为了将线正确地定位在材料带状部中,在现有技术中已知将线引导到布置在密封面或对向密封面或两者上的凹槽中。然而,可能会出现个别线在凹槽之间发生变化的情况。在这种情况下,可能会出现:个别线遗留在局部密封面的区域中,即,不在任何凹槽中,导致线不希望地焊接至材料带状部,这会损害所生产的材料的收拢特性。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种用于生产收拢或可收拢材料的装置或方法,以防止或减少上述缺点。
根据本发明,该目的通过上述类型的装置来解决,其中,在垂直于进给方向的截面图中,至少一个局部密封面具有至少一个朝向凹槽基部向下倾斜的侧缘(flank)。换言之,局部密封面与凹槽之间的过渡部分设计成使得不再存在任何难以改变凹槽之间的线或者可能损坏线的尖锐边缘。
在优选的实施方案中,在垂直于进给方向的截面图中,各局部密封面具有一个,优选地两个,朝向凹槽基部向下倾斜的侧缘。在这种情况下,密封面或对向密封面不再具有任何尖锐边缘。
根据本发明的凹槽之间的局部密封面的设计一方面减少了对线的损坏,从而减少了线断裂的可能性,另一方面使线更容易定位在各个凹槽中。由于线更容易经由侧缘滑入凹槽中,因此线定位在局部密封面的区域中的频率较低,并且降低了线意外焊接的风险。
在优选的实施方案中,在垂直于进给方向的截面图中,侧缘以半径RF凸出地弯曲,半径RF优选地为0.01mm至0.5mm,并且特别优选地为0.05mm至0.2mm。
将侧缘设计为凸出地弯曲提供了这样的优点,即在局部密封面与凹槽的侧壁之间不再存在任何边缘,而是局部密封面以均匀的曲率延伸至凹槽的侧壁中。这在防止对线的损坏方面特别有效。
在另一实施方案中,凹槽基部凹入地弯曲,凹入地弯曲的凹槽基部优选地直接邻接局部密封面的凸出地弯曲的侧缘。
针对本发明的目的,术语“凸出”是指凸出地弯曲面的任意两个选择点之间的直线完全在工具主体或对向工具主体内延伸。另一方面,术语“凹入”是指凹入地弯曲面的任意两个选择点之间的直线完全在工具主体或对向工具主体外延伸。
凹槽基部的凹入弯曲,特别是凹入地弯曲的凹槽基部到凸出地弯曲的侧缘的直接过渡提供了这样的优点,即根据本发明的装置的凹槽不再具有任何角部或边缘,待加工材料的纤维可能积聚在这些角部或边缘中。这防止了由于凹槽堵塞而导致的线导向不足。
在另一实施方案中,在垂直于进给方向的截面图中,凹槽基部以半径RG凹入地弯曲,其中优选地5RF>RG>0.5RF,并且特别优选地2.5RF>RG>0.8RF。与侧缘的曲率半径RF相关联地选择凹槽基部的曲率半径RG,使得局部密封面具有足够的宽度,即不会变得尖锐。这减少了对局部密封面的磨损。
在另一实施方案中,至少一个凹槽布置在工具的密封面上。这提供了这样的优点,即对向工具可以配备有平滑的对向密封面,这意味着可以非常具有成本效益地制造对向工具。
在另一实施方案中,对向工具是圆柱形的并且能够绕第一圆柱形轴线旋转,其中对向工具具有侧面,对向密封面布置在该侧面上,其中第一圆柱形轴线定向为使得进给方向与所述侧面相切。选择圆柱形对向工具提供了这样的优点,即待加工的材料可以通过在对向工具上滚动而在对向工具上沿着进给方向移动。因此,避免了可能损坏待加工材料的尖锐边缘。此外,磨损减少会产生更少的纤维,这些纤维会沉积在工具部件上,从而导致装置的使用寿命缩短。
在本发明的另一实施方案中,工具的密封面在进给方向上是大致平坦的。因此,由工具施加到待加工材料系统的力能够均匀地分布。
然而,根据材料进给,有利的是,密封面在平行于进给方向的截面图中,至少在进给材料的进给方向上具有圆形边缘,使得进入工具的间隙中的待加工材料也不会被工具的尖锐边缘损坏。这使得线的撕裂最小化,从而也导致凹槽中的纤维沉积更少。
在另一实施方案中,凹槽完全在进给方向上横跨密封面和/或对向密封面的延伸部分延伸。这是必要的,使得线在根据本发明的装置的整个加工宽度上以特别稳定的方式被引导,并且使得在任何点处都不会发生加工装置对线的意外加工。
在另一实施方案中,工具是圆柱形的,其中工具能够绕第二圆柱形轴线旋转,并且具有侧面,密封面布置在该侧面上,其中优选地,至少一个凹槽绕工具的侧面以圆形延伸。与圆柱形对向工具一样,圆柱形工具提供了这样的优点,即防止材料损坏,并且材料可以在工具上滚动。
在另一实施方案中,密封面和/或对向密封面具有沿着进给方向定向的多个凹槽,以用于至少部分地接收至少一根线,这些凹槽的间距优选地为0.1mm至10mm,并且特别优选地为0.4mm至2.5mm。两个凹槽之间的间距定义为从一个凹槽的中心到紧邻该凹槽的另一凹槽的中心。
