Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年8月20日出願の米国特許仮出願第62/719,799号、2019年4月5日出願の米国特許仮出願第62/829,706号、および、2019年4月15日出願の米国特許仮出願第62/834,189号に基づく優先権および利益を主張するものとする。これらの同時係属中の仮出願はそれぞれ、その全体が参照により本明細書に引用され、本明細書の一部をなす。本明細書の一部としては、以下に具体的に記載される部分を含むが、これに限定されない。
本発明は、耐熱性ポリマー材料およびそれを使用する製品を対象とし、調理器、特に非付着性ポリマーの調理面、材料、複合材およびコーティング、ならびに/または、交換可能および/もしくはリサイクル可能なインサート/カバーを含む。
非付着性の調理器として、鍋、平鍋、ベーキングシート、ケーキ型/パン型などが挙げられるが、これに限定されず、長年にわたり商業用および一般家庭用に受け入れられてきた。よく見られる例示的な調理器として、フッ素ポリマー、例えばポリテトラフルオロエチレンをコーティングした金属製の調理器が挙げられる。時間とともに、ポリマーコーティングは金属から剥がれ落ちるか、あるいは、残留物が蓄積して効果を失いやすい。一般家庭の利用者は単に調理器のアイテム全体を交換してしまう傾向があり、商業/工業の利用者はしばしば、再コーティングのために調理器を発送する。改良された非付着性の調理器、および、オーブンから取り出した後に熱を保持して焼きむらを生じさせてしまう金属を用いない調理器が引き続き必要とされている。
Claims (38)
- 食品支持面を含む、調理の間、食品アイテムを保持する調理器であって、耐熱性ポリマー材料で形成された、一体化された調理面または取り付けられた調理面を含む調理器。
- 前記耐熱性ポリマー材料は、溶融加工性フッ素ポリマー、好ましくはペルフルオロアルコキシアルカン(PFA)、TFE/ペルフルオロメチルビニルエーテルコポリマー(MFA)、またはフッ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)、PTFEのホモポリマーもしくはコポリマー、またはそのようなフッ素ポリマーの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の調理器。
- 前記調理面は、ポリマースプレーコーティングまたはポリマー浸漬コーティングを含む、請求項1または2に記載の調理器。
- 前記ポリマースプレーコーティングまたはポリマー浸漬コーティングは、前記耐熱性ポリマー材料のキャスト膜または積層膜で被覆および/または積層され、前記ポリマースプレーコーティングまたはポリマー浸漬コーティングと前記キャスト膜または積層膜とは、硬化の間に互いに連結する、請求項3に記載の調理器。
- 構造剛性を有する積層材料をさらに含み、前記積層材料は、前記耐熱性ポリマー材料を含浸され、非付着性コーティングを施した、ある形状を有する調理器または他の非付着性のアイテムもしくは構成部品にプレスまたは成形される可撓性の基板を含む、請求項1、2または4のいずれかに記載の調理器。
- 前記可撓性の基板は、繊維ガラス、ケブラー、ノーメックス、炭素繊維、石英繊維、PEEK、PAEK、PPS、PES、PPSU、LCPおよび/またはPAI繊維、またはそのような繊維もしくは糸の組み合わせで形成される、織布基板、不織布基板、開口を有する網目状の基板/からみ織の基板、編組基板および/または一方向織物を含み、
前記耐熱性ポリマー材料は、エンジニアリング熱可塑性プラスチック材料、好ましくはPAI、PPS、PEEK、PPSU、PESまたはそれらの組み合わせを含み、
前記耐熱性ポリマー材料の上に施される前記非付着性コーティングは、PTFEまたは他の非付着性材料である、請求項5に記載の調理器。 - 前記調理器は、バスケット、トレー、シート、平鍋、ボウルもしくはカップ、プレート、カバー、または調理器の他の付属品の形にプレスまたは成形される、請求項5または6に記載の調理器。
- 前記調理器または前記食品支持面は、金属が完全に含まれていない、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の調理器。
- 375°F(191°C)を超える温度に無期限にわたり耐えることができ、より好ましくは500°F(260°C)、最も好ましくは最大600°F(315°C)および最大800°Fの温度に耐えることが可能である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の調理器。
- 前記調理面は、前記食品支持面で、前記調理器にクリップ留め、スナップ留めまたは押し嵌めされる、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の調理器。
- 前記調理面は、前記調理器の食品支持面として、またはその上に施される、前記耐熱性ポリマー材料の個別に形成された調理用面上インサートを含み、前記調理用面上インサートは、交換可能、および好ましくはリサイクル可能である、請求項1に記載の調理器。
- 前記調理用面上インサートは、非付着性のカバー上にスナップを含む、請求項11に記載の調理器。
- 調理領域を画定する側壁を有する支持フレーム、および、取り外し可能な調理用インサートを受けて支えるように構成された内部支持構造、を含む調理用支持部、ならびに、
前記調理支持部内および前記内部支持構造上に挿入されるように適合された、取り外し可能および交換可能な調理用インサートであって、前記調理面を含み、調理の間、前記食品アイテムを受ける、調理用インサート、
をさらに含む、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の調理器。 - 前記内部支持構造は、前記側壁内にある対向する対になる開口部の間を通って延在する支持棒部を含み、前記調理用インサートは、平行に対になる支持棒部の間に吊持される、請求項13に記載の調理器。
