Claims (15)
- ひだ付き又はひだ付き可能な材料を製造するための装置であって、
前記材料は、少なくとも2つの材料ウェブ部分と、該2つの材料ウェブ部分の間に配置された少なくとも1つの糸と、を有し、
前記2つの材料ウェブ部分は、少なくとも2つの接続面で互いに接続され、前記糸は前記2つの接続面の間に配置され、前記糸は前記2つの材料ウェブ部分に接続され、第1の方向及び第2の方向で前記糸と前記2つの材料ウェブ部分との間でフォームロック接続し、2つの方向は互いに垂直に配向されており、
前記装置は、第1の封止面を有するソノトロードと、第2の封止面を有するカウンタツールと、を備え、
前記カウンタツールは外側面及び第1の円筒軸を有する円筒状であり、前記第2の封止面は、前記外側面に配置され、前記第1の円筒軸を中心に回転可能であり、前記ソノトロード及び前記カウンタツールは、前記材料ウェブ部分及び前記糸が、前記カウンタツールの前記外側面に接する供給方向において、前記第1の封止面及び第2の封止面によって形成された間隙を通って案内され得るように、処理位置に互いに配置される、装置において、
前記ソノトロードは、供給方向に向けられ、好ましくは少なくとも1つの糸を少なくとも部分的に受け入れるために第1の封止面の全体にわたって延在する少なくとも1つの溝を備える、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ソノトロードは、少なくとも1つの糸を少なくとも部分的に受け入れるために供給方向に配向された複数の溝、特に好ましくは15を超える溝、特に好ましくは50を超える溝を有し、前記複数の溝は、0.2mm未満、最も好ましくは0.01~0.15mmの間で、好ましくは互いに離間する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝は、0.02~1mm、好ましくは0.1~0.5mmの深さを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝は、0.02~1mm、好ましくは0.1~0.4mmの幅を有し、隣接する溝の間隔は、好ましくは前記溝の幅未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝は、半円形断面、U字形断面、又はV字形断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の封止面は、実質的に平坦である溶接部と、該溶接部に隣接して配置される入口部と、を備え、該入口部は凸状に湾曲し、凸状に湾曲した前記入口部の曲率半径は、好ましくは1mmより大きく、特に好ましくは5mmより大きく、最も好ましくは6mm~15mmの間である、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記溝は前記溶接部及び前記入口部の両方に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記カウンタツールは、円周方向に配向されていない少なくとも1つの部分を有する少なくとも1つのリブを備え、前記少なくとも1つのリブは、好ましくは前記第2の封止面の幅全体にわたって延在する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリブは、ジグザグ又は波状に成形されているか、又は直線状であり、特に、前記リブは前記第1の円筒軸に平行に配向されていない、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の封止面は、前記少なくとも1つの糸を部分的に受け入れるための溝を備えていない、ことを特徴とする請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の封止面は、供給方向に配向され、好ましくは、前記少なくとも1つの糸を部分的に受け入れるために、第2のツールの外側面を完全に取り囲む少なくとも1つの溝を備え、前記処理位置において、前記第1の封止面内の前記少なくとも1つの溝は、前記第1の封止面内の前記少なくとも1つの溝内及び前記第2の封止面内の前記少なくとも1つの溝内の両方で、前記少なくとも1つの糸を同時に受け入れることができるように、前記第2の封止面内の前記少なくとも1つの溝に対向して配置される、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ソノトロードは、少なくとも部分的に被覆物を含み、前記少なくとも1つの溝は前記被覆物内に配置され、前記被覆物は、好ましくは硬質金属、特に好ましくは炭化タングステンからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- ひだ付き又はひだ付き可能な材料を製造する方法であって、
前記材料は、2つの材料ウェブ部分及び少なくとも1つの糸からなり、前記2つの材料ウェブ部分は少なくとも2つの接続面で互いに接続され、前記糸は、前記2つの材料ウェブ部分の間及び前記2つの接続面の間に配置され、第1の方向及び第2の方向において前記糸と前記2つの材料ウェブ部分との間でフォームロック接続し、一方、前記糸と材料ウェブ部分との間の相対運動が第3の方向で可能であり、3つの方向全てが互いに垂直に配向されている、方法において、
請求項1~12の何れか一つによる装置が使用され、前記2つの材料ウェブ部分は少なくとも1つの糸と共に間隙を通って供給方向に案内され、一方、ソノトロードは超音波振動し、前記糸は少なくとも1つの溝を通って案内される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも1つの弾性糸が使用され、該少なくとも1つの弾性糸は処理中に引張応力下に置かれることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの材料ウェブ部分の間および前記接続面の間に配置された糸の数よりも多い数の溝を備えるソノトロードが使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
