Description
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物において、母材主成分は、BaTiO3、(Ba1−xCax)(Ti1−yCay)O3(ここで、xは0≦x≦0.3、yは0≦y≦0.1)、(Ba1−xCax)(Ti1−yZry)O3(ここで、xは0≦x≦0.3、yは0≦y≦0.5)、Ba(Ti1−yZry)O3(ここで、0<y≦0.5)及び(Ba1−xCax)(Ti1−ySny)O3(ここで、xは0≦x≦0.3、yは0≦y≦0.5)からなる群より選択される一つ以上を含む。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、母材主成分と副成分を含み、上記副成分のうち第1副成分は、希土類元素(RE)のうちサマリウム(Sm)元素と他の希土類元素を含み、上記第1副成分において他の希土類元素の含量(b)に対する上記サマリウム(Sm)元素の含量(a)の比(a/b)が0.1≦a/b≦2.0を満たす。

前記副成分のうち第1副成分は、希土類元素(RE)のうちサマリウム(Sm)元素と他の希土類元素を含み、前記第1副成分において他の希土類元素の含量(b)に対する前記サマリウム(Sm)元素の含量(a)の比(a/b)が0.1≦a/b≦2.0を満たす、誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記母材主成分は、

- 前記副成分は、Ce、Nb、La及びSbのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩である第4副成分と、Si、Ba、Ca及びAlのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩、またはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である第5副成分と、をさらに含む、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記誘電体層の誘電体グレインの平均粒径は0.05〜0.8μmである、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は常温で誘電率が5000以上である、請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記母材主成分の粉末の平均粒径は1000nm以下である、請求項9から15のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 母材主成分と、
希土類元素(RE)のうちサマリウム(Sm)元素と他の希土類元素を含み、100at%の前記母材主成分に対して0.1〜3.0at%の含量を有する第1副成分と、
100at%の前記母材主成分に対してMn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩である0.1〜1.0at%の第2副成分と、
100at%の前記母材主成分に対してMg及びAlのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩である0.1〜1.0at%の第3副成分と、を含み、
前記第1副成分において他の希土類元素の含量(b)に対する前記サマリウム(Sm)元素の含量(a)の比(a/b)が0.1≦a/b≦2.0を満たす、誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記副成分は、Ce、Nb、La及びSbのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩である第4副成分と、Si、Ba、Ca及びAlのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩、またはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である第5副成分と、をさらに含む、請求項17に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
