Claims (20)
- 粉末用のチタン不含のコバルトクロム合金であって、(質量%で)
C 0.40~1.50%
Cr 24.0~32.0%
W 3.0~8.0%
Mo 0.1~5.0%、ここで質量%でのWとMoとの含有率に関して4.0≦W+Mo≦9.5が満たされる、
Nb 最大0.5%
Ta 最大0.5%、ここで質量%でのNbとTaとの含有率に関してNb+Ta≦0.8が満たされる、
Ni 0.005~25.0%
Fe 0.005~15.0%、ここで質量%でのNiとFeとの含有率に関してNi+Fe>3.0が満たされる、
Mn 0.005~5.0%
Al 最大0.5%
N 0.0005~0.15%
Si <0.3%
Cu 最大0.4%
O 0.0001~0.1%
P 最大0.015%
B 最大0.015%
S 最大0.015%
Co 残部、および製造に起因する不純物、殊に
Zr 最大0.03%
Ti 最大0.025%
からなる前記合金。 - 以下の関係:
10.0体積%≦M23C6≦40.0体積%、且つ
M7C3≦10.0体積%
が、殊に熱処理後に満たされなければならない、請求項1に記載の合金。 - C含有率(質量%)0.4~1.4%を有する、請求項1または2に記載の合金。
- Cr含有率(質量%)25.0~31.0%を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- Mo含有率(質量%)0.1~4.0%、殊に0.1~3.0%を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- W含有率(質量%)0.5~6.5%を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- W含有率(質量%)3.5~8.0%を有し、ここで質量%でのWとMoとの含有率に関して4.2≦W+Mo≦9.5が満たされなければならず、ここで好ましい範囲4.5≦W+Mo≦9.0%が満たされる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- Ta含有率(質量%)最大0.5%を有し、ここで質量%でのNbとTaとの含有率に関してNb+Ta≦0.6が満たされなければならず、ここで好ましい範囲Nb+Ta≦0.5%が満たされる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- Ni含有率(質量%)0.005~24.0%、殊に0.005~21.0%を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- Fe含有率(質量%)0.05~15.0%を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- Mn含有率(質量%)0.005~4.5%を有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- N含有率(質量%)0.001~0.12、殊に0.001~0.10%を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- Si含有率(質量%)最大0.25%、殊に最大0.20%を有する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- O含有率(質量%)0.001~0.1%、殊に0.002~0.08%を有する、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- Cu含有率(質量%)最大0.3%、B含有率(質量%)最大0.012%、S含有率(質量%)最大0.010%、Pb含有率(質量%)最大0.005%、Zn含有率(質量%)最大0.005%、Sn含有率(質量%)最大0.005%、Bi含有率(質量%)最大0.005%、V含有率(質量%)最大0.005%、Y含有率(質量%)最大0.005%、Hf含有率(質量%)最大0.015%およびLa含有率(質量%)最大0.005%を有する、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- 請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の合金からの粉末の製造方法であって、前記合金を真空誘導溶解炉内で溶解し、閉じた噴霧装置内で噴霧し、ここで、溶湯をノズルを通じて特定のガス流量を有する供給ガス流に供給し、凝固した粉末粒子が気密封止容器に捕集される、前記方法。
- 生成的製造法のための、および/またはHIP法と組み合わせた、HIP法のための、並びに肉盛溶接および/またはコーティングのための粉末としての、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の合金の使用。
- トライボロジー条件、腐食性条件および酸化性条件またはそれらの条件の組み合わせ下での部材としておよび/またはコーティングとしての、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の合金の使用。
- 生成的製造法のための、および/またはHIP法と組み合わせた、HIP法のための、並びに肉盛溶接および/またはコーティングのための粉末を製造するための、請求項16に記載の方法の使用。
- トライボロジー条件、腐食性条件および酸化性条件またはそれらの条件の組み合わせ下での部材および/またはコーティングを製造するための、請求項16に記載の方法の使用。
