Description
本出願は、2020年4月15日に出願された、出願番号が202020553775.2であり、発明の名称が「抜け防止継手及び抜け防止継手アセンブリ」である中国特許出願の優先権を主張し、その全ての内容は引用により本出願に組み込まれる。
Claims (15)
- 抜け防止継手であって、
内部に第1貫通孔が穿設されており、外部に雄ねじを有するねじ部が設けられており、
前記抜け防止継手は前記ねじ部を介してジョイントナットに接続し、前記抜け防止継手の端部は外部へ伸びて抜け防止カムを形成し、
前記抜け防止カムには、相対的に離れた両側にそれぞれ位置する止め面及び滑り面が設けられており、前記止め面は外部工具と係合させて前記抜け防止継手を取り付けるために用いられる、抜け防止継手。 - 前記抜け防止カムの外周面と前記止め面とが交差して押圧エッジを形成し、前記押圧エッジは外部工具を係止させてトルクを付与するために用いられる、請求項1に記載の抜け防止継手。
- 前記押圧エッジは前記抜け防止継手の中心軸線に平行である、請求項2に記載の抜け防止継手。
- 前記ねじ部のねじの外径は前記抜け防止継手の直径の最大値である、請求項1に記載の抜け防止継手。
- 前記抜け防止継手は、前記ねじ部に接続され、外径が前記ねじ部のねじの外径より大きい接続部を更に含む、請求項1に記載の抜け防止継手。
- 前記止め面は平面であり、且つ前記第1貫通孔の径方向平面に垂直である、請求項1に記載の抜け防止継手。
- 前記抜け防止カムは少なくとも2つであり、少なくとも2つの前記抜け防止カムは、前記抜け防止継手の周方向に沿って均一に設置されている、請求項1に記載の抜け防止継手。
- 前記抜け防止継手は、隣接する2つの前記抜け防止カムを接続する空回り面を更に有し、前記空回り面は、前記第1貫通孔の軸方向に垂直である、請求項1又は7に記載の抜け防止継手。
- 前記滑り面は傾斜面であり、前記滑り面と前記空回り面との間は滑らかに接続されている、請求項8に記載の抜け防止継手。
- 前記抜け防止カムは、前記抜け防止カムの端部に設けられており、同一の前記抜け防止カムの前記止め面と前記滑り面との間に設けられている遷移面を更に含む、請求項1に記載の抜け防止継手。
- 前記遷移面は前記第1貫通孔の軸方向に垂直である、請求項10に記載の抜け防止継手。
- ジョイントナット、第1管体及び第2管体を含む抜け防止継手アセンブリであって、
請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の抜け防止継手を更に含み、前記第1管体は前記第1貫通孔に入り込むことができ、前記ジョイントナットには前記抜け防止継手のねじ部に係合される雌ねじが設けられており、前記ジョイントナットが前記第2管体を嵌合し、前記第2管体は、前記抜け防止継手と前記ジョイントナットとの間に固定して設けられて、前記抜け防止継手及び前記ジョイントナットに当接する、抜け防止継手アセンブリ。 - 前記抜け防止継手と前記ジョイントナットとを取り付けて固定した後に、前記ねじ部の一部が前記ジョイントナットの外側に露出される、請求項12に記載の抜け防止継手アセンブリ。
- 前記ジョイントナットの外壁には、横断面が多角形であり、外部工具に係合させるために用いられる捻じ込み部が設けられている、請求項12に記載の抜け防止継手アセンブリ。
- 前記抜け防止継手の前記抜け防止カムから離れた端部には当接面が更に設けられており、前記第2管体の前記抜け防止継手に近接する端部にはフレア部が設けられており、前記当接面は前記フレア部に当接している、請求項12に記載の抜け防止継手アセンブリ。
