Claims (8)
- バッテリーパックであって、
複数個のバッテリーセルを含む複数個のバッテリーモジュールが備えられるバッテリーモジュール組立体と、
前記バッテリーモジュール組立体が載置されるパックトレイと、
前記パックトレイの少なくとも一側縁部に配置されるトレイバーと、
を含み、
前記トレイバーは、前記複数個が備えられ、前記バッテリーモジュール組立体のうち最外郭両側のバッテリーモジュールと対向して配置され、
前記バッテリーパックは、前記バッテリーモジュール組立体のうち最外郭両側のバッテリーモジュールと前記複数個のトレイバーとの間に備えられる複数個の公差補償部材を含み、
前記複数個の公差補償部材は各々、
前記バッテリーモジュール組立体のうち最外郭両側のバッテリーモジュール及び前記複数個のトレイバーと接触して配置されるシム部と、
前記シム部の上端から折り曲げられ、前記複数個のトレイバーの上側に載置される載置部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記複数個の公差補償部材は、前記バッテリーモジュール組立体のうち最外郭両側のバッテリーモジュールと前記複数個のトレイバーとの間に締まりばめになることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数個のトレイバーは各々、
前記パックトレイの上に支持されるバー本体と、
前記バー本体から折り曲げられ、前記複数個の公差補償部材を支持するための第1支持部と、
前記第1支持部の下端部を支持するように前記バー本体の底部と前記第1支持部との間に配置される第2支持部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数個の公差補償部材は各々、前記載置部から前記複数個のトレイバー側へ突出して形成される突出部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1支持部には、前記突出部が挿入される複数個の結合溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーモジュール組立体の前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールは、前記パックトレイ内で相互に密着するように接触して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数個のバッテリーセルは各々、パウチ型二次電池として備えられ、
各々のバッテリーモジュールの複数個のバッテリーセルは、相互に密着するように接触して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含む、自動車。
