Claims (10)
- 成型装置であって、
上型と、
前記上型の下方に配置された下型と、
前記上型と前記下型との間に配置され、位置制御機構を介して前記下型に可動的に取り付けられた中間型と、
を含むことを特徴とする、成型装置。 - 前記成型装置が閉鎖構成にあるとき、前記上型と前記下型が、前記中間型を受け入れる収容空間を共同で定義することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成型装置。
- 前記成型装置が閉鎖構成にあるとき、前記上型と、前記中間型と、前記下型が共同で金型キャビティを定義することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成型装置。
- 前記位置制御機構が、前記中間型の下面に接続されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成型装置。
- 前記位置制御機構が、前記中間型に接続された少なくとも1つのイジェクタと、前記イジェクタの移動を制御する弾性機構と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成型装置。
- 成型方法であって、
(a)下型と、前記下型の間に可動的に取り付けられた中間型を提供する工程と、
(b)上型を前記下型と係合して収容空間を定義し、前記中間型が前記収容空間内に配置され、そのうち、前記上型、前記中間型、前記下型が共同で金型キャビティを定義する工程と、
(c)前記金型キャビティ内に材料を注入し、少なくとも部分的に前記中間型を取り囲む工程と、
(d)前記材料から成形品を形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、成型方法。 - さらに、
(e)前記下型を前記上型から離脱させる工程と、
(f)前記上型を前記中間型から分離する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の成型方法。 - さらに、
(g)前記中間型の上側から前記成形品を離型する工程を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の成型方法。 - 前記工程(d)において、前記成形品がベース部分と、少なくとも1つのアッパー部分と、少なくとも1つのストリップと、追加のピンを含み、前記アッパー部分が前記ベース部分に接続され、前記ストリップが前記アッパー部分に接続され、前記追加のピンが前記ストリップに接続される、ことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の成型方法。
- さらに、
(h)前記追加のピンと前記ストリップを取り除く工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の成型方法。
