである。

従来においてユニットボックスを現場で組み立てる場合にその作業性の向上が求 められていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は以上の従来の課題を解決し作業性の極めてよいユニットボックスの壁パ ネル取付構造の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は以上の目的達成のために ユニットボックスの天井梁のアングル材と、ユニットボックスの床梁の取付プレ ートと、両側に翼部を有し前記アングル材の裏面と取付プレートに固定される柱 と、該柱の両翼部に嵌着され金具によりその正面下端を押えられる壁パネルとか らなるユニットボックスの壁パネル取付構造 を提案するものである。

【実施例】
以下本考案のユニットボックスの壁パネル取付構造を図面に示す実施例に従い説 明する。 図１及び図２は本考案の壁パネル取付構造を示し、該壁パネル取付構造はユニッ トボックス（１）の天井梁（３）及び床梁（５）を有する。
【０００６】 該天井梁（３）にはアングル材（４）が及び床梁（５）には取付プレート（６） が各々固定される。 次に両側に翼部（８）を有する柱（７）が前記アングル材（４）の裏面に挿入さ れて該アングル材（４）及び取付プレート（６）にボルト（１０）で固定される 。
【０００７】 前記翼部（８）には壁パネル（２）の取付縁（２ａ）が嵌着されることになる。 ここで翼部（８）にはスポンジ等のシール手段が取り付けられており壁パネル（ ２）の取付縁（２ａ）との間での雨風の遮断が図られる。
【０００８】 壁パネル（２）が柱（７）の翼部に嵌着されると壁パネル（２）は床梁（５）上 に載置されることになる。 次に金具（９）をボルト（１０）で床梁（５）の取付プレート（６）に取り付け て壁パネル（２）の正面下端（下コーナー）を該金具（９）で押える。
【０００９】 以上の結果壁パネル（２）は隣接する柱（７）の間に装着され金具（９）でその 正面下端を押えられて取り付け完了される。 壁パネル（２）の正面上端はアングル材（４）により押えられているためアング ル材（４）と金具（９）により取り付けられたことになる。

【考案の効果】
本考案のユニットボックスの壁パネル取付構造の実施例は以上の通りでありその 効果を次に列記する。 （１）本考案の取付構造は特に両側に翼部を有する柱を用いるため雨風の遮断を 図ることが出来る。 （２）本考案の取付構造は特に金具により壁パネルの正面下端を押えるため組み 立て作業は容易である。