- 前記支持フレームは、調理領域の外周の周りに延在する外周フレーム、および、前記調理領域の下で、前記支持フレームの2つの部分の間に延在する、少なくとも1つの交差棒部を含む、請求項13または14に記載の食品支持部。
- 前記支持フレームは、下外周縁部と上外周縁部の間に延在する前記側壁を含む、請求項15に記載の食品支持部。
- 前記調理面として、前記支持フレーム内に取り外し可能に配置されるように構成された、ベタ状の基板インサート、または、熱風が通過するための複数の網の開口部を含む網目状の基板インサートをさらに含む、請求項13~16のいずれかに記載の食品支持部。
- 前記支持フレームおよび/または前記調理用インサートは、繊維ガラス、ナイロン、ポリエステル、アラミド、ポリエチレン、ポリオレフィン、セラミック、ポリスルホン、ポリケトン、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリイミド、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項13~17のいずれかに記載の食品支持部。
- 前記支持フレームおよび/または前記調理用インサートは、フッ素ポリマー、フッ素エラストマ、シリコーンゴム、シリコーン樹脂、ウレタンゴム、ウレタン樹脂、ポリケトン、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、液晶ポリエステル、ポリエーテルスルホン、またはそれらの組み合わせで形成される、請求項18に記載の食品支持部。
- 前記支持フレームおよび/または前記調理用インサートは、前記側壁の上縁部の間に延在するバスケット、トレー、平鍋および/またはカップを含む、請求項13~19のいずれかに記載の調理器。
- 前記トレーおよび/または前記カップは、前記側壁の上端部の上にスナップ留めまたはクリップ留めする、湾曲縁部を含む、請求項20に記載の調理器。
- 前記トレーおよび/または前記カップは、前記側壁の上外周縁部上の柱部の上に嵌合する穴部を含む、請求項20に記載の調理器。
- 前記トレーは、前記調理用インサートを受けるための開口部を含み、前記調理用インサートの延在部は、前記調理用インサートが開口部に挿入されるときに前記トレーの上面に着座する、請求項20に記載の調理器。
- 前記調理用インサートは、天然パルプ素材で形成される、請求項23に記載の調理器。
- 請求項1~24のいずれか1項に記載の食品支持面のための、交換可能な調理面またはインサート。
- 請求項1~25のいずれか1項に記載の食品支持部の使用であって、調理面またはインサートを取り出して交換することを含む、使用。
- 調理器用の、請求項1~26のいずれかに記載の取り外し可能かつ交換可能な調理面またはインサートを設ける工程を含む方法であって、前記調理面またはインサートは、前記調理器とは個別であって、調理の間オーブン内で食品アイテムを保持するために前記調理器内に取り外し可能に固定されるように適合され、前記調理面またはインサートは、耐熱性ポリマーで形成される、方法。
- 支持構造内の前記調理面またはインサートを取り出し、交換する工程をさらに含む、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記調理面またはインサートを、前記オーブンでの複数の加熱サイクルの後に取り出し、第2の調理面またはインサートに交換する工程をさらに含む、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記調理面またはインサートの通常の交換およびリサイクルのための加入者サービスをさらに含む、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 食品アイテムを前記調理面またはインサート上に入れる工程、
前記調理器を前記オーブン内に入れ、その間、前記調理面またはインサートならびに前記食品アイテムを支える工程、
前記調理器を前記オーブンから取り出す工程、
前記食品アイテムを前記調理面またはインサートから取り出す工程、
複数の食品アイテムのそれぞれに対して、前記入れる工程および前記取り出す工程を繰り返す工程、
前記調理器の前記調理面またはインサートを交換する工程、
をさらに含む、請求項27に記載の方法。 - 耐熱性ポリマー材料を含浸された可撓性の基板を含む複合材料であって、前記複合材料は、硬化時に構造剛性を有する、複合材料。
- 前記複合材料は、硬化の前に所定の構成にプレス可能または成形可能であり、硬化時に構造剛性を有する前記所定の構成を保持する、請求項32に記載の複合材料。
- 非付着性コーティングを施した上面、好ましくは非付着性の膜または非付着性のコーティング布で積層された上面をさらに含む、請求項32または33に記載の複合材料。
- 前記所定の構成は、消費者向けの商品、好ましくは調理器アイテムまたは機械用構成部品である、請求項32、33または34に記載の複合材料。
- 前記可撓性の基板は、繊維ガラス、ケブラー、ノーメックス、炭素繊維、石英繊維、PEEK、PAEK、PPS、PES、PPSU、LCPおよび/またはPAI繊維、またはそれらの組み合わせで形成された、織布基板、不織布基板、開口を有する網目状の基板/からみ織の基板、編組基板および/または一方向織物を含み、
前記耐熱性ポリマー材料は、エンジニアリング熱可塑性プラスチック材料、好ましくはPAI、PPS、PEEK、PPSU、PES、またはそれらの組み合わせを含み、
前記耐熱性ポリマー材料の上に施される前記非付着性コーティング、積層膜またはコーティング布は、PTFEまたは他の非付着性材料である、請求項32~35のいずれかに記載の複合材料。 - 前記調理器は、バスケット、トレー、シート、平鍋、ボウルもしくはカップ、プレート、カバー、または調理器の他の付属品の形にプレスまたは成形される、請求項32~36のいずれかに記載の複合材料。
- それぞれが、対応する耐熱性ポリマー材料を含浸された対応する可撓性の基板を含む、複数の層であって、望ましくは少なくとも10の層をさらに含む、請求項32~37のいずれかに記載の複合材料。
