Abstract

本発明は薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材を開示し、当該複合材料構造は表面自己潤滑性層、中間接着層及び金属裏打ちの3つの部分を含んで構成される。前記表面自己潤滑性層はポリテトラフルオロエチレン、超高分子量ポリエチレンなどを含む。当該表面自己潤滑性層は通常の自己潤滑性焼結材料より厚く、振動が軽減され、耐用寿命が延長される。薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材で作製したブッシュ、ガスケット、スライドプレート、複合軸受、他の特殊形状部品などの部材は、自動車、一般機械、オフィス家具等の分野で低速回転と相対摺動を必要とする部位で幅広く用いられる見込みがある。【選択図】図1

Description

本発明は薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材に関し、より詳しくは、自己潤滑性板材の材料構成及びその構造形態に関する。
市販で見られる自己潤滑性複合板材の殆どは改質高分子プラスチック層と、中間銅粉末層(又は金属メッシュ)と、金属裏打ちとを有する自己潤滑性焼結板材である。中間銅粉末層(又は金属メッシュ)が焼結によって金属裏打ちに結合されたもので、プロセスは長く、生産効率が低く、エネルギー消費が大きく、環境汚染の問題がある。このような自己潤滑性複合板材で作製した部品は、自己潤滑性層が薄く、弾性が不十分で、衝撃吸収と消音性能が優れず、耐摩耗性が悪いから、組み立ての時は自己潤滑性層が抜けやすく、耐用寿命は短く、異音を発するのが問題である。
本発明は前記問題に対し、薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材を提供し、表面自己潤滑性層、中間接着層及び金属裏打ちの3つの部分によって構成される。主に表面自己潤滑性層の成分及びその配合比に調整が行われ、調整後の表面自己潤滑性層を含む板材はコーティングが厚いのが特徴であり、余裕のある組み立て、衝撃吸収やノイズ低減といった顧客が求める性能要件を満たす。当該材料は耐剥離性に優れるため、製作した部品は組み立ての時に表面自己潤滑性層の損傷が避けられ、また当該板材は製造プロセスが短く、製造効率が高く、エネルギー消費が少なく、耐摩耗性に優れ、環境汚染はない。
本発明は前記技術的課題を解決するために、次の技術的解決手段を提供する。
薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材であって、表面自己潤滑性層、中間接着層及び金属裏打ちの3つの部分によって構成され、前記表面自己潤滑性層はポリテトラフルオロエチレンと、超高分子量ポリエチレンとを含む。
好ましくは、前記表面自己潤滑性層で、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと超高分子量ポリエチレンの重量比は1~60:1~40であり、具体的には40:40、50:30、60:20、70:10などであってもよい。
好ましくは、前記表面自己潤滑性層は黒鉛、炭素粉末、炭素繊維粉末、金属粉末、ガラス繊維粉末、二酸化チタン、有機高分子材料のうちの1種以上をさらに含み、好ましくは、前記表面自己潤滑性層はガラス繊維粉末をさらに含む。
好ましくは、前記表面自己潤滑性層で、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと超高分子量ポリエチレンとガラス繊維粉末の重量比は40~80:10~40:20である。
より好ましくは、前記表面自己潤滑性層で、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと超高分子量ポリエチレンとガラス繊維粉末の重量比は65:15:20。
好ましくは、前記中間接着層は熱硬化性高分子接着材料又は熱可塑性高分子接着材料である。
好ましくは、前記熱硬化性高分子接着材料はエポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂又は熱硬化性ポリイミド樹脂である。
好ましくは、前記熱可塑性高分子接着材料はエチレン酢酸ビニル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂又は有機フッ素樹脂である。
好ましくは、前記金属裏打ちは冷間圧延鋼板、アルミニウム合金板又は銅合金板である。
好ましくは、前記表面自己潤滑性層は従来の製膜プロセスで製造されてもよく、自己潤滑特性を備える高分子プラスチック粉末に改質物質を加え又は加えず、鋳造プロセスにより円柱状にし、焼結成形を行い、さらに旋削して高分子自己潤滑性フィルムを得る形態1、又は自己潤滑特性を備える高分子プラスチック粉末に改質物質を加え又は加えず、押出流延プロセスにより自己潤滑性フィルムを得る形態2が好ましい。
前記表面自己潤滑性層の厚さは0.1mm~0.5mmであることが好ましい。
前記表面自己潤滑性層は改質物質をさらに含み、前記改質物質として黒鉛、炭素粉末、炭素繊維粉末、金属粉末及び他の導電性粉末材料(これらに限定されない)を加えた場合は導電性フィルムを得、ガラス繊維粉末、二酸化チタン、有機高分子材料及び他の非導電性粉末材料(これらに限定されない)を加えた場合は非導電性フィルムを得る。
前記中間接着層は、形態1は熱硬化性高分子接着材料であり、よく使用するものにエポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、熱硬化性ポリイミド樹脂などを含み、これらに限定されない。形態2は熱可塑性高分子接着材料であり、よく使用するものにエチレン酢酸ビニル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、有機フッ素樹脂などを含み、これらに限定されない。
前記中間接着層の厚さは0.01mm~0.1mmである。
前記金属裏打ちは、冷間圧延鋼板、アルミニウム合金板又は銅合金板を含み、これらに限定されず、冷間圧延金属板の接着面にはいずれも表面活性化処理が必要であり、活性化処理の方法は表面化学コーティング処理、物理的サンドブラスト処理を含み、これらに限定されない。
前記金属裏打ちの厚さは0.1mm~2.0mmである。
複数種の高分子材料が所定の比率で複合して形成された多成分表面自己潤滑性層は耐摩耗性に優れ、摩擦係数が低く、前記多成分表面自己潤滑性層を含んで形成された薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材は薄肉(薄さは0.25mmまで低下している)、軽量など複合材料としての優れた性能を有し、薄肉により機械構造の体積が縮小され、軽量により機械構造の重さが低減され、振動が軽減され、耐用寿命が延長される。
前記薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材で作製したブッシュ、ガスケット、スライドプレート、複合軸受、他の特殊形状部品などの部材は、自動車、一般機械、オフィス家具等の分野で低速回転と相対摺動を必要とする部位で幅広く用いられる見込みがある。
本発明に係る薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材は、板材の表面自己潤滑性層の成分及びその含有量を調整及び選択することにより、前記薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材が耐剥離性に優れ、製作した部品は組み立ての時に表面自己潤滑性層の損傷が避けられ、また当該板材は製造プロセスが短く、製造効率が高く、エネルギー消費が少なく、耐摩耗性に優れ、環境汚染はない。さらに、本発明に係る薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材は、摩耗幅が少なく摩擦係数が低く、摩耗幅は3.98mmまで、摩擦係数は0.185まで低下している。
図1は薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材の構造模式図である。
(実施例1~6)
配合に基づいて各成分を秤量及び混合し、均一に混合した後、約30MPaの圧力で円柱形ブランクにし、次に約380℃で焼結し、最後に回転切削して、表面自己潤滑性層フィルムとして厚さが0.25mmのフィルムを得た。
性能試験:実施例1~6で作製した表面自己潤滑性層フィルムに耐摩耗性能、摩擦係数を測定し、試験はGB-3960基準に準拠した。試験結果は表1に示すとおりである。

