Claims (15)
- 第1のレール(12)と、前記第1のレール(12)に対して長手方向(x)に変位可能な第2のレール(14)とから形成される少なくとも1対のレールを有する特に車両座席(1)用の長手方向調整機構(10)であって、前記レール(12、14)は、互いに嵌合して内部チャネル(16)を形成し、前記第2のレール(14)に接続されるスピンドルナット(30)と、前記スピンドルナット(30)に作動可能に接続されるスピンドル(20)とが、前記内部チャネル(16)に配置され、モータにより駆動可能でありかつ前記スピンドル(20)と相互作用するギア(50)が、前記第1のレール(12)の一端に配置され、前記スピンドル(20)は、前記スピンドル(20)の雄ねじ(22)によって前記ギア(30)のウォームホイール(54)の雌ねじ(56)に螺合され、前記スピンドル(20)は、固定要素(58)によって共回転するように前記ウォームホイール(54)に接続されており、
前記固定要素(58)は、前記スピンドル(20)のスピンドル軸(A)に対して同軸に配置され、かつ前記スピンドル(20)の端部(20a、20b)、特に前端部(20a)と前記ウォームホイール(54)との間で押圧されることを特徴とする、長手方向調整機構(10)。 - 前記スピンドル(20)は、前記端部(20a、20b)のうちの1つ、特に前端部(20a)において前記ギア(50)の前記ウォームホイール(54)の前記雌ねじ(56)に螺合される、請求項1に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 所定の力の作用に応答して、例えば衝突時に、前記第1のレール(12)からの力が、前記ギア(50)、前記スピンドル(20)及び前記スピンドルナット(30)を介して前記第2のレール(14)へと離れて伝達可能である、請求項1又は2に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 前記スピンドル(20)は、その前端部(20a)にねじ無し部(24a)を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 前記固定要素(58)は、前記スピンドル(20)と前記ウォームホイール(54)との間に嵌合接続を提供する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 前記固定要素(58)は、前記スピンドル(20)と前記ウォームホイール(54)との間に圧入接続を提供する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 前記固定要素(58)は、ブッシングである、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 前記固定要素(58)は、中空円筒形ブッシングである、請求項7に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 前記固定要素(58)は、圧縮ブッシングである、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 前記スピンドル(20)は、後端部(20b)にねじ無し部(24b)を有する、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 前記スピンドル(20)の後端部(20b)は、前記第1のレール(12)における回転軸受(40)に取り付けられる、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 前記スピンドル(20)の後端部(20b)は、ねじ無し部(24b)によって前記回転軸受(40)に取り付けられる、請求項11に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 前記スピンドル(20)の前記雄ねじ(22)及び前記ウォームホイール(54)の前記雌ねじ(56)は、台形ねじの形状に構成される、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 前記スピンドル(20)の前記雄ねじ(22)及び前記ウォームホイール(54)の前記雌ねじ(56)は、二条ねじで構成される、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の長手方向調整機構(10)を備える車両座席(1)。
