Abstract
Description
A)連続繊維を用いてコア上に管輪郭を編むステップであって、ここで連続繊維の少なくとも一部が、熱可塑的に成形可能な材料からなるステップ、
B)繊維編地をコアと共に型の中に横たえるステップ、
C)熱可塑性連続繊維が溶融するように型を加熱するステップ、
D)圧力を型に加えるとともに型を冷却するステップ、
E)構成要素を型から取り出し、コアを取り出すステップ
を有することにおいて達成される。

Claims (11)
- プラスチックから給気管を製造する方法であって、前記方法が以下のステップ:
A)連続繊維(3、4)を用いてコア(1)上に管輪郭(2)を編むステップであって、ここで前記連続繊維の少なくとも一部(4)が、熱可塑的に成形可能な材料からなるステップ、
B)前記繊維編地(2)を前記コア(1)と共に、加熱可能な型(5)の中に横たえるステップ、
C)前記熱可塑性連続繊維(4)が溶融するように前記型(5)を加熱するステップ、
D)圧力を前記型(5)に加えるとともに前記型(5)を冷却するステップ、
E)前記構成要素(2、3、4)を前記型(5)から取り出し、前記コア(1)を取り出すステップ
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記コア(1)が圧縮可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記編むステップが自動丸編み機によって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記連続繊維(3、4)がハイブリッドヤーン(3、4)の形態をとることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ハイブリッドヤーン(3、4)が無機補強繊維(3)と熱可塑性繊維(4)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記無機補強繊維(3)がガラス繊維の形態をとることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ハイブリッドヤーンが、有機補強繊維(3)と熱可塑性繊維(4)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記有機補強繊維(3)が炭素繊維の形態をとることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性繊維(4)がポリプロピレン繊維の形態をとることを特徴とする、請求項5または7に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性繊維(4)がポリアミド繊維の形態をとることを特徴とする、請求項5または7に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性繊維(4)がポリエステル繊維の形態をとることを特徴とする、請求項5または7に記載の方法。
