- 前記電極(20、20’)が、少なくとも1つの平坦な側部(23、24)を備え、前記熱伝導性オーバーレイ(29、29’、30)が、前記平坦な側部(23、24)全体を覆うような形で構成された層によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電極。
- 前記オーバーレイ(29、29’、30)が、特に金属または金属合金からなる熱伝導性材料で作られ、前記オーバーレイ(29、29’、30)が、前記ベース本体(27、27’)の熱伝導率および/または導電率よりそれぞれ高い熱伝導率および/または導電率を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電極。
