Claims (10)
- 弁口を有する弁体(10)と、
前記弁体(10)内に移動可能に設けられる、前記弁口を閉鎖するための弁ヘッド(20)と、
対向する第1端及び第2端を有するロッド状部材(30)であって、前記第1端は前記弁ヘッド(20)のチャンバ内に設けられ、前記第2端は、前記ロッド状部材(30)の周方向を位置決めするための位置決め構造(31)を有し、前記位置決め構造(31)は位置決め平面であり、前記位置決め平面は前記ロッド状部材(30)の軸線に平行である、ロッド状部材(30)と、
前記弁ヘッド(20)のチャンバ内に設けられ、前記ロッド状部材(30)の第1端と固定的に接続され、前記弁ヘッド(20)に対する位置が制限されて係合される弁スリーブ(41)と、
前記弁ヘッド(20)のチャンバ内に設けられ、一端が前記弁ヘッド(20)に係合され、他端が前記ロッド状部材(30)によって圧縮可能である弾性部材(42)と、
を含む電子膨張弁。 - 前記ロッド状部材(30)と前記弁スリーブ(41)との間に第1通路(51)を有し、前記第1通路(51)及び前記弁ヘッド(20)のチャンバが、前記弁ヘッド(20)を貫通する均等化通路を共に形成する、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁ヘッド(20)は、筒体(21)、及び前記筒体(21)の内壁に設けられる制限リング(22)を含み、前記弾性部材(42)の一端と前記制限リング(22)の一方側とが当接し、前記弁スリーブ(41)と前記制限リング(22)の他方側とが位置が制限されて係合され、前記制限リング(22)と前記ロッド状部材(30)との間に第2通路(52)を有し、前記第1通路(51)は前記第2通路(52)に連通される、請求項2に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ロッド状部材(30)は、順に接続される第1ロッドセグメント(32)、第2ロッドセグメント(33)、及び第3ロッドセグメント(34)を含み、前記第2端は前記第3ロッドセグメント(34)に位置し、前記第1端は前記第1ロッドセグメント(32)に位置し、前記第1ロッドセグメント(32)の断面積は前記第2ロッドセグメント(33)の断面積より小さく、前記第1ロッドセグメント(32)は前記制限リング(22)及び前記弁スリーブ(41)内に設けられ、前記弁スリーブ(41)の内壁と前記第1ロッドセグメント(32)との間に前記第1通路(51)を有し、前記制限リング(22)の内壁と前記第1ロッドセグメント(32)との間に前記第2通路(52)を有する、請求項3に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記第1ロッドセグメント(32)の径方向断面は弓状である、請求項4に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ロッド状部材(30)の側壁に第1制限段差を有し、前記弁スリーブ(41)の端面と前記第1制限段差とが当接する、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ロッド状部材(30)の側壁に第2制限段差を有する電子膨張弁であって、
前記ロッド状部材(30)上に嵌合され、前記第2制限段差と当接するパッキン(43)を更に含み、
前記弾性部材(42)の他端と前記パッキン(43)とが当接する、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。 - 前記弁体(10)内に設けられ、前記弁ヘッド(20)が内部に設けられるガイドスリーブ(61)と、
前記弁ヘッド(20)と前記ガイドスリーブ(61)との間に設けられる密封部材(62)と、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。 - 前記ロッド状部材(30)と駆動接続されるロータアセンブリ(70)を更に含む、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ロッド状部材(30)が雄ねじを有する電子膨張弁であって、
雌ねじを有し、前記雄ねじと前記雌ねじとが係合されるナットアセンブリ(80)を更に含む、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
