Abstract
Description
本出願は、2020年9月29日付大韓民国特許出願第10-2020-0127535号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明は、硬化性組成物に関する。
円形度=4πA/P2
1)酸無水物単位を持つポリオレフィンバインダー、フィラー及び分散剤を含む硬化性組成物を形成した直後、反応器に入れて常温で30日以上放置する。
前記試験1の1)において、放置時間は、30日以上、40日以上、50日以上または60日以上であってもよい。
(1)長期粒子沈降可否の評価方法
硬化性組成物をガラスバイアル(vial)に入れ、常温及び大気圧で約60日間放置した。以後、ガラスバイアル内にある硬化性組成物を目視で観察し、以下の基準に従って粒子沈降可否を評価した。
NG:バイアル内で硬化性組成物の層分離が発生するか、または硬化して固まってしまう。
形成された硬化性組成物をガラスバイアル(vial、直径約3cm及び高さ約10cm)の底から30mmの高さになるように入れ、常温で約60日間放置した。
無水マレイン酸単位を含むポリブタジエン(A、メーカー:Evonik社、製品名:polyvest MA75)、熱伝導性フィラー(B)及び分散剤(C)を100:1,600:4.8(A:B:C)の重量比で混合して硬化性組成物を形成した。
無水マレイン酸単位を含むポリブタジエン(A、メーカー:Evonik社、製品名:polyvest MA75)、熱伝導性フィラー(B)及び分散剤(C)を100:1,600:4.8(A:B:C)の重量比で混合し、チオール化合物(D)をさらに混合して硬化性組成物を形成した以外は、前記実施例1と同じ方式で硬化性組成物を形成した。前記チオール化合物(D)は、1-ドデカンチオール(1-dodecantiol)を使用し、添加した前記チオール化合物(D)の含量は、分散剤(C)100重量部に対して300重量部である。
前記実施例1と同様の無水マレイン酸単位を含有するポリブタジエン(A、メーカー:Evonik社、製品名:polyvest MA75)及び熱伝導性フィラー(B)を使用するが、分散剤(C)を使用せずに100:1,600(A:B)の重量比で混合して硬化性組成物を形成した。
分散剤(C)としてリン酸系分散剤であるBYK社のDISPERBYK-111を用いた以外は、前記実施例1と同じ方式で硬化性組成物を形成した。前記DISPERBYK-111は、重量平均分子量(Mw)が約1,750g/mol程度であり、多分散指数(PDI=Mw/Mn)が約1.7程度であった。
分散剤(C)としてリン酸系分散剤であるBYK社のDISPERBYK-102を用いた以外は、前記実施例1と同じ方式で硬化性組成物を形成した。前記DISPERBYK-102は、比較例2で用いたDISPERBYK-111に比べて極性(polarity)が低く、重量平均分子量(Mw)が約1,630g/mol程度であり、多分散指数(PDI=Mw/Mn)が約1.46程度であった
無水マレイン酸単位を含むポリブタジエン(A、メーカー:Evonik社、製品名:polyvest MA75)、熱伝導性フィラー(B)及びチオール化合物(D)を100:1,600:4.8(A:B:D)の重量割合で混合して硬化性組成物を形成した以外は、前記実施例1と同じ方式で硬化性組成物を形成した。前記チオール化合物(D)は、1-ドデカンチオール(1-dodecantiol)を使用した。
Claims (19)
- 酸無水物単位を持つポリオレフィンバインダー、フィラー、及び分散剤を含み、
前記分散剤が下記化学式1の単位を含む高分子化合物を含む、硬化性組成物。
- 前記酸無水物単位は、無水マレイン酸単位または無水フタル酸単位である、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記ポリオレフィンバインダーは、酸価が50~120mgKOH/gの範囲内である、請求項1または2に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記ポリオレフィンバインダーは、スチレン単位、ブタジエン単位及びイソプレン単位からなる群から選ばれる1つ以上の単位を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記ポリオレフィンバインダーは、重量平均分子量が3,000~30,000g/molの範囲内である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記ポリオレフィンバインダーは、多分散指数が2~5の範囲内である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記化学式1の単位を含む高分子化合物は、重量平均分子量が5,000~40,000g/molの範囲内である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記化学式1の単位を含む高分子化合物は、多分散指数が0.8~2の範囲内である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記ポリオレフィンバインダー100重量部に対して1~10重量部の前記分散剤を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記分散剤がエステル化合物をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記エステル化合物は、アルキレングリコールモノアルキルエーテルアセテート、アルキルアルコキシプロピオネート、アルキレングリコールモノアルキルエーテルプロピオネート、アルキレングリコールジアセテート、アルキルラクテート及びアルキル2-ヒドロキシアイソアルキレートからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つ以上を含む、請求項10に記載の硬化性組成物。
- チオール化合物をさらに含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記チオール化合物は、炭素数1~20のアルキル基が置換されたチオールである、請求項12に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記フィラーを分散剤100重量部に対して25,000~45,000重量部の割合で含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記分散剤は、前記エステル化合物を5~40重量%で含む、請求項10または11に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記チオール化合物を分散剤100重量部に対して100~500重量部の範囲内の割合で含む、請求項12または13に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 押圧力が60gf以下である、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 酸無水物単位を持つポリオレフィンバインダー、フィラー、及びリン酸系高分子分散剤を含み、押圧力が60gf以下である、硬化性組成物。
- 発熱性素子及び冷却部位を含み、
前記発熱性素子及び冷却部位の間で両者を熱的接触させている、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物の硬化物または請求項18に記載の硬化性組成物の硬化物を含む、装置。
