- 前記熱管理部材(13)は、前記流体が前記熱管理部材(13)の内部から流出するように、前記電池セル(20)内から排出された前記排出物で破壊され得るように構成される請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記熱管理部材(13)は、
前記リリーフ機構(213)の作動を可能にするための空間を提供できるように構成される逃げ構造(134)をさらに含み、
前記熱管理部材(13)は、前記電池セル(20)に取り付けられて前記逃げ構造(134)と前記リリーフ機構(213)との間に逃げキャビティ(134a)を形成する請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池(10)。 - 前記逃げ構造(134)は、逃げ底壁(134b)及び前記逃げキャビティ(134a)を取り囲む逃げ側壁(134c)を含み、前記逃げ底壁(134b)は、前記排出物が前記熱管理部材(13)を通過することを可能にするように、前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動する時に破壊されるように構成される請求項9に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記逃げ底壁(134b)は局所解放機構を含み、前記局所解放機構は、少なくとも前記電池セル(20)からの排出物が前記熱管理部材(13)を通過して排出されることを可能にするように、前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動する時に作動されるように構成される請求項10に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記逃げ側壁(134c)は、前記逃げ底壁(134b)に対して所定の角度をなし、且つ前記所定の角度は105°~175°の間である請求項10に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記逃げ側壁(134c)は、前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動する時に破壊されて、前記流体を流出させるように構成される請求項10~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記電池(10)は、
前記リリーフ機構(213)に対して前記熱管理部材(13)の他側に配置され、前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動する時に前記排出物を収集するように構成される収集キャビティ(11b)をさらに含む請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の電池(10)。 - 前記ビーム(114)は中空空間を有し、前記中空空間は前記収集キャビティ(11b)を形成する請求項14に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記支持部材(16)は追加収集キャビティをさらに含み、前記追加収集キャビティと前記収集キャビティ(11b)は、前記収集キャビティ(11b)の下部又は底部に操作可能に連通する請求項14又は15に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記収集キャビティ(11b)内に導流構造が設けられ、前記導流構造は、前記排出物を所定の位置に案内することに寄与できるように構成される請求項14~16のいずれか一項に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記流体は冷却媒体であり、前記熱管理部材(13)は、前記冷却媒体を収容して、前記電池セル(20)を降温することに用いられる請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載の電池(10)。
- 電気エネルギーを供給するための請求項1~18のいずれか一項に記載の電池を含む装置。
- 電池の製造方法であって、
複数の電池セル(20)を提供するステップであって、前記複数の電池セル(20)のうちの少なくとも1つの電池セル(20)は、交差して設置された第1壁及び第2壁を含む少なくとも2つの壁、及び前記第1壁に設置され、前記電池セル(20)の内部圧力又は温度が閾値になった時に作動して前記内部圧力を解放するためのリリーフ機構(213)を含む、ステップと、
流体を収容して前記電池セル(20)の温度を調整することに用いられ、前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動する時に、前記電池セル内から排出された排出物が前記熱管理部材(13)を通過するように構成される熱管理部材(13)を提供し、且つ前記熱管理部材(13)を前記第1壁に取り付けるステップと、
支持部材(16)を提供し、前記支持部材(16)を前記第2壁に取り付けて、前記電池セル(20)を支持するステップと、を含む電池の製造方法。 - 前記方法は、
カバー(111)及びシェル(112)を含み、前記シェル(112)と前記カバー(111)が前記電池セル(20)を収容するための電気キャビティ(11a)を共同で取り囲んで形成するケース(11)を提供するステップと、
前記シェル(112)の内側に前記支持部材(16)を提供するか、又は前記シェル(112)の一部を前記支持部材(16)として使用するステップと、をさらに含む請求項20に記載の方法。 - 前記ケース(11)は、互いに対向して配置された前記カバー(111)と前記シェル(112)との間に延在するビーム(114)をさらに含み、
前記熱管理部材(13)を提供するステップは、前記熱管理部材(13)を前記ビーム(114)と前記第1壁との間に配置することを含む請求項21に記載の方法。 - 電池の製造機器であって、
複数の電池セル(20)を製造するための電池セル製造モジュールであって、前記複数の電池セル(20)のうちの少なくとも1つの電池セルは、交差して設置された第1壁及び第2壁を含む少なくとも2つの壁、及び前記第1壁に設置され、前記電池セル(20)の内部圧力又は温度が閾値になった時に作動して前記内部圧力を解放するためのリリーフ機構(213)を含む、電池セル製造モジュールと、
流体を収容して前記電池セル(20)の温度を調整することに用いられ、前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動する時に、前記電池セル内から排出された排出物が前記熱管理部材(13)を通過するように構成される熱管理部材(13)を製造するための熱管理部材製造モジュールと、
前記電池セル(20)を支持するための支持部材(16)を製造するための支持部材製造モジュールと、
前記熱管理部材(13)を前記第1壁に取り付け、及び前記支持部材(16)を前記第2壁に取り付けるための組み立てモジュールと、を含む電池の製造機器。
