Claims (7)
- モールドに形成された屈曲して延在するキャビティに溶融した樹脂を射出した後、このキャビティにアシスト材を注入し、射出した前記樹脂を硬化させて屈曲樹脂管を製造する屈曲樹脂管の製造方法において、
前記キャビティに前記アシスト材を注入する際に、前記キャビティの予め選択された屈曲部の屈曲内側部分を屈曲外側部分に比して低温の状態にすることを特徴とする屈曲樹脂管の製造方法。 - 前記屈曲内側部分と前記屈曲外側部分との温度差を20℃以上40℃以下にする請求項1に記載の屈曲樹脂管の製造方法。
- 前記屈曲内側部分の温度を30℃以上70℃以下にする請求項1または2に記載の屈曲樹脂管の製造方法。
- 予め選択された前記屈曲部の前記屈曲内側部分の屈曲角度が90°以下、かつ、曲率半径が20mm以下である請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の屈曲樹脂管の製造方法。
- 屈曲して延在するキャビティが形成されているモールドと、前記キャビティに溶融した樹脂を射出する射出成形機と、前記樹脂が射出された前記キャビティにアシスト材を注入するアシスト材注入部とを有する屈曲樹脂管の製造装置において、
前記キャビティの予め選択された屈曲部の屈曲内側部分と屈曲外側部分との少なくとも一方が、温度調整可能なピース部で構成されていて、前記ピース部の温度を制御する制御部を有し、
前記アシスト材を前記キャビティに注入する際に、前記制御部により前記ピース部を温度制御することで、前記屈曲内側部分が前記屈曲外側部分に比して低温の状態にされる構成にしたことを特徴とする屈曲樹脂管の製造装置。 - 前記ピース部が、前記モールドの前記ピース部以外の部分を形成している金属よりも高い熱伝導性を有する金属によって形成されている請求項5に記載の屈曲樹脂管の製造装置。
- 前記ピース部と前記モールドの前記ピース部以外の部分との間に断熱層が介在して前記ピース部が前記モールドの一部として組み込まれている請求項5または6に記載の屈曲樹脂管の製造装置。
