Claims (7)
- 決められた標準軌道(S)を縦軸及び横軸において走行制御されることで辿り、緊急操作モードの作動後に車両が縦軸及び横軸において走行制御され停止される緊急軌道(N)が継続的に決定される車両の自動運転用アシストシステムの操作方法であって、
前記決められた標準軌道(S)に従う前記車両の開始車線(F1)から目標車線(F2)への車線変更が差し迫るまたは既に開始されている際に、緊急操作モードが作動した場合、前記決められた標準軌道(S)上の前記車両の位置に応じて、前記車両(1)を前記開始車線(F1)上で停止させるか前記目標車線(F2)上で停止させるかを判定し、
前記判定において、所定の経路長内および/または所定の時間内に前記車両(1)を前記開始車線(F1)上で停止させる緊急軌道(N)が計画されており、前記車両(1)に作用する側方加速度が所定の快適値を超えず、前記車両(1)の前記目標車線(F2)への進入度が所定の進入度を超えない場合に、前記車両(1)を前記開始車線(F1)上で停止させる
ことを特徴とする操作方法。 - 前記判定は、前記開始車線(F1)及び/又は前記目標車線(F2)上に衝突の危険性が存在することを考慮して行われ、
前記車両(1)は、より危険性の少ない車線(F1、F2)において停止させられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の操作方法。 - 前記車線変更の予定または開始の後、2つの緊急軌道(N)を継続的に決定することにより、前記車両(1)を前記所定の経路長及び/又は前記所定の時間内に、前記開始車線(F1)または前記目標車線(F2)上で停止させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の操作方法。 - 前記緊急操作モードが作動した場合、該緊急操作モードが作動した際または前記車両(1)が停止した際のいずれかにおいて、前記車両(1)のハザード警告ランプが該車両(1)が位置する国に応じて自動的に作動される
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項記載の操作方法。 - 前記車両(1)の現在位置が、衛星を利用した位置特定ユニットから取得した信号に基づいて決定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項記載の操作方法。 - 前記緊急操作モードが作動した場合、前記車両(1)において視覚的、聴覚的、及び/又は触覚的に警告が出力される
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項5のいずれか一項記載の操作方法。 - 前記車両(1)が停止している場合、該車両(1)のパーキングブレーキが作動し、適切なギアが設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一項記載の操作方法。
