Description
Claims (5)
- 乳酸菌入り野菜を凍結乾燥後に粉砕して得られる野菜粉末と、茶葉を粉砕して得られる茶葉粉末とを混合した茶葉加工物であって、
前記乳酸菌入り野菜は、キノコ菌で分解された腐葉土から抽出した植物活性酵素を混入した土壌または培養液でアリシンを含む野菜を生育し、該野菜の葉に乳酸菌培養液を葉面散布することにより細胞内に乳酸菌を増殖させたものである、
ことを特徴とする茶葉加工物。 - 前記乳酸菌入り野菜が玉ねぎであると共に、前記茶葉粉末が緑茶を粉末にした緑茶粉末である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の茶葉加工物。
- 前記野菜粉末の含有率が10重量%~30重量%の範囲である、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の茶葉加工物。
- キノコ菌で分解された腐葉土から植物活性酵素を抽出する工程と、
前記植物活性酵素を混入した土壌または培養液でアリシンを含む野菜を生育し、該野菜の葉に乳酸菌培養液を葉面散布することにより細胞内に乳酸菌を増殖させた乳酸菌入り野菜を得る工程と、
前記乳酸菌入り野菜を凍結乾燥した後に粉砕して野菜粉末を得る工程と、
茶葉を粉砕して茶葉粉末を得る工程と、
前記野菜粉末と前記茶葉粉末を混合する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする茶葉加工物の製造方法。 - 前記乳酸菌入り野菜が玉ねぎであると共に、前記茶葉粉末が緑茶を粉末にした緑茶粉末である、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の茶葉加工物の製造方法。