表1から分かるように、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン粉末と超高分子量ポリエチレン粉末とガラス繊維粉末末の重量比が65:15:20である時、摩耗幅も摩擦係数も最低値であった。
(比較実施例1)
実施例1の超高分子量ポリエチレンをポリエーテルエーテルケトン粉末に置き換え、他は実施例1と同じであり、試験結果は表2に示すとおりである。

なお、上記の説明には他にも様々な変形や修正を加えることができる。ここで全ての実施形態を示す必要はなく、それは不可能なことである。このような変形や修正がなされた場合、それが本発明の保護範囲に含まれる。

Claims (10)

  1. 表面自己潤滑性層、中間接着層及び金属裏打ちの3つの部分によって構成され、前記表面自己潤滑性層はポリテトラフルオロエチレンと、超高分子量ポリエチレンとを含む薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材。
  2. 前記表面自己潤滑性層で、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと超高分子量ポリエチレンの重量比は1~60:1~40である請求項1に記載の薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材。
  3. 前記表面自己潤滑性層は黒鉛、炭素粉末、炭素繊維粉末、金属粉末、ガラス繊維粉末、二酸化チタン、有機高分子材料のうちの1種以上をさらに含み、好ましくは、前記表面自己潤滑性層はガラス繊維粉末をさらに含む請求項1に記載の薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材。
  4. 前記表面自己潤滑性層で、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと超高分子量ポリエチレンとガラス繊維粉末の重量比は40~80:10~40:20である請求項3に記載の薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材。
  5. 前記表面自己潤滑性層で、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと超高分子量ポリエチレンとガラス繊維粉末の重量比は65:15:20である請求項4に記載の薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材。
  6. 前記表面自己潤滑性層フィルムは、鋳造プロセスにより円柱状にし、焼結成形を行い、さらに旋削して表面自己潤滑性層フィルムを得る形態1、又は押出流延プロセスにより表面自己潤滑性層フィルムを得る形態2により形成される請求項1に記載の薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材。
  7. 前記中間接着層は熱硬化性高分子接着材料又は熱可塑性高分子接着材料である請求項1に記載の薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材。
  8. 前記熱硬化性高分子接着材料はエポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂又は熱硬化性ポリイミド樹脂である請求項7に記載の薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材。
  9. 前記熱可塑性高分子接着材料はエチレン酢酸ビニル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂又は有機フッ素樹脂である請求項7に記載の薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材。
  10. 前記金属裏打ちは冷間圧延鋼板、アルミニウム合金板又は銅合金板である請求項1に記載の薄肉接着自己潤滑性板材。