工具的密封面或对向密封面中的多个凹槽使得多根线能够同时布置在材料带之间,这提高了材料的收拢特性。此外,可以通过这种方式实现在期望的材料宽度上的均匀收拢。除其他因素外,收拢的强度由线的数量决定,这些线由于朝向未拉紧状态的恢复力而在材料带状部上施加力。
在另一实施方案中,多个凹槽组合成凹槽组,凹槽组中的凹槽的间距优选地为0.1mm至1mm,凹槽组彼此之间的间距优选地为5mm至300mm。类似于凹槽之间的间距,凹槽组的间距定义为从凹槽组的中心到相邻凹槽组的中心。
在另一实施方案中,至少一个凹槽的深度为0.05mm至0.8mm。在该深度下,能够以足够的精度引导线,同时,从制造的角度来看,能相对容易地制造凹槽。较深的凹槽会导致工具的不稳定性,特别是如果凹槽之间的间距很小,使得只剩下狭窄的局部密封面,但这些局部密封面布置得相对远离凹槽基部。如果凹槽基部和侧缘都是弯曲的,则凹槽的深度优选地由侧缘的曲率半径RF和凹槽基部的曲率半径RG的和来确定。
在另一实施方案中,在垂直于进给方向的截面图中,局部密封面以曲率半径RT凸出地弯曲,其中优选地局部密封面延伸到侧缘中,并且优选地RF=RT。换言之,局部密封面提供凸出弯曲,其曲率半径优选地对应于侧缘的曲率半径。因此,局部密封面不再具有平坦面,而是在每个点处弯曲。通过这种方式,材料带仅在进给方向上线性地焊接。这在防止对线进行不希望的加工方面特别有效。
在另一实施方案中,工具是超声波加工装置的超声波焊头或可以被加热的工具。超声波加工方法和热加工方法都非常适合于热塑性材料的不同层的不可拆卸接合。
在优选的变形中,侧缘邻接其中一个侧壁,其中侧缘与局部密封面形成第一角度,所述第一角度不同于侧壁与局部密封面形成的第二角度。
通过生产上述类型的收拢或可收拢材料的方法进一步解决本发明的问题,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)提供至少两个材料带状部和布置在所述材料带状部之间的至少一根线,
b)提供根据上述实施方案中的一者的装置,
c)使所述至少两个材料带状部和所述至少一根线在进给方向上通过工具的密封面与对向密封面之间的间隙,在激活工具的同时,引导线通过密封面或对向工具的至少一个凹槽。
因此,两个材料带状部在至少两个连接面上焊接在一起,其中线布置在两个连接面之间,使得在第一方向和第二方向上在线与材料带状部之间存在形状锁定连接,所述两个方向彼此垂直对准。
换言之,线只能在进给方向上相对于材料带状部移动,从而实现了材料的收拢。
例如,在超声波焊头的情况下,工具的激活是指它被超声波振动激励。在加热辊的情况下,激活也可能是指工具的进给运动。
在根据本发明的方法的另一实施方案中,在加工期间选择线的截面,使得:在步骤c)期间,不仅将两个材料带状部焊接在一起,而且将线的外侧部分也焊接至材料带状部,从而线被夹持在两个材料带状部之间。特别地,线的外侧部分牢固地连接至两个材料带状部。
线可以通过材料接合或通过将线的至少一个部分或线的至少一个细丝嵌入在材料带状部的材料中而牢固地连接至材料带状部。例如,可以在焊接期间使材料带状部的材料熔化,将线的一部分或线的细丝带入熔化材料中,然后重新固化熔化材料。因此,固定连接是不可分离的,或者只有当制造材料带的材料被重新加热时才能分离。通过固定连接来防止线与材料带之间在线的方向上的相对运动。
至关重要的是,牢固连接区域中的线只能与材料带状部一起移动。如果在步骤c)期间线被拉紧,并且在加工后被松开,则当线重新收缩时,材料带状部收拢在一起。
在另一实施方案中,进行固定连接,使得在垂直于线的方向的截面图中,线仅在圆周方向上的区域中牢固地连接至材料带状部,其中优选地,进行固定连接,使得在垂直于线的方向的截面图中,线在圆周方向上的两个分离区域处牢固地连接至材料带状部。因此,线在圆周方向上不连续地连接至材料带状部。也没有必要在纵向方向上将线连续地连接至材料带状部。相反,在优选的实施方案中,也仅在纵向方向上,即在线的方向上的区域中进行连接。
在该实施方案中,线不再被布置为在材料带状部之间自由移动,而是在进给方向上也固定至材料带状部。通过这种方式,可以特别精确地限定线在材料带状部中的位置。由于接合在一起的材料的不同弹性以及焊接期间线的拉紧,材料仍然会收拢在一起。由于线可靠地布置在材料带状部之间的固定位置中,因此使用该方法生产的产品具有高水平的精度和可再现的质量。

