【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この考案は、射出延伸吹込成形に
よる合成樹脂製の取手付きボトルに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】プリフォームを射出成形し、そのプリフ
ォームームの口部を保持して、口部以外を薄肉に延伸吹
込成形して成形したボトルに取手を付ける場合には、特
公昭６１−２９２４６号公報に記載されているように、
プリフォームとともに口部下側に取手を一体成形してい
る。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】このようなボトルの成
形は、通常の射出金型を用いてプリフォームを成形し、
これを延伸吹込成形機によりボトルに成形するコールド
パリソン方式では可能であるが、プリフォームの射出成
形から延伸吹込成形までを、１つの装置により行うホッ
トパリソン方式には採用され難いものであった。
【０００４】そこでボトル成形後に取手を取付けること
がで試みられているが、この場合には、インサート成形
を利用した場合を除いて、取手の取付位置がサポートリ
ングより上部に制限される。
【０００５】このため取手ボトルの口部は、通常のボト
ルに比べて口部が長く形成され、また取手の取付位置が
高いので、大型のボトルでは内容物が注ぎだし難いなど
の問題を有する。
【０００６】この考案は取手を嵌着した上記取手付きボ
トルの課題を解決するために考えられたものであって、
その目的は、上縁をエッジに形成した取付溝により、取
手を口部のサポートリングより下方の胴部との連続部分
に取付け得る新たな構造の取手付きボトルを提供するこ
とにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的によるこの考案
の特徴は、射出延伸吹込成形によるボトルの口部下側に
大径部を形成し、その大径部の外周側に、上縁がエッジ
に形成された所要巾の取付溝を形成し、その上縁の複数
箇所に切欠部を等間隔に形成する一方、取手の基端部に
上記切欠部を通して取付溝に位置する複数の突面を内側
に設けた取付リングを一体形成し、その取付リングの突
面を上記取付溝の上縁と嵌合して、取手とボトルを一体
的に結合してなることにある。

【作用】上記構造では、取手を取付ける部分が大径に形
成されているので、口部のねじやサポートリングが取付
リングの挿入の障害とならず、またエッジに形成した上
縁により、取付溝に嵌合した取付リング内側の突面の上
縁が確りと受け止められて、その部分に荷重が掛かって
も外れるようなことがない。

【実施例】図中１は射出延伸吹込成形されたボトルで、
口部２の下側にサポートリング３を有する。
【００１０】このボトル１のサポートリング３より下方
の胴部との連続部分は、サポートリング３よりも大径に
形成され、かつその外周側は所要巾の取付溝４に形成さ
れている。
【００１１】この取付溝４の上縁５はエッジに形成して
あり、また上縁の４箇所には挿入用の切欠部６，６が等
間隔に形成してある。
【００１２】７は合成樹脂の取手で、基端部に帯状の取
付リング８が一体成形してある。この取付リング８の内
側は上記切欠部６，６と対応する４つの突面９，９に形
成され、かつ突面９，９の上縁は段部１０に形成され
て、取付溝４の上縁５と嵌合するようにしてある。
【００１３】また図面では省略したが、突面上縁には取
付溝上縁５に突設した回り止め１１と嵌合して、取付リ
ング８の横ずれを阻止する凹部が設けてある。
【００１４】上記構造では、取付リング８を口部から取
付溝４の上部に被せ、切欠部６，６と取付リング内側の
突面９，９との位置を合わせて挿入を行った後、取付リ
ング８を強制的に回動すると、突面９，９が上縁５，５
の下側に位置するとともに確りと嵌合する。
【００１５】これにより取手７はボトル側部に取付けら
れることになり、ボトル１を持って取手７を横に無理に
ずらさない限り、ボトル１から取手７が外れるようなこ
とがない。

【考案の効果】この考案は上述のように、ボトル１の口
部下側に大径部を形成し、その大径部の外周側に、上縁
５がエッジに形成された所要巾の取付溝４を形成したの
で、口部２のねじやサポートリング３が取付リング８の
挿入の障害とならず、取付リングの装着を容易に行うこ
とができる。
【００１７】また上縁５の複数箇所に切欠部６，６を等
間隔に形成する一方、取手７の基端部に上記切欠部６，
６を通して取付溝４に位置する複数の突面９，９を内側
に設けた取付リング８を一体形成し、その取付リング８
の突面９，９を上記取付溝４の上縁５と嵌合して、取手
７とボトル１を一体的に結合してなることから、上から
取付リングを大径部に嵌めて横に回動するだけで取手の
固定ができ、取付けに大掛かりな器具や手間を要さな
い。。
【００１８】しかも上縁をエッジに形成したので、取付
リング内側の突面の上縁が確りと受け止められ、その部
分に荷重が掛かっても簡単に外れるようなことがないの
で、上縁の巾を殊更大きく形成する必要がない。
【００１９】さらにまたボトルに対する取手の取付位置
が低くなるので、口部に取手を取付けた場合よりも内容
物が注ぎ出し易くなり、内容物により重い大型ボトルの
取扱が取手により容易となる窓の特徴を有する。

  1. 【請求項１】 射出延伸吹込成形によるボトルの口部下
    側に大径部を形成し、その大径部の外周側に、上縁がエ
    ッジに形成された所要巾の取付溝を形成し、その上縁の
    複数箇所に切欠部を等間隔に形成する一方、取手の基端
    部に上記切欠部を通して取付溝に位置する複数の突面を
    内側に設けた取付リングを一体形成し、その取付リング
    の突面を上記取付溝の上縁と嵌合して、取手とボトルを
    一体的に結合してなることを特徴とする取手付きボト
    ル。
