Claims (16)
- 高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルムであって、
透明基板と、
前記透明基板上に形成されたアンチグレアコーティング層と、を含み、
前記アンチグレアコーティング層は、アクリルバインダー樹脂、複数のアモルファスシリカ微粒子、および複数の球状有機粒子を含み、
前記複数の球状有機粒子は、単分散であり、平均粒子サイズが前記複数のアモルファスシリカ微粒子の平均粒子サイズよりも小さく、
前記高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルムは、40%を超える総ヘイズ(Ht)を有し、
前記総ヘイズ(Ht)は、前記高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルムの表面ヘイズ(Hs)と前記高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルムの内部ヘイズ(Hi)との合計であり、
前記内部ヘイズ(Hi)と前記総ヘイズ(Ht)は、0.25<Hi/Ht<0.75の関係式を満たす、
高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルム。 - 前記アンチグレアコーティング層のアモルファスシリカ微粒子は、前記アンチグレアコーティング層の表面上に、複数の不規則な突起を有する凸凹表面を形成し、
前記凸凹表面は、線粗さの算術平均偏差(Ra)が0.2μm~1.0μmであり、平均幅(RSm)が4μm~20μmであり、
RaとRSmが2.0<(Ra×100)/RSm<18の関係式を満たし、前記複数の不規則な突起の傾斜角(二乗平均平方根勾配、RΔq)は15°~50°である、請求項1に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルム。 - 前記アンチグレアコーティング層中の前記複数のアモルファスシリカ微粒子は、レーザー法による平均粒子サイズが3.0μm~10μmであり、BET比表面積が60m2/g~100m2/gである、請求項1に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記アンチグレアコーティング層中の前記複数の球状有機粒子のレーザー法による平均粒子サイズは、2.0μm~8μmである、請求項1に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記アモルファスシリカ微粒子の使用量は、前記アクリルバインダー樹脂の100重量部あたり、6重量部~25重量部である、請求項1に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記アモルファスシリカ微粒子の使用量は、前記アクリルバインダー樹脂の100重量部あたり、7重量部~20重量部である、請求項5に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記球状有機粒子の使用量は、前記アクリルバインダー樹脂の100重量部あたり、6重量部~40重量部である、請求項1に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記アモルファスシリカ微粒子の使用量は、前記アクリルバインダー樹脂の100重量部あたり、10重量部~38重量部である、請求項7に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記有機粒子と前記アモルファスシリカ微粒子の前記アクリルバインダー樹脂における合計使用量は、前記アクリルバインダー樹脂の100重量部あたり、15重量部~50重量部である、請求項1に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記有機粒子と前記アモルファスシリカ微粒子との前記アクリルバインダー樹脂における使用量の重量比は、0.3以上5以下である、請求項1に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記アンチグレアコーティング層の厚さは、2.0μm~10μmである、請求項1に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルム。
- 請求項1に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルムと、
前記高ヘイズアンチグレアフィルムの前記アンチグレアコーティング層上に形成された低屈折層と、
を含み、
5度の角度平均反射率が0.15%以下であり、SCI(Specular Component Include)拡散反射と正反射の平均反射率およびSCE(Specular Component Include)拡散反射の平均反射率がいずれも2.5%以下である、
高ヘイズアンチグレア反射防止フィルム。 - 前記低屈折層の屈折率は、1.4以下である、請求項12に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレア反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層は、バインダー樹脂、複数の中空シリカナノ粒子、およびパーフルオロポリエーテル官能基を有する(メタ)アクリル修飾有機ケイ素化合物を含むレベリング剤を含む、請求項12に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレア反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層のバインダー樹脂は、(メタ)アクリル樹脂またはフッ素およびアクリレートで修飾されたポリシロキサン樹脂である、請求項14に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレア反射防止フィルム。
- 表面の水接触角は、90°を超える、請求項12に記載の高ヘイズアンチグレア反射防止フィルム。