具体实施方式
图3示出了根据本发明的装置的实施方案,该装置包括具有超声波焊头密封面2的超声波焊头1和对向工具14,对向工具14具有圆柱形形状并且与超声波焊头1的超声波焊头密封面2相对。超声波焊头1和对向工具14形成间隙,在该间隙中沿着进给方向引导材料带状部11、12以及线13。
根据图1所示的本发明的装置的实施方案,在超声波焊头1的超声波焊头密封面2中布置有用于接收线13的凹槽3。凹槽3沿着进给方向延伸,在图1所示的截面图中,进给方向向纸面内延伸。此外,凹槽3将超声波焊头密封面2分为多个局部密封面7。
凹槽3具有凹槽基部4和邻接凹槽基部的两个侧壁5、6,由此侧壁5、6将凹槽基部4与局部密封面7连接。
在图1所示的截面图中,局部密封面7各自具有垂直于进给方向的朝向凹槽基部4向下倾斜的两个侧缘8。
倾斜的侧缘8以半径RF凸出地弯曲,使得整个局部密封面7以半径RT=RF凸出地弯曲。此外,凹槽基部4也以半径RG凹入地弯曲并且直接邻接局部密封面7的凸出地弯曲的侧缘。弯曲的局部密封面7的半径RT对应于凹入地弯曲的凹槽基部4的半径RG,并且为0.1mm。
此外,在凹入地弯曲的凹槽基部4和凸出地弯曲的侧缘8的两个过渡点之间测量宽度的情况下,凹槽的宽度B为0.22mm。
此外,凹槽3的深度T为0.21mm。凹槽3的深度T限定在凹槽基部4的最深点与局部密封面7的最高点之间。在凹槽基部4的最深点处测量距离A的情况下,两个凹槽之间的距离A为0.42mm。
为了生产收拢或可收拢材料10,将两个材料带状部11、12布置在超声波焊头1的超声波焊头密封面2与对向工具(未示出)的对向密封面之间,将线13布置在这两个材料带状部之间。以线13在凹槽3内部延伸的方式来引导线13。材料带状部11、12的超声波加工仅发生在局部密封面7的区域中。
在现有技术中已知的方法中以及在根据本发明的方法的实施方案中,在线被拉紧的状态下选择线13的直径,使得其小于凹槽3的深度。这意味着线13不会被超声波焊头1加工。
图2a和图4c示出了使用现有技术中已知的装置,即,使用凹槽具有尖锐边缘的装置进行这种加工的结果。线13被夹持在材料10的材料带状部11、12之间的空腔中,但是可以在进给方向上相对于材料带状部11、12移动。下侧的材料带状部12具有凹槽的形状,凹槽可以布置在超声波焊头或对向工具上,或者布置在两者上。
在根据本发明的方法的另一实施方案中,选择线13的截面使得其大于凹槽3的深度。图2b示出了根据本发明的方法的结果。通过选择具有较大截面的线13,线13被焊接在局部密封面7的区域中。结果,线13也附接至材料带状部11、12,并且不能再沿着进给方向移动。
通过这种方式,可以生产收拢或可收拢材料,如图4a至图4c所示,其线总是布置在相同的位置。图4a示出了沿着进给方向的纵向截面,其中线13被拉伸,即材料带状部11、12未收拢,同时图4b示出了线13的未拉伸状态,其中材料带状部11、12在进给方向上收拢。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于生产收拢或可收拢材料(10)的装置,所述材料(10)包括至少两个材料带状部(11、12)和位于所述材料带状部(11、12)之间的至少一根线(13),所述装置包括具有密封面(2)的工具(1)和具有对向密封面的对向工具,所述工具(1)和所述对向工具彼此相对地布置在加工位置中,使得在所述装置的操作中,为了生产所述收拢或可收拢材料,所述材料带状部(11、12)和所述线(13)在进给方向上被引导通过由所述密封面(2)和所述对向密封面形成的间隙,其中所述工具(1)和/或所述对向工具具有用于至少部分地接收所述至少一根线(13)的至少一个凹槽(3),其中所述凹槽(3)沿着所述进给方向定向,其中所述凹槽(3)将所述密封面(2)和所述对向密封面分别分为局部密封面(7),其中所述凹槽(3)具有凹槽基部(4)和邻接所述凹槽基部的两个侧壁(5、6),并且其中所述侧壁(5、6)将所述凹槽基部(4)连接至所述局部密封面(7),其特征在于,在垂直于所述进给方向的截面图中,至少一个所述局部密封面(7)具有至少一个朝向所述凹槽基部(4)向下倾斜的侧缘(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在垂直于所述进给方向的截面图中,各所述局部密封面(7)具有一个,优选地两个,朝向所述凹槽基部(4)向下倾斜的所述侧缘(