Claims (10)
- バッテリーパックであって、
少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む複数個のバッテリーモジュールであって、ヒートシンクユニットの上側及び下側に各々冷却水が流動する冷却流路が設けられたヒートシンクユニットが備えられる、複数個のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールの間に備えられる少なくとも一つのクラッシュビームと、
前記少なくとも一つのクラッシュビームと前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールを支持するパックトレイと、
前記パックトレイに備えられ、前記冷却水の流出時、前記冷却水を前記バッテリーパックの外部へ排出するための複数個のドレインホールと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記複数個のドレインホールは、
各々のバッテリーモジュールと前記少なくとも一つのクラッシュビームとの間の空間における底部に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 各々のバッテリーモジュールと前記少なくとも一つのクラッシュビームとの間の空間には、
各々のバッテリーモジュールの上側に設けられるヒートシンクユニットの冷却水の流出時、前記冷却水を前記複数個のドレインホール側へガイドするガイド流路が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ヒートシンクユニットは、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの下側を支持し、内部に前記冷却水が流動する冷却流路が設けられた下部ヒートシンクと、
前記下部ヒートシンクと反対側に配置され、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの上側を支持し、内部に前記冷却水が流動する冷却流路が設けられた上部ヒートシンクと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールは各々、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと、
前記下部ヒートシンク及び前記上部ヒートシンクを含む前記ヒートシンクユニットと、
前記下部ヒートシンクと前記上部ヒートシンクとの間に配置され、少なくとも一つが前記少なくとも一つのクラッシュビームに対向する一対のサイドプレートと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記一対のサイドプレートには、
前記複数個のドレインホールと対向する少なくとも一つのドレインガイドスリットが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記少なくとも一つのドレインガイドスリットは、
前記一対のサイドプレートの高さ方向に沿って長く形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記少なくとも一つのドレインガイドスリットは、
前記一対のサイドプレートの長手方向に沿って所定の長さで形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ドレインガイドスリットは、複数個が備えられ、
前記複数個のドレインガイドスリットは、前記複数個のドレインホールの個数と対応するように設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含む、自動車。
