Abstract
Description
バス部材を介して相互に電気的に接続されるように構成される複数の電池セルを提供するステップと、
前記バス部材を装着するように構成される収容空間を含むカバーを提供するステップと、
前記カバーに取り付けられ、かつ少なくとも前記バス部材を被覆するように設置される絶縁部を提供するステップとを含む。
バス部材を介して相互に電気的に接続されるように構成される複数の電池セルを製造するための電池セル製造モジュールと、
前記バス部材を装着するように構成される収容空間を含むカバーを製造するためのカバー製造モジュールと、
前記カバーに取り付けられ、かつ少なくとも前記バス部材を被覆するように設置される絶縁部を製造するための絶縁部製造モジュールとを含む。

Claims (20)
- 電池(10)であって、
バス部材(12)を介して相互に電気的に接続されるように構成される複数の電池セル(20)と、
前記バス部材(12)を装着するように構成される収容空間(111a)を含むカバー(111)と、
前記カバー(111)に取り付けられ、かつ少なくとも前記バス部材(12)を被覆するように設置される絶縁部(113)とを含む、電池(10)。 - 前記収容空間(111a)は前記カバー(111)に形成される貫通孔であり、前記バス部材(12)は前記貫通孔から貫通して前記カバー(111)に固定される、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記絶縁部(113)は前記カバー(111)に追加され又は組み立てられる、請求項1又は2に記載の電池。
- 前記収容空間(111a)は前記カバー(111)に形成された止まり穴であり、前記バス部材(12)は前記収容空間(111a)の開口部を通って前記収容空間(111a)に入ることができ、かつ前記バス部材(12)の少なくとも一部が前記収容空間(111a)に収容され、前記絶縁部(113)は前記カバー(111)と一体成形される、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電池は、制御モジュール及び電気接続部材を含む電池管理ユニットをさらに含み、前記制御モジュールと前記バス部材は前記電気接続部材を介して接続される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記電池はケース(112)をさらに含み、前記ケース(112)と前記カバー(111)は共同で取り囲んで前記複数の電池セル(20)を収容するための筐体(11)を形成し、前記制御モジュールは前記筐体(11)の外に設置される、請求項5に記載の電池。
- 前記制御モジュールと前記電気接続部材の少なくとも1つは前記カバー(111)内に埋め込まれる、請求項5に記載の電池。
- 前記電気接続部材は、前記複数の電池セル(20)に電気的に接続されて前記複数の電池セル(20)の温度又は電圧信号を収集するために使用される回路基板を含む、請求項5~7のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記複数の電池セル(20)の少なくとも1つの電池セル(20)はリリーフ機構(213)を含み、前記リリーフ機構(213)は少なくとも1つの前記電池セル(20)の内部圧力又は温度が閾値になった場合に作動して前記内部圧力を解放するために使用され、
前記リリーフ機構(213)と前記バス部材(12)はそれぞれ少なくとも1つの前記電池セル(20)の異なる側に配置され、それにより、前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動するとき、少なくとも1つの前記電池セル(20)からの排出物は前記バス部材(12)から離れる方向に沿って排出される、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の電池。 - 熱管理部材(13)をさらに含み、前記熱管理部材(13)は、流体を収容して前記電池セル(20)の温度を調整するために使用され、かつ前記熱管理部材(13)は、前記電池セル(20)からの排出物が前記熱管理部材(13)を通過するように、前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動する時に破壊されるように構成される、請求項9に記載の電池。
- 前記熱管理部材(13)は、前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動する時に破壊されて前記流体を流出させるように構成される、請求項10に記載の電池。
- 前記熱管理部材(13)は、
前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動することを可能にするための空間を提供するように構成される逃げ構造(134)をさらに含み、かつ
前記熱管理部材(13)は前記複数の電池セル(20)に取り付けられ、前記逃げ構造(134)と前記リリーフ機構(213)との間に回避キャビティ(134a)が形成される、請求項10又は11に記載の電池。 - 前記熱管理部材(13)は、
前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動することを可能にするための空間を提供するように構成される逃げ構造(134)をさらに含み、かつ
前記逃げ構造(134)は前記熱管理部材(13)を貫通する貫通孔である、請求項10又は11に記載の電池。 - 前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動する時に前記電池セル(20)及び前記熱管理部材(13)からの排出物を収集するための収集キャビティ(11b)をさらに含み、
前記回避キャビティ(134a)と前記収集キャビティ(11b)は前記熱管理部材(13)によって隔離される、請求項12に記載の電池。 - 前記リリーフ機構(213)が作動する時に前記電池セル(20)及び前記熱管理部材(13)からの排出物を収集するための収集キャビティ(11b)をさらに含み、
前記逃げ構造(134)は前記収集キャビティ(11b)に連通する、請求項13に記載の電池。 - 保護部材(115)をさらに含み、前記保護部材(115)は前記熱管理部材(13)の前記電池セル(20)から離れる側に配置され、かつ前記収集キャビティ(11b)は前記熱管理部材(13)と前記保護部材(115)との間に配置される、請求項14又は15に記載の電池。
- 前記熱管理部材(13)と前記保護部材(115)との間に配置されて前記収集キャビティ(11b)を封止する封止部材をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の電池。
- 電気エネルギーを供給するための請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の電池を含む装置。
- 電池製造方法であって、
バス部材(12)を介して相互に電気的に接続されるように構成される複数の電池セル(20)を提供するステップと、
前記バス部材(12)を装着するように構成される収容空間(111a)を含むカバー(111)を提供するステップと、
前記カバー(111)に取り付けられ、かつ少なくとも前記バス部材(12)を被覆するように設置される絶縁部(113)を提供するステップとを含む、電池製造方法。 - 電池製造装置であって、
バス部材(12)を介して相互に電気的に接続されるように構成される複数の電池セル(20)を製造するための電池セル製造モジュールと、
前記バス部材(12)を装着するように構成される収容空間(111a)を含むカバー(111)を製造するためのカバー製造モジュールと、
前記カバー(111)に取り付けられ、かつ少なくとも前記バス部材(12)を被覆するように設置される絶縁部(113)を製造するための絶縁部製造モジュールとを含む、電池製造装置。