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,在垂直于所述进给方向的截面图中,所述侧缘(8)以半径RF凸出地弯曲,所述半径RF优选地为0.01mm至0.5mm,并且特别优选地为0.05mm至0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽基部(4)凹入地弯曲,凹入地弯曲的所述凹槽基部(4)优选地直接邻接所述局部密封面(7)的优选地凸出地弯曲的所述侧缘(8)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,在垂直于所述进给方向的截面图中,所述凹槽基部(4)以半径RG凹入地弯曲,其中优选地5RF>RG>0.5RF,并且特别优选地2.5RF>RG>0.8RF
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述至少一个凹槽(3)布置在所述工具(1)的所述密封面(2)上。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述对向工具是圆柱形的并且能够绕第一圆柱形轴线旋转,其中所述对向工具具有侧面,所述对向密封面布置在所述侧面上,其中所述第一圆柱形轴线定向为使得所述进给方向与所述侧面相切。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述密封面(2)是大致平坦的。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述凹槽(3)完全在所述进给方向上横跨所述工具(1)的所述密封面(2)和/或所述对向密封面的延伸部分延伸。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述工具(1)是圆柱形的,其中所述工具(1)能够绕第二圆柱形轴线旋转,并且具有侧面,所述密封面(2)布置在所述侧面上,其中优选地,所述至少一个凹槽(3)绕所述工具(1)的所述侧面以圆形延伸。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述密封面(2)和/或所述对向密封面具有沿着所述进给方向定向的多个凹槽(3),以用于至少部分地接收所述至少一根线(13),其中所述凹槽(3)的间距优选地为0.1mm至10mm,并且特别优选地为0.4mm至2.5mm。
12.根据前一项权利要求所述的装置,其中多个凹槽(3)组合成凹槽组,其中凹槽组中的所述凹槽(3)的间距优选地为0.1mm至10mm,其中所述凹槽组彼此之间的间距优选地为5mm至300mm。

16.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述侧缘(8)邻接一个所述侧壁(5、6),其中所述侧缘(8)与所述局部密封面(7)形成第一角度,所述第一角度不同于所述侧壁(5、6)与所述局部密封面(7)形成的第二角度。
17.一种用于生产收拢或可收拢材料(10)的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a.提供至少两个材料带状部(11、12)和布置在所述材料带状部(11、12)之间的至少一根线(13),
b.提供根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的装置,
c.使所述至少两个材料带状部(11、12)和所述至少一根线(13)在所述进给方向上通过所述工具(1)的所述密封面(2)与所述对向密封面之间的所述间隙,在激活所述工具(1)的同时,引导所述线(13)通过所述密封面(2)和/或所述对向工具的所述至少一个凹槽(3),
从而两个所述材料带状部(11、12)在至少两个连接面处焊接在一起,所述线(13)布置在两个所述连接面之间,使得在第一方向和第二方向上在所述线(13)与所述材料带状部(11、12)之间存在形状锁定连接,这两个方向彼此垂直对准。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中在加工期间选择所述线(13)的截面,使得:在步骤c.期间,不仅将所述两个材料带状部(11、12)焊接在一起,而且将所述线(13)的外侧部分也焊接至所述材料带状部(11、12),从而所述线(13)被夹持在所述两个材料带状部(11、12)之间。
