ここで第1の金属がネオジム、プラセオジム、セリウムおよびランタンからなる第1の金属の群から選択され、第2の金属がニオブ、タンタルおよびバナジウムからなる第2の金属の群から選択され、該第3の金属がカルシウム、ストロンチウムおよびバリウムからなる第3の金属の群から選択され、第4の金属がアルミニウム、ニッケルおよび鉄からなる第4の金属の群から選択されるステップと、
前記混合物を粉砕して混合物の粉末を得るステップと、
混合物の粉末からセラミックグリーンシートを製造するステップと、
セラミックグリーンシートに内部電極を形成するステップと、
セラミックグリーンシートを積層してグリーンシート積層体を得るステップと、
グリーンシート積層体を圧着し、圧着グリーンシート積層体を得るステップと、
圧着グリーンシート積層体を個片化し、個片化素子の未加工材を得るステップと、
個片化素子を脱炭して、脱炭素子を得るステップと、
脱炭された素子を焼結して焼結素子を得るステップと、
焼結素子をアニールしてセラミック基体を得るステップと、
セラミック基体の外面を金属被覆で被覆して焼結し、セラミックデバイスを得るステップ。

Claims (14)
- セラミック基体(1)を有するセラミックデバイスであって、前記セラミック基体は、主成分としてセラミック材料を含み、前記セラミック材料の一般式は、AxByC1-x-vTi1-y+wO3 * (Mn2P2O7)z * Duであり、ここで
Aは、ネオジム、プラセオジム、セリウムおよびランタンからなる第1の金属の群から選択された第1のドーピングであり、
Bは、ニオブ、タンタルおよびバナジウムからなる第2の金属の群から選択された第2のドーピングであり、
Cは、ベースセラミック材料の主成分であり、前記主成分は、カルシウム、ストロンチウムおよびバリウムからなる第3の金属の群から選択され、
およびDは、少なくとも1つの第1の化合物を含む添加剤であり、該化合物は、アルミニウム、ニッケルおよび鉄からなる第4の金属の群から選択される第4の金属を含み、
xは前記Aの量の割合、yは前記Bの量の割合、vは前記Aの空孔の量の割合、wは過剰のチタンの量の割合、zは前記Mn2P2O7の量の割合、uは、前記Dの量の割合であり、
0.0≦x<0.1、
0.0≦y<0.1、
0≦v<1.5*x、
0≦w<0.05、
0.01≦z<0.1、
0≦u<0.05の関係が適用される、セラミック基体(1)を有するセラミックデバイス。 - 前記第1のドーピングは少なくとも2つの第1の金属を含み、および/または、前記第2のドーピングは少なくとも2つの第2の金属を含み、および/または、前記ベースセラミック材料の主成分は少なくとも2つの第3の金属を含む
請求項1に記載のセラミックデバイス。 - 前記添加剤は、少なくとも1つの第1の化合物と第2の化合物を含み、前記第1の化合物および前記第2の化合物はそれぞれ1つの第4の金属を含み、前記第1の化合物に含まれる第4の金属は、前記第2の化合物に含まれる第4の金属とは異なる
請求項1または2に記載のセラミックデバイス。 - 前記セラミック基体(1)は、複数のセラミック層と、前記セラミック層の間に設けられた内部電極(2)とを有し、前記内部電極(2)は、主成分としてニッケルを含む
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のセラミックデバイス。 - コンデンサとして構成されている、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のセラミックデバイス。 - 前記セラミック基体(1)は、90%以上の焼結密度を有する、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のセラミックデバイス。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のセラミックデバイスの製造方法であって、
一般式CTiO3で表され、ここでCが前記ベースセラミック材料の主成分であり、前記主成分がカルシウム、ストロンチウムおよびバリウムからなる第3の金属の群から選択された第3の金属を含む、ベースセラミック材料を提供するステップと、
前記セラミック材料に、Mn2P2O7、第1の金属を含む第1のドーパント、および/または第2の金属を含む第2のドーパント、および/またはTiを含有する化合物、および/または第4の金属を含む前記少なくとも1つの第1の化合物を含む添加剤を添加し、混合して混合物を得るステップであって、
ここで前記第1の金属がネオジム、プラセオジム、セリウムおよびランタンからなる第1の金属の群から選択され、前記第2の金属がニオブ、タンタルおよびバナジウムからなる第2の金属の群から選択され、前記第3の金属がカルシウム、ストロンチウムおよびバリウムからなる第3の金属の群から選択され、前記第4の金属がアルミニウム、ニッケルおよび鉄からなる第4の金属の群から選択されるステップと、
前記混合物を粉砕して混合物の粉末を得るステップと、
前記混合物の粉末からセラミックグリーンシートを製造するステップと、
前記セラミックグリーンシートに内部電極を形成するステップと、
前記セラミックグリーンシートを積層してグリーンシート積層体を得るステップと、
前記グリーンシート積層体を圧着し、圧着グリーンシート積層体を得るステップと、
前記圧着グリーンシート積層体を個片化し、個片化素子の未加工材を得るステップと、
前記個片化素子を脱炭し、脱炭素子を得るステップと、
前記脱炭素子を焼結して焼結素子を得るステップと、
前記焼結素子をアニールしてセラミック基体を得るステップと、
前記セラミック基体の外面を金属被覆で被覆して焼結し、セラミックデバイスを得るステップとを含むセラミックデバイスの製造方法。 - 前記ベースセラミック材料の主成分は、少なくとも2つの第3の金属を含む
請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のドーパントは、少なくとも2つの第1の金属を含み、および/または、前記第2のドーパントは、少なくとも2つの第2の金属を含む
請求項7または8に記載の方法。 - 少なくともアルミニウムとニッケルを含む添加剤を添加する
請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - ニッケルを含む金属含有スラリーを使用して前記内部電極(2)を形成する
請求項7または10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 脱炭されたグリーンシートの積層体を、温度1200~1250℃、保持時間1~5時間で焼結する
請求項7から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 脱炭されたグリーンシートの積層体を還元性雰囲気中で焼結する
請求項7から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記セラミック基体(1)を、ガラスから形成されたパッシベーション層(4)で被覆する
請求項7から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
