Description
本出願は、2019年7月3日に中国国家知識産権局に出願され、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれている「FLEXIBLE DISPLAY COVER, FLEXIBLE DISPLAY MODULE, AND FLEXIBLE DISPLAY APPARATUS」と言う名称の中国特許出願第201910601375.6号の優先権を主張するものである。

Claims (20)
- フレキシブルディスプレイモジュールのフレキシブルディスプレイを覆うように構成され、かつ重ね合わされた、ガラス層と、硬化層とを備えるフレキシブルディスプレイカバーであって、
前記硬化層は、前記ガラス層の、前記フレキシブルディスプレイから離れた側の上に配置されるフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。 - 前記硬化層の厚さM2は、式、5μm≦M1≦50μmを満たす請求項1に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記硬化層の材料は、UV樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、アミノ樹脂、アルキド樹脂、有機シリコーン樹脂、シロキサン、二酸化ケイ素、酸化アルミニウム、ジルコニア、グラフェン、またはダイヤモンドのうちの1つ、または少なくとも2つの組合せを備える請求項1または2に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記硬化層の硬度は、少なくとも2Hの鉛筆硬度である請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記ガラス層の、前記硬化層から離れた側は、飛散防止層と重ね合わされる請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記飛散防止層は、透過性のポリマのフレキシブル層またはシアシックニング材料層を備える請求項5に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記飛散防止層は、透過性のポリマのフレキシブル層であり、前記透過性のポリマのフレキシブル層の厚さM5は、式、5μm≦M5≦100μmを満たす請求項6に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記飛散防止層は、透過性のポリマのフレキシブル層であり、前記透過性のポリマのフレキシブル層の材料は、ポリイミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタラート、ポリカーボネートもしくはポリメタクリル酸メチル、またはシクロオレフィンのうちの1つ、または少なくとも2つのコポリマもしくは組合せを備える請求項6または7に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記飛散防止層は、シアシックニング材料層であり、前記シアシックニング材料層の厚さM6は、式、50μm≦M6≦200μmを満たす請求項6に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記飛散防止層は、シアシックニング材料層であり、前記シアシックニング材料層の材料は、マトリックスがヒドロキシ末端ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリウレタン、およびスチレンブロックポリマ、またはシアシックニング流体繊維複合材料であるエラストマ複合材料を備える請求項6または9に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- フレキシブル保護層は、前記ガラス層の周辺側の上に提供される請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記フレキシブル保護層の厚さM3は、式、10μm≦M3≦200μmを満たす請求項11に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記フレキシブル保護層の材料は、シリカゲル、ポリウレタンエラストマ、熱可塑性エラストマ、熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマ、熱可塑性動的加硫物、およびエチレンプロピレンジエンモノマのうちの1つ、または少なくとも2つの組合せを備える請求項11または12に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記飛散防止層と前記ガラス層の間に接着層が存在する請求項5乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記接着層は、光学的に透明の接着層または感光性接着層を備える請求項14に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記接着層の厚さM4は、式、5μm≦M4≦100μmを満たす請求項14または15に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記ガラス層の厚さM1は、50μm≦M1≦150μmを満たす請求項1乃至16のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- 前記ガラス層は、ソーダ石灰ガラス、アルミノケイ酸ガラス、アルミノケイ酸ナトリウムガラス、リチウムアルミノケイ酸ガラス、リンを含むアルミノケイ酸ガラス、またはガラスセラミックガラスのうちのいずれか1つを備える請求項1乃至17のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバー。
- フレキシブルディスプレイと、
請求項1乃至18のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイカバーと
を備えるフレキシブルディスプレイモジュールであって、
前記フレキシブルディスプレイカバーは、前記フレキシブルディスプレイと重ね合わされるフレキシブルディスプレイモジュール。 - 筐体と、
前記筐体上に配置された請求項19に記載のフレキシブルディスプレイモジュールと
を備えるフレキシブルディスプレイ装置。
