Claims (6)
- プローブ本体(10)の管壁(13)によって形成される管腔(11)を通して不活性ガスを導通させる、管形のプローブ本体(10)と、
前記管腔(11)内および前記プローブ本体(10)の出口(12)領域における、点火電極(20)と、
前記出口(12)領域において、前記管腔(11)内にはめ込まれたセラミックス又は類似の耐熱材料から成る小管(14)と、
前記点火電極(20)に凝固用電流を供給する、電流導体(25)と、
前記点火電極(20)を前記プローブ本体(10)内の所定の位置に固定する、固定具(30)と、
を備えたプラズマ凝固(APC)のための器具であって、
前記固定具が金属薄板、薄片又は類似の平板体(30)であり、前記固定具はその長手方向端部(31,32)によって前記管壁(13)に固定されて前記管腔(11)のほぼ径方向に交差して延び、かつ前記固定具に前記点火電極(20)が付されていることと、
前記平板体(30)の前縁(34)の部分(33)が、前記出口(12)とは反対側の前記小管(14)の端部(15)に当接していることと、
を特徴とするプラズマ凝固のための器具。 - 前記電流導体(25)が前記点火電極(20)と一体に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の器具。
- 前記電流導体(25)が前記平板体(30)を介して前記点火電極(20)と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の器具。
- 前記点火電極(20)および/または前記電流導体(25)が前記平板体(30)に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 溶接部(38)が抵抗溶接により点状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の器具。
- 前記平板体(30)が前記出口(12)に向けられた前縁(34)に凹形の切欠き(35)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の器具。
